By luck we stumbled across D pet hotel last minute & I am so grateful we did. They made the whole experience from the initial phone call to pick up delightful. I have a big girl she's 125lb Cane Corso who I was worried about finding a place to accommodate her. They took her in and took amazing care of her. The owner Josh spent plenty of time with us and I felt she was in good hands the moment we left. He called less than an hour later to give me an initial evaluation of how she was. I didn't expect that but that's honestly was an amazing touch. Thereafter they uploaded photos of her which I couldn't wait to see. When we picked her up the kind gentleman gave us the run down on her stay. It seems they all really enjoyed her. I look forward to bringing her back and referring them to others. Bravo D pet hotel on running an amazing business and caring for my dog like she was your own.

This is the second time we have left our pups with D Pets and both times we were very pleased with the care and love the staff showed our dogs. They respond to questions very quickly, and our dogs were extremely well cared for and happy and relaxed. I highly recommend D-Pet Hotels boarding service.

This place is amazing and the staff is so caring and accommodating. I can book through a website or email. It’s so easy! My dog is always excited to go there and sometimes doesn’t want to leave. Although she’s had some issues lately (because of coyote attacks) and needs to be separated from dogs for now, she loves the individual playtime with the team and is always treated so well. Can’t say enough great things about them!

The staff always takes great care of my fur babies. They love going to D Pet and I know I don’t have to worry about them at all when I travel which is a great feeling. The facilities are clean and the rooms look like a hotel, highly recommend!

Don’t go ! Don’t take your baby there !! That’s what happened to my sister dog!! They are not responsible they put small dogs with the big dogs and they don’t make sure the dogs are safe and that’s what happened because of their not responsible See the picture and understand why you should never put your baby over there!!!!!!!!!!!

D Pet is THE BEST facility for pet Day Care, Boarding, or Grooming. I’ve tried places all over Los Angeles and it it the only place I feel comfortable leaving my dogs. And my boss’s dogs. I know they are safe, comfortable, and treated as the individuals they are. My girl, Heidi, is 14, has Stage 3 Kidney Disease, and is sliding into dementia. She LOVES it there and is always so happy to go - but they notice if she needs some down time, if her energy flags and she need to rest. And my boss’s dogs - Romeo is always right with Juliet. But sometimes they need to be separated to each do their own thing. And Harper is a fun and crazy Goldendoodle. She needs to play with h to be big dogs and give her smaller siblings a break. The kennels are roomy and light - high ceilings and glass door so no dog feels cramped or ‘put away’. The play areas are safe, spacious, and well supervised. Whatever a dog needs in the way of food or medication is taken care of - even IV fluids if necessary. Josh and Liz and the whole staff do a wonderful job. I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

So happy to be back with the dog lovers at D Pet Hotel! I was a long time client with our last dog, Bark Lee and now we’re back with our puppy at the Encino location. The staff is kind and always happy to see us! Highly recommend!

DO NOT PUT YOUR DOG THERE !!!!! Photos attached!! I used their service couple weeks ago when I went to vacation, when I come back my beautiful loyal best friend had a missing eye!!!!! Apparently they put him with another big dog and this is the results!!!! I’m completely sad and devastated! I warning them and ask them to have him with small dogs only! Now after all they don’t take any responsibility for it and they not willing to pay for the medical treatment etc etc

We boarded our dog here for several nights--first time in 30 years of dog ownership that we have ever done that and it was a fabulous experience. D Pet Hotels-Encino (Los Angeles) is spotlessly clean, completely safe and secure, and a fabulously fun place for dogs to be! The owner, Josh, and all the staff are totally attentive and kind to the dogs, and will accommodate every need and/or whim. For mid-Valley dog owners, this is the greatest gift--for your dog and for yourself. For dog owners from the rest of the Valley and City--this is worth the drive, whether for daycare or overnight stays. Thank you D Pet Hotels!!

I LOVE this place! The care, patience, and love they give my dog is absolutely amazing. I've been bringing my puppy here since she was about 4 months old - and I wouldn't trust anywhere else! She always comes home happy and is excited to return. I feel so comfortable leaving her there and knowing she is being looked after and given love and attention. I HIGHLY recommend the D Pet Hotel! I tell all my friends about them!

Our dogs are family to us and when we aren’t able to include them in vacation plans, D pet hotels are the only ones we trust to give our pups a vacation all of their own. We love seeing their photos and knowing they are safe and happy while we are away. We also take advantage of the grooming services and get them a bath before they come home. D pet Hotel in Encino is amazing. I’m always traveling and hands down best place to leave my dog as I know he’s safe. They post pictures of the dogs on Facebook. Kismet loves his days he gets to go do doggie day care!

I took my dog there about a week ago for 2 nights. I noticed that my dog has been acting strange ever since I picked her up. She won’t play fetch, run around outside, or eat much. She keeps looking at me and husband with really sad, worried eyes. Sometimes she has this dry loud cough. She backs away when strangers lean over to pet her. She’s always been an overly friendly & energetic dog. Her behavior is completely out of the ordinary. We’ve left her at other boarding places and she’s never acted this way. I was thinking she may have kennel cough, but D hotel had administered the bordetella so I’m not sure what happened to her while she was there. I don’t know if she’s sick or if she was mistreated. When we picked her up, another weird thing we noticed is that she peed (an unusually large amount) as soon as she saw us, which she has never done before. She’s highly trained to only pee outside. It makes me think she wasn’t let out to go to the bathroom for the whole day. For a place that “looks nice” & is extremely expensive I would expect my dog to be let out to go to the bathroom a few times throughout the day, not get sick, or be treated badly.

My fur baby & I visited another local daycare and we were NOT impressed. However, D PET HOTELS-Los Angeles is the BEST...hands down! Josh, Josh, Malia, and the rest of the crew are exceptional with my 9 month old Yorkie Terrier. He hates to leave every ????????single???????? day!

My dogs come home happy and exhausted from play all day. I really recommend D Pet Hotels to anyone who wants to make sure their dogs are attended to while they are away as well as good daycare services. You guys are the best!

I love this place. My dog was very happy there. Has I can see it on his face he was very happy. My fur baby always been with us to all our trips but this time he was at this wonderful place where he could be a dog. To play and explore. The great thing is they would post fotos of my fur baby to see how's he doing. Great place and I'll definitely will bring my fur baby back when we're in the states again.

Friendly people, know their stuff. My dog was anti social (still is) but has more curiosity to go up to other dogs after staying here. They really make sure its the right place for your dog.

Love this place. Wouldn't board my dog anywhere else. Why let your dog suffer elsewhere when you can have piece of mind. They also post pics of your pet daily and all the dogs look super happy in all the pics. Clean facility. They make sure all dogs are up to date with vqffines so your dog won't get sick.

This is really an awesome find in the Valley! Everyone here really cares for your furbaby and they do more than any other day care spot I've been to. They strongly suggest you taking advantage of their offer for a free day of day care so they can truly check your dog's temperament. This is such a change from places that just want your business. The place is crazy clean too.

I have always been hesitant to leave my dog anywhere, and up until my dog’s stay at D Pet Hotels in Encino, I was never apart from my dog for more than a few days. Josh and all the rest of the staff at the Encino location put my worries at ease. The location was clean, the dogs seemed happy, there is 24 hour supervision, and they provide daily pictures of your pups on their Facebook page in case you want to check up and see how they are doing. They have a variety of rooms and services for your pooch, including a dog spa. Most importantly, all the staff at the Encino location are knowledgeable, experienced, and genuinely want to provide your dog with a great and fun experience during their stay. Prices are incredibly reasonable for what they offer. If you need a long or short term stay for your furry member of your family, this is the place.
