My puppy's first grooming. Bath & Trim.. He's a handsome boy.

Very professional! It was the pups first time at 7 months old. They did not force her back to the grooming area. They just slowly coaxed her back. Prices were great, and so was our spanking clean pup!

Don't bring a kid who's undecided of which pet they want. Lol. Employees are awesome and there's tons of different varieties for pets, pet foods and supplies. There's even a veterinarian pet clinic inside, it's a perfect one stop pet location.

Drive up pick-up, works for me! Thank you Petsmart.

They are getting worse, this is the third time they mess my beautiful dog hair... I gave them 3 chances...that's it... bye bye pet smart Elk Grove.

Do not come to this location for grooming! I have been bringing my dog here for about a year now and just out of the blue- the staff told me that my dog is not eligible due to some made-up policy. I was very disappointed and demanded an explanation, but the staff member was extremely rude and unprofessional.

Very poor grooming experience. They did a terrible job with trimming my dogs nails and fur.

Mike is probably the best groomer here. He’s very gentle and soothing for our nervous puppy. I would say the other groomers we have had don’t seem as nice and gentle and my dog seems to be on edge when we get her back.

First, only and last time I’ll ever take my dog to get groomed at petsmart. If I can give them zero stars I would. I’m not upset about the service, I’m upset because my dog has been in pain and been limping since I picked him up from the groomers as if they hurt my sweet innocent little guy. He’s the nicest dog anyone will ever meet and I don’t know why they would hurt my dog. Been trying to call them but no one is picking up. Will definitely get my lawyer involve.

The fish food was mostly gone. Needs to restock the saltwater food.

This place was dirty! The fish were gross, multiple dead ones in the tanks and had to wait a long time for help.

Groomers are very good with our nervous doxie girls.

Been coming here for years. Staff is always friendly and helpful. Recently have been taking my new puppy in for their dog training program and have worked up through 3 different levels of training. My doggo loves the instructor (Jennifer). Very affordable dog training and very helpful for basics all the way up to more advanced levels of training! Highly recommend it.

The staff at Banfield hospital was wonderful very personable also the sales Personnel in the store was great too

Friendly and helpful staff, and they have every kind of food, treat, toy, medicine, or any other pet related item I've ever needed.

I brought my Bailey in to the Elk Grove,Ca for grooming. The staff was friendly and nice. I showed them a picture of the cut I wanted for her. I told the I wanted body shaved as short as possible. They looked at the picture and checked her coat and stated they could do no problem. But that the hair on the legs weren’t quite as long as in the picture. It was a terrier cut. Very short on the body and legs left longer. I said I realize that it not a issue. They told me it would take 2-3 hours. I was called in 1.5 hours, which surprised me she was so quickly. I could not bend because so I couldn’t really inspect the grooming but when I got back home and was able to check her out I was very unhappy. First of all her body was not shaved to the body, it was at least 1/4 to 1/2 inch long and her legs were like groomed by someone who didn’t know what the were doing. I did not have time to address this issue in a timely fashion as I was leaving town. I was/am really disappointed at the grooming service I received at this store. I have used this service at other pets mart locations and never had this kind of service. There is uncut hair on her chest her legs were done all wrong for the cut she was suppose to get. On her nose they trim her up but left long black whiskers sticking out. I have to go spend more money to get her cut fixed now that I’m bad home. I will use this store again when I’m in Elk Grove area. A very disappointed customer! The only reason I gave 2 starts is because was real clean and the staff were nice. The first two pictures are what I shower the groom of the cut I wanted. The other pictures are what I got. ☹️☹️☹️☹️

I love PetSmart if you lose your receipt they have it on the computers they're very helpful I recommended PetSmart
