Monica refused to sell fish food because we didn't want it in a bag, she was clearly having a bad day and decided to take it out on patrons, this place rarely has fish food or turtle supplies that are needed for maintaining big tanks, I would recommend going to Finn and feather for aquatic supplies their customer service is way way better as well.

Good store eish there fish were treated better

We have stopped going in as much, we find way better prices online with Chewy. We use quality cat food, & are saving a bit over $10 per bag by shopping on line. Petco is just too expensive, even for collars & harnesses ect, & the employees are young (no problem there) & inexperienced, they don't know anything about the animals they sell. Update: They are selling toys, perches ect for birds that are extremely unsafe and cause injury and death. They refuse to stand behind these products proving they know they are unsafe. After over 25+ years of being a Petco customer I am shopping on line now. How many more animals will die because of these products that should not be sold.

Great store good prices. No staff. Like two people run the entire place.

Check to see if they have The item in on their web page. They have multiple different brands of same type of said item. Called to check and make sure they had plenty of said items before driving into town. Get there to find they must have had a huge sale spree of rodent containers, are now sold out ! Don't waste your time. Just order online from Amazon.

Not enough cat toys/ merchandise. Store much more geared to dogs

Super helpful. Didn't have a problem looking if/when a shipment containing something I was looking for was going to be in.

Staff is always friendly and knowledgeable. They have a large and diverse selection. Prices are a bit high on some items when you pay for name brand. Overall, we have great experiences whenever we shop here.

Always has everything! Price on dog food does seem to be a little on the higher end, comparing to other places. Cashier was rude and insulting. I'll def come in when it's not her shift

Big store with a great selection of everything pet you can imagine! Friendly staff and it's also connected to Bay Shore Mall so lots to do!

I buy Merrick full Source raw kibble dog food and they just love it

The process was easy, products correct. The staff was exceedingly nice and helpful. Only reason not 5 stars is that I used curbside pickup and there wasn't a place marked. Awkward etc.

I was hoping you carried chicken soup for the soul cat food. But you don't. And disappointed that the prices are quite a bit higher than my local feed store. But the clearance toys were nice. Considering they were way overpriced to begin with.

Always do a great wash & dry for my Standard Poodle...as I am a hobby groomer, like to clip myself. She comes out clean & happy ????

They sell baby snakes but never have feeder mice for them! They shouldn't sell animals they don't have food for! Called and was told they had them drove all the way there to be told no sorry we haven't gotten any in in awhile! I was lucky on that call they actually answered the phone have called multiple times since letting it ring for awhile to have the call not answered! We bought our snake over 2 weeks ago and he hasn't eaten since!

Customer service was great, just seems your stock is lacking. But with the pandemic I understand it's hard to get certain stock in.

You have many dry and wet grain free cat and kitten foods along with a great variety of toys, cat scratchers and bedding.

Helpful friendly staff. Some things are a bit pricy but good sales and 2 big clearance bins of toys and treats.

Good products , staff not as knowledgeable in some areas

Couple months ago I picked up my family's pets after they were groomed.. sad to say. I could've done a better job & ultimately they both looked better with their long hair
