This place is ok. They have limited quantities on things. I went to the one in Vallejo and there were way more choices. Staff was nice and helpful though.

WAS Great store, clearly have hired burn outs. Charged double for feeder fish, kids can’t count and took 25 minutes to rip me off. Save yourself and go to the Hayward location. Maybe remedial students understand emojis? ????????????

Every time I need something that might be hard to find, Pet Club has it. Also the staff are always helpful and ask if I need help right away. I recommend getting your pet supplies here.

Amazing so glad we found another one. We come out often to Fairfield. So we definitely will shop here again

They have a good selection of products for different pets... however a few items didn't have a price tag and when I asked them to maybe put a tag for future customers, the manager said he wasn't going to do it. There was also a new employee who kinda had an attitude when I asked him a question.. I like to shop here because it's close by and they have great prices, but how am I supposed to shop if there are no price tags and no employees around?? It's not that hard to hand-write a tag..

Javen YouTube supply the utmost customer service that I have ever received and I normally purchase all my dog and animal products at Petco but I think I may be coming here more often I have only been here twice but the customer service is amazing and very impressive especially by this gentleman so I just wanted to ask for the management to maybe just acknowledge him for his excellence in customer service you guys have a great products and it's a speedy service and those are the three things that make an excellent business so I will be back more often and I don't even like Petco anymore thank you Javen

hello ok my name is alves i was a pet club client but i will never be because i was discriminated against by two employees who were laughing because i didn't speak english correctly of dogs, in addition to smiling, it made me embarrassed and kept swearing between them because I thought I didn't understand but I was understanding that I was swearing at me, I went to buy a royal cabin ration and a goat milk and two medicines for worms, I had difficulty speaking the language but I translated it through Google translator, and instead of helping me, they were laughing and other customers were looking at me and this embarrassed me a lot, I showed her if she could help me with a product so that my dog ​​could gain more weight and she said there wasn't and I had to go to the fridge and show her that there was, I went to the fairfield store today at 7:30 and it was working. Naria Desiree and the other one did not want to speak her name, but she was a short white girl I am black and that is why I was discriminated against, I am a very influential person and everyone will know what the pet club does with its black clients I am very upset because I thought it was a serious company and it didn't make any difference between customers, I know that if these people were in my country we wouldn't do that, I'm disappointed with the pet club and I'm sad that the company has employees like these two that discriminates people from another country, very sad about it.

Just a pet store, didn't hate it.

Update: Their fish department needs to improve, lots of tanks with no fish, not a good selection of live plants,, almost nothing. they need someby that can advise. that corner nees to look more "clean" more light, more atractive. Good selection of dog food, treats, accessories for our pets & fishes, good prices.

Prices are great and I always find what I need.

I went to get my dogs shot with VIP. I was mislead because the staff told me I had Tobe there at 330 to sign in for wait list but at 4 when they opened VIP said they No longer used that site and it shouldn't have been working. The line was 15 people long and the only reason I wasn't waiting in my car is because a couple showed up and VIP said oh just get in line. Long story short VIP made up for it by taking us first so I was glad I came in to inquire and they were able to access sight and see all of our information. I did tell the clerks up front so they would know in the future. Hopefully they told their coworkers. I meant to pick up some pet products the prices were good.

My kids like this store because one of their employees working the fish section took the time to explain things to my kids and they didnt even buy anything. We eventually came back and bought some fish and my kids were even looking for her too. The fish are well and have a bigger home than the one they lived in.

Great location, friendly, usually reasonable pricing. Large variety of dog and cat food, Unfortunately they never seem to have the large bag of Eukanuba large bread medium bites size.

Visited the aquarium section. The young lady there was super knowledgeable and helpful with my questions and selections.

Pet Club carries everything I need and I have 2 Dogs (1 small 1 lrg), a Cat, and a Bearded Dragon. The prices are better then big name pet stores.

I'm in and out of there within 5 minutes. Love the prices for the dog food i purchase!

Nice place to get the stuff you need for your fur babies. Clean, polite employees I didn't give 5 ⭐ because they can be a bit expensive.

As with almost everywhere, most Purina foods are nonexistent... They are claiming an aluminium shortage....

I always enjoy shopping here. They usually have what I'm looking for at a decent price. Also, before I switched their food, Pet Club use to be the only place that I could find the specific cat food I was buying within 20 miles of where I live (without paying a ridiculous price online). Today I went in to get a new cat litter box. I know I could've bought one online but sometimes you just need to see the actual size you're getting. Although, to be fair, in doing my online research before going to Pet Club, I hadn't found the brand I ended up buying before. Plus the price was reasonable. I also bought more litter...I personally like the Tidy Cats lightweight. They sell it at a decent price compared with other retailers. When it was time for me to check out, the cashier was super lovely. She mentioned that she liked my shirt and we briefly joked about our shared obsession with coffee. All the associates I interacted with in the store were friendly (they usually are). And, in my opinion, I normally feel like the associates who work here actually like their jobs...at least that's the vibe they normally give off. ????
