Very good interaction with Dr. Kittel and staff.

I took my cat here for a second opinion about a couple of issues he was having. Dr. Kittel was very polite, professional and explained what was going on with my cat. He made some suggestions about what I could do if I wanted further information about what was going on to see if his condition had gotten worst but didn’t push me into having any of it done. In the end, I agreed to try a medication he suggested and after 2 days of using it my cat seems to be feeling better and has only had one sneezing episode. All the staff there is polite, professional and helpful. I will be going back.

You guys are great! Like many pets, our dog Topper is a much loved, integral part of our family and we take our responsibility to secure a long and healthy life for him very seriously. Dr. Kittel (and his staff!) have been major contributors to this effort, and for the past 10 years we have entrusted KFVP with giving him complete wellness checkups and tests, necessary vaccines, correct medications, and dental cleanings. Thank you Dr Kittel!!

Our rabbit ???? was neutered and the staff were wonderful at handling him as well as answering any questions we had... surgery and recovery went well ???? ????

Definitely more affordable compared to VCA or other vets in the Sacramento are. Kittel is: very professional, more personable, more respectful of the client and sensitive to them and their pets needs, better costumer service, they are not fast or responsive to getting appointments right away (sometimes a 4 day to 2 week wait) but they are most definitely reliable and incredibly caring!

It was really long wait and service, but I believe this is because special care was given up each patient individually. We had two dogs as well. It's also likely because this is our first visit and we had a lot of stuff to complete. This is why I still gave a 10 for the superb service received.

Dr. Kittel and his staff are all great. I truly appreciate getting a call from the doctor after the exam. They answer any questions and take the time to do so. My two, medium sized dogs are doing better now.

Friendly, very knowledgable staff. They do their work on a timely manner. The vet gives a full analysis of your pet's condition with recommendations.

Drove to this practice from San Francisco. Dr. Kittel took care of the dog's dental issues for a very reasonable price. Well worth the drive, considering the cost of dog dental treatment in the Bay Area. Family owned, not corporate, well worth supporting. Highly recommend.

My little Maltipoo had to have 22 teeth extracted. I was kept informed of her progress from beginning to end very professional. Aftercare instructions and medications has my little gummy bear back on the road to recovery and a long and healthy life

They were the only vet clinic who was able to see my dog an hour in advance! Very nice doctor & staff and affordable prices. Would recommend :)

This vet is so professional and kind. Every person I spoke to was very helpful , my guinea pig had a cough and they were able to schedule him an appointment very quickly , I got caught up with work and was going to reschedule but after talking over the phone we found a solution and I was able to have someone else bring him for me and was able to pay over the phone after it was over. They quickly followed up on the phone a couple days after to check on how he was doing ! He's doing great and his cough went away I'm happy to say I will take all my pets here from now on ♥️

The doctor and staff are very thorough, take lots of time to answer questions, and their fees are amazingly low compared to other vet hospitals in this area. We had no hesitation in changing to Kittel Family Vet practice!

I felt the care was good but at the same time it felt a bit like being at a used car dealer with the amount of "options" presented to me to the tune of over $150. Some of those items I'd never heard of. Then were was the matter of the $5.04 "medical waste disposal fee" for the sharps. I felt this was pushing the "fees" a bit for 2 needles.
