It was a good visit even though puppy didnt like it much.

They were on time and the staff was very nice. Each person I came in contact with was engaged and paid attention to my questions. They were easy to work with and they answered all questions and concerns I had.

Took care of my cat quickly and for a good price. With their help he made it through his severe injury and is doing great now.

The vet is wonderful the assistants are very nice as well . When they have tech visits and just take them to the back my puppy was freak out and it took just as long as a office visit. Don't like this service. When you have a issue that needs to be addressed within a couple days there to busy and there is no fitting you in . If they can fix these issues I will be happy to stay with them but when my baby needs a vet apt I can't wait 10 days and longer every time no matter how important the issue is. Bo is a total Velcro dog, and everyone from the receptionist,to the vet tech to the vet were really great. Prices were great, it's convenient and totally spotless!

I made an appointment a week prior for vaccines, we sat in the lobby for 5 minutes and by the time we were helped, they said we were too late for the appointment and turned us away. We were ten minutes past the scheduled time at that point. I talked to them and they said they had scheduled us for a fifteen minute time slot, despite me asking in the notes when I scheduled, that I would want a dental consult as well as general checkup. They were super unhelpful and unprofessional

I have taken several of my animals for routine care as well as skin issues and have always had a good experience. They are caring and knowledgeable, and I have not had an issue of feeling like they're just trying to up sell me on tests and procedures I don't need. Highly recommend this vet!

They took my baby Louie in very quickly and on time! Very friendly staff that made my baby feel welcome despite him being scared. The prices are actually very affordable and the medicine they gave him worked within an hour. I am actually very satisfied and will return here again!

This is clearly affordable veterinary care. The veterinarian was very knowledgeable and the place was very clean. Friendly staff.

Front staff was fantastic in facilitating all the morning appointment arrivals. Dr Yamada was so very sweet & caring towards my puppy & was more than willing to discuss non-urgent questions such as proper diet, socialization. In the past I’ve always used a traditional veterinary office, but this just might be my new jam. It’s truly affordable, easy to make an appointment, and welcoming!

Physical Exam conducted by Dr. Shuko Yamada. This Dr. did not do a physical exam! She checked sound of heart and talked about dog food & how busy she is. She Did NOT check my dog in the standard following areas: eyes, ears, body temperature, manipulation of organs, skin, feet & nails, teeth. Our visit was scheduled for an annual physical exam, to address a chronic cough, get Simparica flea control prescription renewal, and offer comfort to a dog that is clearly suffering. Thrive & Dr. Yamada did not provide any of this and changed me the physical exam rate and refused to give a rate reduction after I addressed all the above to them. Absolutely The Worst Care. This business does not care about your pet. They just want your money in exchange for a 45 minute wait in their exam room.

My 1st visit there. It was amazing Jessica was so welcoming. Jessica's was knowledgeable and and so sweet. the doctor was on point, no baloney. The doctor was on it! Taking care of business the right way. No hidden fees just a wonderful experience !

Knowing that every experience will be different because of the relationship between the doctor and your pet, understand that my review is based on only my experience. My dogs love Dr Seo. She has been wonderful and spends the time with us. We are now “Thrive Members” so we can go back as needed. This is super important when you have a senior dog (a 14 year old lab). I went as far as sending a friend of mine there (who is a vet tech herself) for her dogs and even she was happy with Dr Seo. To anyone saying wait time was long, that can happen because well...look at the price. More people can now truely care for their pets, so that may lead to more appointments. If you want to speak with the Dr about something, don’t let them walk away. Tell them you have concerns and I am sure that they will spend the time. Dr Seo did for me! UPDATE: 2/2021: things have gone way down hill. First it’s impossible and I mean impossible to get a human at this location period. I’ve been trying all day and finally they called back, but there was no help whatsoever. This was a different doctor this time but the attitude on the phone, was unacceptable. Never again. They are not the thrive they were 2 years ago. Now I wouldn’t take anything here. I do hope that Dr. Sao finds a real place to go to and away from this useless corporate environment so we can continue with her specifically. It’s all about money and not about animals now as far as thrive sees it. Shame on your company!

I booked an appointment. I showed up, they didn't. No one was there. No one answered the phones. Door was locked.

worst experience ever, it cost 45$ for them to tell me nothing, as well as presuming that I wanted microchips and nail trimming without any request. Horrible service from a disgusting and amateur staff. Complete waist of time and money.

Really nice people, great costumer services, great prices and they treated my puppy so good. She didn't complained or showed any pain where they administered the vaccine.
