This is a wonderful organization, providing life-saving spay and neutering services, primarily to lower income families. They have preventing the unwanted births of thousands of cats and dogs and provided education about animal welfare and care for thousands of children and their families. We adopted two delightful kittens through SNAP many years ago and we were and continue to be extremely impressed with the commitment and professionalism of all the staff and many volunteers involved with this outstanding primarily volunteer organization. I recommend them highly.

They do not like to answer questions and really do not want to see you and reasure you everything went fine . It is all rush rush go away . Not a friendly bunch at all .

They all did amazing with our lil guy. They took his testes and he healed up great. They were very caring and knowledgeable. The best thing is it was a one stop shop. Surgery, pain meds and they even called a couple times to check on our lil guy.

took our dog here 2 years ago, he has been great ever since! he used to attack our other dog and now he is like a whole new dog!

Amazing service! they took such good care of my Siberian husky LUNA yesterday. I would 100% recommend them to anyone. Luna is the second pet I bring to them my first pet was a Maltese shitzu and I brought him back in 2018 and everything went smooth. I will forever recommend this place to family and friends. Plus a great bonus for me was that in my zip code it was FREEE! :)

Since I don't live in a lower class zip code they refuse to neuter my cat even though I'd pay them to do it! That's the dumbest thing I've ever heard of!!! I have to live in south east San Diego to be able to have them fix my cat!? Just cause I live in a decent area doesnt mean im not on assistance and need these types of programs too!

Horrible experience. I had my kitty spayed here last week and had multiple issues with it. I called the number they list to call and no one ever calls me back. This has now resulted me in over 200 in vet fees. A "low cost" spay is now well over the amount it would have cost to just just use a normal vet.

I have had 1 dog and 3 cats spayed and neutered here. I choose the Neuter Scooter because I am a low income parent. I couldn't afford to take our pets to a regular clinic. SNAP was amazing and did great work on our beloved pets. I would strongly recommend families going through them. Especially if you are going through hard financial times.

This program helps people of low income to save money and the most important part is to keep Dogs and Cats to reproduce! Thanks Spay and Neuter for your help!
