I was visiting from out of town and my dog was sick. Dr. Lopez saw us within hours of my call. She was generous with her time, compassionate, and treated my pet without any unnecessary or costly tests. She gave me invaluable advice.

If I could give zero stars I would and I’m NOT even a client of theirs yet. My vet closed down permanently and recommended this place called to schedule wellness checks for both my dogs over 3 weeks ago, got emails asking me to confirm got a phone call yesterday confirming again now today 11/4 day of appointment they call to tell me they have to reschedule because someone on their end out put in our appointment incorrectly and they’ve never seen us before. I ask okay the appointment just can’t be switched to the correct appointment type wellness check all for her to come back and say can you come at 1, I say no okay well can I reschedule for another day. No that was the point of you putting me on hold to ask in the first place, how is this my fault that your staff put in the incorrect type of appointment? Now I have to find another vet wait more weeks to get them in. This was unprofessional and unreliable and I would not recommend coming here.

Fantastic Experience at All Pets today. Dr Morgan Lopez has the best "petside" manner I've ever seen. She took the time to address all of our lab's issues, made sound recommendations based on data, and supported her recommendations based on studies. Highly recommend!

Very quick and helpful with an emergency with my dog. They took him immediately and was able to effectively remedy the issue. They are kind and communicate well. Highly recommend.

What a great facility. My Shih Tsu was having trouble walking and they saw her that day. The staff was very professional, attentive and friendly. Dr. Murillo carefully explained the situation and answered all questions. She was great. They did not gouge me for the x-rays or the services performed like other pet hospitals. I highly recommend this place

Sometimes there are long hold times on the phone, but the care my hamster and dog have received has been friendly and knowledgeable. We have seen both Drs. Murillo and Forman and both were very professional and kind. Prices seem fair (about $40 for vaccines and $60 for an exam, and I was reimbursed by Nationwide).

I came in to put my hamster down at the end of June since she wasnt eating or drinking water anymore. I’ve come in before to euthanize a rat and the experience I had then and the experience I had this last time were two complete different experiences, and not in a good way. They forgot me out in the parking lot after taking my hamster in and told me that someone would be right back to take payment. A FULL HOUR LATER I finally called from the parking lot asking what was going on, only to be told that they didn’t even know I was out there? Great communication skills. They also did not explain that with a communal cremation that I wouldn’t be receiving any ashes back whatsoever so imagine my shock when I was told that. Yes she was a hamster but she was still a part of my family and this whole experience was frankly a little traumatizing and has me a little worried for any future small vets I visit since I definitely won’t be coming back here for any of my other pets. If zero stars was an option I would be choosing that one

We had the unfortunate experience we all so want to avoid when our senior dog’s time to pass was eminent. A little over a week ago our sweet senior 13+ year old Pug Bella’s health was deteriorating rapidly at closing time and my daughter found this amazing vet that was willing to stay open to let us bring her in. The staff and the doctor were way beyond supportive and gifted us all the time we needed to say our goodbyes and have time for our family coming through rush hour to arrive. Thank you All Pets Animal Hospital for being there for us and so graciously caring for Bella and all of her family at such an extremely challenging time????

Very overrated vet. Our second appointment with this vet they gave my dog a lepto shot and my dog had a very severe reaction. They told me I would be refunded for the shot and that never happened. To top it off the vet told me that I should still come back for the booster which we did and he had a second reaction and then the vet followed up with me after recommending lepto each year going “oh yeah you probably shouldn’t get this ever again” like what! This vet is just out for your money. Their customer service after dealing with them for the last 8 months since we moved here has been awful. They never can give answers on the spot and usually you’re out on hold. On top of that my dog developed a cough and I called to ask if I could get him in next week and they go “it would be a drop off and a fee of $35”.. I’ve never had a vet say that before or charge a fee like that! Needless to say we will be moving on from this vet and not recommending to anyone.

I trust these people. They love my cats and I appreciate them!

They wanted $50 to get a blood pressure reading on top of exam fee for my cat and $230 for a senior blood panel recheck. When I called 3 other vets their prices were considerably lower. I recommend going somewhere else if you don't want to go broke on diagnostic tests.

The best veterinarian hospital kind knowledgeable Doctors. They are Great.

Carlsbad location is okay, though I like the Encinitas location much better. 5 stars for Encinitas

Dr. Loudis at staff has been there for my parrots when they needed them the most. I am so grateful for them.

I began coming to All Pets Animal Hospital 6 years ago for a free exam of my newly adopted chinchillas. I was impressed with their expertise, exams and care. The staff are attentive, empathic and compassionate. Since then I have brought all of my adopted pets here. My experience has always been gratifying and pleasant. Prices are reasonable and they have a senior discount which I appreciate.

They're doing their best with the health restrictions in place. The techs are kind and gentle with the animals while the owners wait in their cars.

Great vets, and staff. Open weekends and they keep accurate records letting me know when immunizations are due. Not cheap but quality vet care and dedicated professionals are worth it.

Absolutely amazing staff all around! It was Friday evening and our Bull Mastiff had an ear infection. So at 6:20 pm we called the first Vet that came up, fortunately, for us they couldn't take us in. There's a reason why All Pets Animal Hospital has great reviews! They took us right in, 6:40 pm, yep that's right 20 minutes before closing! Looks like we found our new Veterinarian! Thank you to Dr. and the staff at All Pets Animal Hospital!

Dakota's prognosis was not good. We were faced with saying goodbye to a member of our family for 13 years. My big buddy. The doctor and all of the staff were so kind and very sensitive at a difficult time. We were there for over 4 hours saying goodbye and loving our dig one more time. All of the staff were patient with us and caring to Kota. Thank you so much.
