The groomers are always courteous and do a beautiful job, can tell they love animals.

I really like the way Kathy does my dogs haircuts. When I go to pick up my dog she is never thirsty and almost never has to go to the bathroom. The treatment of my pet is absolutely fabulous and she loves to go there.

Great customer service, made me and my dog feel welcome. Did an AMAZING job on my dog will be going back.

Kathy and her team do all they can to make my pup feel at home. They listen when I have changed a style request, and they've given suggestions for home care.

My regular groomer has been booked out for a few months now. My pups were in need of grooming asap. I heard from FB abut this place. Now I am very picky due to a previous groomers messing up my dogs. When I called Kathy answered. She was nothing but pleasant. She was able to get all 3 of my pups the very next day. This was one of my babies first time going to the groomers so I was very nervous about leaving him. Upon arriving Kathy greeted us and made us feel so welcomed. Her daughter came out and made sure all my pups felt comfortable with her, specially my little one. Let me tell you about what an amazing job they did with all 3. Kathy DID NOT pay me to post this review. All she did was be nothing but the sweet kind lady she is. Thank you Kathy for the amazing job you and your team did. We will def be back.

Kathy has been amazing with her professionalism, her work and she leads an excellent staff over the last 6 years that I have been utilized the services. When Kathy left the industry for a while due to personal reasons, I continue to take my Yorkie to the same location but unfortunately, quality of customer service was not the same nor did the place feel as welcoming as when Kathy lead the team.. Welcome back Kathy! I am excited algo with my other friends and family and we appreciate your honesty and loyalty to taking good care of your customers and fur babies .

They are amazing! I had to bring my cat in to get his matts cut out and they had me in and out within 20 minutes. They did such a great job with him and it was very reasonably priced. I will definitely be bringing him back here!

Kathy has been grooming our dogs for 20 years. She loves dogs and it shows in her grooming and care. She is very reliable and professional. We have referred friends and family and she has taken equal good care of them. Highly recommend!

So glad I was able to find Tristian and his crew again! It’s so confusing that this Kathy person opened a salon with almost the same name on the same street ???? I went there by mistake and let me tell You what an experience. Her and her daughter tried to convince me to leave my baby with them and that I shouldn’t go to the Pet Spa and just continued to slander Tristian. It was pretty horrible she actually ran up to my car excited to tell me, a stranger all these lies and stories. Good grief lady. This was a huge red flag for me so I got on google and called the pet spa to get directions to their new location. Thank God I did because they did such an amazing job ! And my baby smelled amazing !! And after looking at the pictures on Kathys site for Laguna country dog salon I’m almost certain they are paid to review because the quality just doesn’t add up ! If you’re looking for a young innovative staff who really care about your pet and do amazing work please look no further than the pet spa at Laguna 8679 Sheldon rd. And I spoke with Tristian about the lies Kathy is spreading. Wow when I tell you the actual real story is even worse than I could of imagined. Kathy is a vindictive unprofessional woman and she should be ashamed of herself for the lies and hurt she is trying to cause to a young business owner. Shame shame shame old lady. Just sad.

My husband and I mistakenly came to this place thinking it was the pet spa at Laguna. Apparently the owner here has reopened and taken a name very similar to one she sold. I quickly found out this was not the place I was referred to. I am a large breed dog owner. Pit bulls to be exact. My dogs are kind and very well trained. Upon entering this establishment we were treated as though we weren’t wanted and our business wasn’t welcomed. The treatment that we received was so rude and unwelcoming and made us feel very uncomfortable. I will never waste a penny at this place. Dog groomers are supposed to cater to all breeds. Their treatment was so unprofessional. Glad I was able to figure out the name confusion and take my business to a place that was kind, professional and so welcoming. I do not recommend this place to anyone who actually cares for their pet and their treatment.

Took my three fur babies to Laguna Country Dog Salon after my mobile groomer was a no show this week. I thought I had made the appointment with them but I think it was a different location. Even without an appointment, Kathy and her team were so welcoming and accommodating with our dogs. We were pleased with our first visit.

Kathy and her staff were absolutely amazing! I highly recommend them! She was very accommodating to my senior rescue dog, who is very anxious, partially blind and deaf so he gets confused, and was very matted. She understood and met all my needs for him. She did everything she could to not cause him stress, which meant the world to me and gained my trust. She also groomed my two other dogs who look absolutely fabulous!! I am so happy and relieved to find a forever groomer!!???? Thank you Kathy and crew! Also, I love the facility, cozy, and clean. I felt very comfortable leaving my 3 furbabies with her.

Kathy has been our go-to groomer for years. Don't be mistaken-this is still Kathy with a new name (the old name has moved and is not the same owner). She is now offering upgraded high-quality bandanas (pictured) which is her trademark.

First time at this business. Walked in and I was welcomed! It’s felt good and welcoming! Equipment is new. The staff showed love and care to the other dogs as well as mine. I came in for nail trimming at 4:30 and they were able to do the bath and nail trimming. I was amazed! I will definitely come back and refer this place to everyone!!

Kathy is back and the place looks better than ever! I have been bringing my Chugs here for 3 years now and every single time, my girls are well groomed, happy and feeling loved. I can’t believe what just happened! This lady lied to me. I specifically Asked for Tristian at the Pet spa at Laguna and she told me that I was at the right place!! About an hour went by and I received a call from Tristian asking if I missed my appointment I said I dropped my dog off to you. And that’s when I realized this Kathy person blatantly lied to me and pretty much kidnapped my dog!! I am furious and from reading these reviews I’m not the first and probably not the last ! What a disgrace this lady is!! Just a liar and a bad person. I should of known when I walked in but I never thought I would have to be skeptical of a business!! DISGUSTING Kathy. You need to be shut down! Stop lying to people and stealing their dogs and botching their haircuts! Do not go here if you care about your dog. What type of person does that.
