Hot Diggity Dog is the place for all your dog service needs. My pups get happy whenever they visit because of all the good times they have. Today was the first time Honey and Alex were groomed. Honey receieved the double coat de shedding service with a sanitary clean up. Alex received the double coat de shedding service with a hair cut. Both dogs nails were trimmed, ears cleaned, paw pads cleaned up, smell wonderful, and have cute bandanas. Stephanie and Salem did a beautiful job. Honey is a very shy girl and I'm glad she did so well with them. You can even get a report card to see how your dog did while in their care.

You guys have always been so thorough about everything and take such good care of my boy! So sad to be moving and having to find a new groomer

It's the people at Hot Diggity Dog Resort that make the difference! They always make me feel like my dog is just as special to them as he is to us, and they give report cards/feedback about your dog for daycare, overnight and even just for grooming. We've been going to this place for many years both for day/night care and for grooming and we've had consistently excellent experiences every time, again because of the people who work there.

Wonderful place to get our dog groomed. The boarding is excellent as well, love watching the doggies on their camera while we are gone!

Second time, different dog. Same great experience!! This time my mini schnauzer went in, very matted and dirty. I had even attempted to shave some of her mats so she was very uneven. She had been all over before for grooming- petco,petsmart,vet, and always had issues. I would get a call that she tried to bite or that she was being difficult. Worried that I would have the same problem here, but they did so well with my standard poodle, I had to try. My pup came out looking the best ever! Didn’t have any issues. She was a beauty! I will definitely be coming back with my other two soon.

Was not informed there was a breed restriction at this location for daycare and boarding. It was not listed on the site or on any of the paperwork I filled out. Wasn’t until I completed all the paperwork was i informed they do not offer boarding for all breeds. I understand they are limited by their insurance, but more transparency would have been appreciated.

We just rescued two new puppies and took them to Hot Diggity Dog Resort to be groomed. As always they never disappoint. Jack & Jill loved their spa day and will be back again. We already have them signed up for a temperament test, so they can hopefully enjoy daycare with their big sister Jayde.

We are so impressed with hot diggity. This was our first time using them. Our labradoodle Wren had a spa day there today and she loved it. She came out looking and smelling fresh and she was so happy. The staff and groomers are amazing! There is a window you can look through and see the dogs being groomed. All the doggies I saw were happy with tails wagging which is a great sign for any pet owner! Thank you Rachel for taking care of our baby. The reviews speak for themselves and we’ll definitely be back.

First time grooming for my standard poodle and she turned out beautiful-exactly what I expected in a short time (four hours) with great care!

I started to taking Gus to doggy day care and it has helped him to become social with other dogs, since he’s the only dog in our family. Hot Diggity Dog staff keeps me informed on how the day went for Gus which I appreciate so much. I would definitely recommend them if you need someone to take care of your furry baby.

We took our Maltipoo to Hot Diggity Dog Resort and everything was seamless, from scheduling to pick up. The facility was modern and clean, and had a nice smell, which was nice compared to some that I’ve been to. I really liked that they groom the dogs behind a glass window so that you can clearly see everything being done. The services were very professional, all inclusive and priced right. Mandy our groomer was very knowledgeable and had good styling suggestions. She listened to what we asked for and did an awesome job.This is now our go to spot for our favorite pooch!

Staff were attentive which I could watch on webcams; they followed directions for feeding and medication. I had no safety concerns. Definitely will use again when going on vacation.Thanks

K-9 resort was an amazing first spa experience for our Mia. Front desk young lady, Jolyn was super nice, friendly, and very helpful. They sent me texts reminders for Mia's appointment. They texted 20 minutes before to pick her up, and Mia was super happy, and squeaky clean when I picked her up. The report card at the end is super cute. I recommend it for your pups grooming needs.

This place does it all, and it does it all exceedingly well. I’ve been bringing my dog here since he was a feisty and defiant puppy. He was a little terror and I thought that he may have grown up to be a problem pet. What he needed was doggie socialization and an outlet for his excessive energy. Dogs love their human friends and family, but they also need friends of their own species and some need this more than others. The faculty is spotless, and the staff are knowledgeable and they are led by the owner, Penny, who knows more about dogs than any trainer I have come across. By the way, besides providing daycare, they have boarding, grooming, and training, which is cistomized accordingly to the dogs’ needs and their owners’ capacity. I have had a number of dogs and I am a good puppy trainer. But, I was frustrated and worried about this puppy. After spending a day or two there, I asked Penny what kind of specialized training he would need and she told me that he’s fine and reassured me that he would require nothing more than what I had to offer. But, without having the attention he gets at day care, I know this could have become a big problem. This is a family run business and it is run with a lot of humanity, compassion and kindness. If you are looking for a place that provides a broad spectrum of canine services, you can stop looking now. This is the place. You can trust these folks to give your dog the professional and loving care that you would want for them. I almost forgot to mention David, Penny’s partner in business and in life. He brightens my day each time I enter the front door. He is friendly, professional, smart and wise. Here’s a bonus...he is a bettter tax advisor than my accountant! Do not file your taxes before bringing your dog to K 9 Resort and Spa.

Hot Diggity Dog Resort didn't hurt our dog when trimming/grinding his nails like another groomer did (and then lied about it)...so our dog has no fear here and he loves to visit for his grooming needs. ALSO, they offer a wide variety of doggy treats, foods, flea treatments and accessories making it an easy "one stop shop" for your dog's needs. Why would you go anywhere else when you can GET IT ALL HERE? Hot Diggity Dog Resort's the BEST...was a game-changer for me and my pooch!

This is the second time I have taken my yorkie to be groomed at Hot Diggity Dog Resort. I love how on top of appointments they are. They contacted me with a reminder message, the day before. The staff is so friendly and welcoming and the facility is clean and organized. They were wonderful with my pup Scarlett, and took great care of her. We choose only Hot Diggity Dog Resort for our dog because of our great experiences there, their professionalism and courtesy.

Carlitos his haircut was very nice the only thing I was upset about is the communication of your staff for instant they wer suppose to call me wen he was ready I had to call back also no one informed me that the cut both of his ears I found out after I saw the bleeding and read his report my grand daughter was very upset bout that but I will continue with u thank u

Love taking my three dogs here for a grooming! I drop them off and in a couple hours they look fantastic!

K9 resort and spa is amazing! I was visiting my sister who had just had her dog groomed and I wanted to get my 7 month old Bernedoodle groomed before we drove home and I was able to make an appointment for the next day. Zoe was beautiful, she smelled wonderful and was so happy. K9 spa went above and beyond. Thank you!

We took our 5 month old ESS for his first grooming and to start off we were greeted by the friendliest girl who was working there, the customer service is top notch. Salem gave our pup the luxury spa bath and a pawdicure to turn his nails and fur in his paw pads and he came back smelling and looking amazing. They also give you the cutest report card evaluating their ears, fur, skin, eyes, and temperament! I would definitely recommend anyone to go here!

Our 10 year old has never been professionally groomed before and usually has very bad anxiety when we’re not with her. Got Diggity took care of her so well and she’s never been so clean. Very good customer service!

I absolutely loved their service. I have a 9 year old dog who has not had there teeth cleaned at all, so his teeth were really brown and yellow, had the most smelly breath but thankfully K9 resort and spa helped my dog. He came out with the whitest teeth ever. Also great customer service. I 100% recommend.

Great place to take your dog, my dog left every grooming sad and this is the first time I took him here and he came back home happy!
