This Clinic would not hesitate to go beyond to help your pet. Our boy’s doctor Tyler is an amazing doctor and we are blessed to have him. Diamond was very ill needed emergency treatment /surgery and he received excellent care. We are so thankful for all the doctors surgeons did for our baby.

Good Vet with affordable care and friendly staff. Only issue is they are extremely popular so it can be difficult to get an appointment as they are usually booked out months in advance

If I give this Vet Hospital zero stars I would! Dr. Sam Varon seen and examined my dog, I gave him detailed info on my dogs symptoms. After paying a $1,000 to this vet all to say nothing was wrong, not long after that visit my dog passed away in my arms.

I was visiting the area during Christmas time when my dog needed an urgent, but not quite emergency surgery. I spent 3 hours on the phone trying to find a vet who would even see my dog as many places aren’t taking new clients or were booked for a few weeks. Not only could Broadway Vet perform the surgery the following day, I found the quote to be reasonable. The surgery ended up being more complicated than anticipated and my dog needed to be transferred to UC Davis for a highly specialized procedure only offered at a handful of places on the west coast. Dr. Tyler was knowledgeable about less invasive options and was very transparent the entire time about the potential of needing to see a soft tissue specialist. Dr. Tyler went above and beyond in caring for my dog, trying to resolve his medical issues. I had previously been unsuccessful at getting an appointment for my dog at UC Davis- or anywhere else offering the procedure, but Dr. Tyler reached out and I was directly contacted by UC Davis to bring him in same day. Thanks Dr. Tyler and everyone at Broadway Vet! I know my dog isn’t the easiest patient both behaviorally and medically.

This place is a rip off. Be careful of unnecessary blood tests and additional charges. They are a pay first ask questions later business model. They’ll also lie about availability to get you to pay for emergency fees.

Thank you to all the vet techs and vets who work here, they truly care about your pets, they work hard to not pass on too many costs to you or recommend further costly intervention when it's not necessary. Despite the constraints of covid, they still provide wonderful care and make the humans feel comfortable and informed.

Covid protocols in place for patients' families; Dr. Sam is alway helpful, honest, and caring. FYI: Come early, parking takes time but is available.

Hands down the best vet I’ve ever taken my dogs to. We have 3 dogs, one of which is a Frenchie which I’m pretty particular about who he sees because they have health issues to begin with. Dr. Tyler Baum is amazing, explains everything so I can understand what’s going on. Dr. Sam has bulldogs and completely understands the whole breed so well. The staff is so sweet and always on top of things. We’ve had a few allergic reactions to foods and we were able to be seen immediately and they were very responsive to seeing him quickly. I will NEVER take my dogs to anyone else! I hate going to a vets office and seeing a new vet every time, I want to build a relationship with my dogs vets because we have a few, so I want them to know what’s going on without me explaining it every time. With Broadway, it’s the same vets every time and they know all my dogs and what’s going on with each one of them. Such a personal experience! Thank you guys so much for all you do for us!

Everything went well, and the price was good also. It came to under $1200 for the removal.

I love this place. Everyone that works there is so kind. My little dog has congestive heart failure and they have been so kind to her. They really are wonderful! Update... They're not the same. Sad. No longer take my dog there

Broadway vet is wonderful! The doctors and assistants are all very knowledgeable, empathetic, and enthusiastic every time I take my cats for a visit. Even though I've moved away from midtown, I still bring my babies here for all their vet needs because I've had such positive experiences with everyone there!

You sit outside and your pet is whisked away, seen and treated, then brought back out to you. Sitting on Broadway is always an experience, homeless man kept getting into traffic.

The team here is fabulous! As a dog trainer I am always here if from clients how much they love Dr. Sam & Dr. Tyler. So I had to find out for myself. 10 stars!!

We started with Broadway Vet's puppy program which has been a great option for us to get our dog's shots and other important first medical exams! I have since turned into the anxious new mom who is overly tuned into what is happening with her new pup while equally spending way to much time on google. A bad combination for anxiety! Broadway Vet has been very helpful, kind and compassionate with me as we navigated allergy season and puppy diarhea! It is very obvious that they love what they do and I am greatful for the staff on the phons who always help me calm my new dog mom nerves!

This place is absolutely amazing! They had no availability for surgeries the day I brought my dog in, and Sam canceled his lunch to help my dog August West! These folks genuinely care about their patients as well as the humans in charge of them! I will recommend Broadway to everyone I know. Thank you so much Broadway pet hospital!

Pricey but they are familiar with guinea pigs and very helpful. Dr. Tyler was very patient with me and explained what what going on with my baby even if it means having to repeat himself so I understand.

We recently had a major dental procedure for our dog. Although the initial post op process lacked communication and proper follow up, due to staff being stretched higher than normal patients , Dr Sam did take the time to call us and explain the situation snd challenges during this time. He and his staff are trying to achieve proper customer service as we move past the pandemic and get back to “normal”. Overall I feel they are trying to do the right thing and ultimately they gave great care to our dog on her procedures.

Transferred my German Shepherd to Broadway Vet and told the vet tech on the first visit that my dog was taking Simparica for her heart worm, flea, and tick. However, the vet tech told me that Simparica is not for heart worm at all, so I trusted that they would know more than I and agreed to a year-long heart worm shot (over $100). I checked the (mostly full) box as soon as I got home and realized that yes, Simparica Trio does protect against heart worm, flea, and tick. The fact that I forgot “Trio” in the name should not have caused this error. I told another staff member about my frustrations and how I now will need to pay more money to replace the Simparica Trio with just Simparica (or a similar medicine) and was told the veterinarian would be informed of this. I don’t know if that ever happened, as no one reached out to me. I know vet offices are slammed right now, but if I didn’t call to check if I could still give my dog the Simparica Trio even after she received the year-long shot, she could have gotten ill.

Great practice with great pricing, flexible scheduling, and quality brand-name medications. Dr. Tyler Baum is knowledgeable and informative without being pushy on your options, and he performed an excellent surgery with a minimal incision on our miniature dachshund. Our take-home medications were minimal as they used one-time injectable medications that are designed to last through the healing process. Our dog Ava was back to normal a bit too fast! Thank you for helping our schedule fit into yours.

I came to Broadway Vet in the last days of my beloved dog's life, and we received extraordinarily compassionate care making difficult decisions and ultimately saying goodbye. Although we had not been to this vet before, Dr. Tyler Baum and all of the staff treated us as though we had been clients for all of Wilson's 14 years. I can't say enough wonderful things about this vet. When I am ready to have another dog, I will certainly bring him or her here.
