Great place for supplies. Definitely utilize the price matching guarantee. Newer staff needs some work though.

The cashier, helped me with information I need as I ask questions. She informed me as well as direct me to proper place for my parakeet healthcare.

It's a nice store. Wasn't very busy when my mom and myself stopped by with our dog to get some things for him. We were able to get out quickly since there was no one else in line but us. In a good location right off the freeway near a Raleys and right next to In N Out and Dennys. I would go back while living in the area.

My fiance and I came in on the evening of Sunday 12/19 and were extremely impressed with the service we received! One of your associates (I am so sorry, but I forgot her name!) kindly approached us and offered her assistance when we entered. She mentioned she was your nutritionist. We explained that our dog has been very picky with her food lately, and not eating as much as we'd like. Your nutritionist was very knowledgeable and offered us many great suggestions. We ended up picking a new variety of kibble within the same brand for our dog. We have been mixing that new kibble in with our old kibble to get our dog used to the food. Our dog has been loving this new variety of food and has eaten every last drop during all of her feedings since we started this! Petco should do everything they can to keep this nutritionist on staff. Her expertise, kindness, and professionalism were exceptional. Thank you so much for helping us get our dog back consistently eating again! :)

The aisles in the store we're much too narrow. I have a scooter and a service dog and we had a lot of trouble getting through the aisles there wasn't enough room.

Went in for some kibble, came out with a depleted credit card.???? They've got every thing!

Don't think we'll go back, called for reservations, talked to a clerk, asked it was PET friendly, yes, well ok we have a Dog ,told him at least 3 more times " we have a Dog ", get to check in ,$173 , and I said, that's with the Dog !! Oh no mention of a Dog on the reservation, that will be $25 More !! Very Noisy, LOTS Of Traffic noise pulling away from the nearby traffic signal ! 1 more thing, if you need to go back out to your vehicle after midnight. Your door keys shut off at midnight & you're locked out of the room ????

Took my dog for grooming for the first time. Amanda was super friendly and did a fantastic job. She also gave me lots of helpful suggestions including how to download a coupon for the visit. I will definitely go back.

The people were super nice helpful gave me personal outside resources for my pet! Found and offered extra discounts !! And as a black womanly they made me feel super welcome !!!

Customer service was very poor..I'm very well traveled and been to so many places it's rare that I have a negative experience and so far here I have had to nasty encounters with employees .. disgusting..I do not recommend

Cool spot to go to in a pinch but sometimes it feels like you're bothering them when you need something. I came here for some fish and noticed a lot of dead ones, then i came in a week later to see the same dead fish in the tank. Also the fish i purchased came in a bag with water from a separate tank. Not a good idea regardless if the water is from the tank right next door. I mean if you know something i dont about how they keep their tanks and fish then please enlighten me. I probably wont be buying fish from here anymore. My fish from petclub have been surviving really well and thriving. My fish from petco have been having a harder time adjusting.

Manager a bit rude but every one else were great. Helpful and loved our dog. Wanted to just keep peting him.

Its a petco, they have great options for land based animals, and seem to be doing a better job of taking care of their aquatic animals.
