The staff there is always fantastic very helpful very knowledgeable and are genuine animal lovers which makes my trust towards my dog with them pretty confident they had a little trouble when they were remodeling but now it's beautiful and up and running

Love the remodeling. No fish yet . Went in 2 days ago was hoping to see fish. It's OK with all the remodeling I'm sure it will be up in no time. I'll check back in the store in a few weeks.

The person who helped me was very helpful above and beyound.

The representative I spoke to was extremely polite and gave condolences about losing our 14 years old Chihuahua and wanted to know if they had puppies for sale no they don't sell them...

Great place,but they are getting ready to open a vet hospital so everything is rearranged, but you can pretty much still find what you need

Being remodeled but prices were high. Found fish pond products considerably cheaper on Amazon.

The staff was extremely helpful from the moment I entered the store. They are clearly proud of their services. It was a joy to be there.

I was going in to get some puppy pads and there was a german shepherd in the parking lot that was growling barking and lunged at me. the dog did not have a muzzle on and owner did not have control at all. we went in the store and the dog still proceeded to lung and bark at anyone that was in the store. walked up to the cashier and told her that dog should not be in here without a muzzle on and she said it is just the breed. as i walked up to pay for my stuff she was trying to tell the trainer about me and then stopped talking to her once i walked up. they have lost my service and that was my first time going in there. i guess if someone got hurt their excuse would be it’s just the breed.

It seems as if this store is offering less variety and keep raising prices. I'm am less and less incline to shop here.

I live a ways away from the store I would buy 16oz. frozen shrimp I don't know why the store can't buy the large one

Took longer than expected but they looked busy. Was probably related to how squirmy he is. Overall he came out looking pretty good.

The manager on duty went out of his way to be helpful when I was looking for an item that I couldn't find.

I found what I needed and then some stuff I didn't know I needed. It's also really easy to find the items I want even when the layout changes.

The store was nice. It didn't have what I was looking for, but it was clean and friendly.

Easy purchase and pick-up. My dog food was ready for me when I came in within the hour. The front store clerk quickly greeted and helped me. Sadly, I do not remember the young lady's name, but I was out of the store within 3 minutes. Thank you!
