I've been going here for years and i trust Hazel Ridge completely. They have cared for 3 of my dogs and always been very kind.

amazing, they truly take the time to listen and care about the animals. they took care of our fur baby when we had to put her down and made the experience as comfortable as possible for both our pup and us

Horrible. We used to take our pets here. I tried getting an appointment for my sick cat and they would not schedule appointment. Said they purged our file and not taking new (although we would not be new) clients. Will never go here again or recommend them as a vet.

Hazel Ridge has taken care of both my dog and my cat for 15 years now! I recently had to put my cat down and they couldn’t have been more compassionate and sympathetic. It was a very peaceful and loving experience and they have always been extremely polite and friendly and knowledgeable about my pets needs! Highly recommend! Thank you Hazel Ridge Team!

That's a huge disappointment .... because of the virus they will only accept appointments with existing clients .... makes no earthly sense .... no offer to work in a new client sometime in the next few days ... what's the virus got to do with it??? Sorry that I expected a more helpful response ....

2 months after our cat died, they would not give us refund for an unopened case of prescription cat food. Very poor customer service on this.

Dr. Harris is the best! You might have a wait to see him, but he's definitely worth it. Peace of mind with your fur babies????

I’ve come here for both my cats and they have been awesome every visit! Even with the adjustments of COVID-19 procedures, they have been phenomenal to ensure the same quality of care. The staff is diligent and happy to take time to answer any of your questions.

Friendly staff, they truly care. They even call after the appointment to make sure your for babies are doing well. They also have non anesthetic dentals which my pets take advantage of twice a year.
