Open late every day. Doctors cares about your babies. Have been treating my dogs there for years and have never had any thing but kind prompt service. A+

The technician I worked with was a very courteous and great listener. That impression combined with the fact that the doctor took the time to introduce himself was very comforting. I felt very confident that my girls were in great hands, and as a result shall continue to be so. I also felt that the fees were very fair and reasonable. The entire staff was wonderful to me and my cat. They are open until 10 pm which is a plus.

I needed an emergency visit for my dog, that had been attacked by another dog. I got in within minutes of my call. Dog was checked out and meds prescribed.

They are kind and friendly to my dog . Very forthright with the evaluation.

Lied about a test . And over charging. Charges for things that don't work.

They took great care of my new puppy and the puppy package deal is a good value. Everyone was very pleasant and professional, answered all my questions, and I enjoy their responsiveness online, on the phone, and in person. Look forward to coming back as my puppy grows.

They handled their business quickly and were very compassionate. Kinda pricy but you know that's how vet offices are these days.

Wanted to run every possible test for what turned out to be an upset stomach. Not the first time they tried pulling stuff on a sick not "hurt" animal. If it's not life or death just wait until you can see a regular vet.

I'm from out of town and no one had available slots to see my aging Rottweiler...this place had an opening the next day...so my cousin took us...it ended up as I felt in my heart...he had to be put down...this is where the tears start...from the moment Asli walked up to my suv til I walked out the door...her n Dr Kumar put my heart mind and soul at ease...the compassion patience and respect I was given went beyond anything I could have ever imagined...and for that I truly thank both of you...I wish both of you the very best in life...God bless both of you...thank you from my entire soul...Lisa Melvin

Great animal care. Open from 10am to 10pm mostly every day. My cat Pepe was well taken care of.

Great value. Their availability is usually open and flexible, fair prices and good customer service. We drive all the way from Concord, totally worth it.

Been going here for years for our cats. The service quality has dropped big time this year (2021). Been trying to get ahold of them to get a refill (phone and email), the time that we did get ahold of them, we got chewed out for giving the cat the meds we've been giving him. She would rather get on our case about it than listen to what we're saying, which countered what she was telling us. It has been over a week now and no new contact has been made. Wasted so much money here and and ended up at one point losing a cat because of it. I highly recommend not going here anymore. Feel like the price we pay for going here is not worth it.

Considering the very difficult situation of putting my dog down the doctor and staff were fantastic I want to thank them from the bottom of my heart.

Kind staff and doctors are helpful, they offered great, fast service at an affordable price! I was able to get an appointment for our dog's annual checkup and shots within a few days of calling. I would definately recommend them.
