Poor service they barely opened and the employees start taking lunch breaks after stating wait time is 1 hour wait had us waiting 3 plus

Took really good care of my two dogs, my pups feel comfortable and safe with them .

We took 3 kittens there for a checkup. They had just showed up at our door. Staff is nice

NEXT TIME WE WILL CHECK IN VIRTUALLY TO AVOID THE LONG WAIT, BUT OTHER THAN THAT, THE STAFF HERE WAS AWESOME, DID GREAT WITH OUR GERMAN SHEPPARDS, VERY FRIENDLY & PROFESSIONAL... DEFINETLY OUR NEW GOOD TO PLACE VERSES DRIVING WAY OUT TO ROSEVILLE.....

This wellness center is great if you need something done right away! No exam fee like other vet hospitals and the prices are reasonable. Don't get me wrong, every pet NEEDS a full-service Veterinarian, but if you need vaccinations done or bloodwork, this is the place to go.

Always nice when my kitty was little. When she got bigger the vets assistants scruffing my cat makes me very uncomfortable. However their knowledge and recommendations for the best remedies available are always on point and the vet always take the time to answer questions.

Quick and easy. Was the quick safe option near my house to finish puppy shots.

Loving and helpful staff, and the doctors are so heartfelt. When our dog was attacked by a pitbull and died, the vet placed a donation in his name ❤️ Couldn't thank then enough.

I have been coming to VIP Pet Care for 2 years at different locations and had good service. However, I just brought my 7 weeks old GSD puppy to the Pet Food Service location yesterday Dec 22nd, 2020 and today Dec 23rd, 2020 and the check-in lady in the front was horrible and unprofessional. On Dec 22nd, 2020 I came to get the first round shots for my 7 weeks old GSD at 3pm and was asked to come back tomorrow because she said full capacity. I came back at 2:10 pm on the next day Dec 23rd, 2020 which is 20 minutes earlier than the open time. I asked the check-in lady that I want to get the first round shots for my 7 weeks puppy and how long is the wait. She said 12 people in front of you. I took my puppy back into the car and waited for 2 hours then got the message said that I can come in. When we go to her, she asked me how old my puppy is, and I said I told her 7 weeks old. Then she said we do not give vaccinations for the pup under 8 weeks old here. Well we came here 2 days in a row and waited for 2 hours, then she said this. She could tell me this when I tried to check in 2 time and not waste people time. Very disappointed :)
