Great shop, looks like they are expanding their inventory. Lots of accessories, feeders and gorgeous reptiles to see! Also good small plant selection and employees very knowledgeable! Prices seem very reasonable to me and I had a nice time browsing

Nice place. Lots of herptile equipment and decent selection of animals. Clean and we'll stocked. None of the employees were wearing masks (during mandate) so be aware.

Great prices and they carry a local brand Lugarti which is amazing. Staff is knowledgeable and there are plenty of options. Be sure to take advantage of the member program if you plan on shopping there often.

Polite, knowledgeable staff. Clean, well maintained inventory, and you can handle a lot of the reptiles very easily - which indicates they aren't under stress - which means very well taken care of.

They are always very helpful. They are great about rehoming reptiles if your no longer able to keep yours. I have lots of Dubai roaches of all sizes for sale. I didn't need that many, but they breed like crazy! Just hit me up on here, I'm off of South Bradshaw Rd.

One of the best places around to get food for pets like snakes, lizards, turtles and they even have spiders in there! Such a cool place with knowledgeable staff. I go there to get live fuzzy mixes for my California King Snake.

I love this place! I bought my baby sulcata from here 2 yrs ago&they helped me with everything I needed. From equipment to dirt to treats to food&gave check ups as often as I needed.My baby is 20lbs now& humongous.I bought a box turtle for our family friends&Jason was amazing. He went above and beyond to make it happen. The whole crew makes u feel welcomed as soon as u walk in the door. They are very knowledgeable as well. Thanks for a great experience. For the 1st time in 2 years I got declined to used my credit card by a guy with green hair. No judgment but i'm on a joined credit with name not being on front. We get its for security reasons for fraud, but messed up at the same time for those who have joined accounts....I give 1 star for poor customer service on explanation of the whole situation and also 1 star for no greeting guest. I was being nice asking questions but he gave attitude acting like us customers know the rules..saying "well it's the rules". No excuses guy we deserve explanations...love the place the customer service matters more then the whole entire store itself alone.

This place has always been a great place to go for reptiles. I've been coming here since there were in lodi and loved when they opened in elk grove. Always the best customer service and super helpful on info for ur pets. Jasmine was outstanding help and definitely I'm a lifetime customer.

I go to the serpentarium weekly for food for my ackie monitor. Every time I go it's an absolute joy when I go in and I come out with more knowledge and interest then when I went in. The staff is very helpful not just to me but to everyone who comes in. An employee there named Destiny makes it her priority to make sure you leave there with the best customer service and Eli the manager makes the time to know everything there is to know about the habits and well being of your reptilian friend.

Recently bought an African fat tail gecko and was highly misinformed from a different reptile store as far as how to take care of and feed them and what type of substrate to use etc. Came in to the serpentarium to ask a few Questions and was helped with an abundance of amazing answers and information. (THANKS ELI!!!) Outstanding customer service and true care for the animals from this team. Well done!

I call before I head over every single time I go in order to make sure they have the things I need in stock. Today makes the fourth time they tell me they have the items I need in stock and can fill my order but when I get there they tell me no. There is no apology for miscommunication or for telling me incorrect information before I head over or nothing. The people there are always very rude when I tell them I just called and they told me they could fill my order. I don't understand the point of lying to customers on the phone and then being so rude because you keep giving incorrect information.

Best reptile shop in California period. I came to get my snake and a set up. The lady that helped us was very nice and gave advice and we were out in less than 20 and now I have a nice and healthy snow corn snake living the dream. Also to all the people who want a pet from here and get nice stuff come here cause it's significantly cheaper than petco or petsmart, and let's be honest petco and petsmart probably don't take good care of the reptile. SO COME HERE AND GET YOUR REPTILES.
