Mercy Pet Hospital Fair Oaks, California

I was looking for a last minute USDA accredited veterinarian since the one I booked cancelled on me the day before my appointment. She was out on vacations and this was something I booked a month ago. It was tough to find a last minute USDA accredited veterinarian since most of them were already booked for the time frame I needed these documents. I am so happy I called them, they had availability 1st time the following morning. It took time since USDA has a different process now due to COVID-19. Mercy pet hospital’s team members were patient and work with me to get all the documentation properly handled. No issues with USDA APHIS and I was able to travel with my dogs!! Thanks to Dr. Kian and their team for working with me to resolve my situation. I will highly recommend them and will come back the next time I travel :)

They are very caring with their patients. My dog is very protective of me so I have to leave the room first so they can take care of him.

I am very sad that mercy pet Hospital was not able to save my pet i wash that I had the care from them earlier, the staff and everyone was very helpful thank you!!!!!

The waiting time sucks, When he told me One hour it took two hours to rotate my tires will not go back.

I bring my cats here and have not had any issues. Prices are reasonable and the staff is very nice. The vet even saved me money by recommending not to do some unnecessary vaccinations for my completely indoor kitties.

Not a good service! And very expensive! They dont respect the cupons.

Not bad except for the fact that I paid 3k to fix my dogs hernia. And the citrus heights hospital and fair oaks hospitals tend to not want to schedule me and send me to the other center. I needed to get my dogs stitches removed and was pushed away from the citrus heights hospital, they told me its better to go to the fair oaks hospital because that's where his doctor was which didn't make sense and the fair oaks hospital was trying to send me to the citrus height hospital. Same thing happened when I was trying to schedule the surgery.

Loving staff, as we had to assist our 21 yr old cat over the rainbow Bridge. Very caring!

When our older dogs became ill we took them here. The staff calmed us down and gave us our options. Saying goodbye to a long time best friend is never easy but these ladies really care. They will console you and be there to listen to you. Our favorite vet!

My Daimond had surgery a week ago and they took really good care of her and was real general with her. The staff was really nice and friendly.her is our Diamond 3 day's after her surgery.

I love this vet hospital. They know you on a personal level and a professional level it's the only place I go. If you want the very best care and concern for your baby's this is the vet to go to.

You can't go in, currently, but great service, they come get your pretty from your car while you are parked outside.

Great place to take your pets will never go anywhere else

Family dog dropped a brick onto a glass bottle and cut the top of his paw open. We brought him in to get stitches.

Waited for 50 min with sick dog and asked to come next day! Really disappointed

I have already shared my experience with this vet! My next one will be yelp! They can't erase that one! They ripped us off for almost $700. Still no calls about the test results a week later!! In the mean time our dog has passed away! We were scamed!!! I'm sure this will be erased but believe me, I'm not done!!!

I called and told them that my dog needed vaccinations because I needed to board him for the weekend. The day of the trip the boarding place refused our dog because he didn’t have canine influenza. not my job to know what vaccines he needs. don’t trust this place they’ll leave you in a lurch.
