Hatton has been taking care of my furry friends for years and rarely dissapoints. Vets, techs, front desk are all very professional, knowledgeable, and caring. They've gone out of their way many times to accommodate urgent needs. They are always friendly and supportive. They are generally quite busy but do an awesome job of managing their workload. Thank you hatton!!

We called a few vets when looking for care for my cat, and by far they were the nicest and most informative on the phone. I guess that’s why my best friend’s parents have been taking their dogs there for years. We just had his first appointment and literally every person was nicer than the last. The vet was super sweet and took excellent care of my baby. Also, their prices seem very reasonable compared to some other vets I’ve visited in the past. I cannot say enough good things about this place and I would definitely recommend!

It's an okay veterinarian hospital they're not really open on the weekends you have to have an appointment they do not take emergencies

Always a good experience at Hatton Vet. From the doctors to the front desk girls. Everyone makes the experience great. Dr Takata is so sweet and caring towards the animals! Thank you for taking care of my cat ????..

I scheduled an appointment for my cat. I showed up for the appointment and was told by the front desk clerk that she hadn't confirmed my appointment (even though I was told that if I had to cancel I would have to call back and give at least 24 hours notice) so I didn't have an appointment. I was told they had an appointment an hour later, but with COVID, I was not allowed to come in the building, and I also had 2 young kids at home that I needed to get back to since their dad was working from home. I asked if I could leave the cat until the next appt since the doctor would have to examine the cat anyways and run tests and I was told I would be charged a fee for "day care" after being left on hold on the phone for 20 minutes. I was also told by the front desk clerk that she had told me when I called to schedule that she wasn't holding the appointment, even though she told me on the phone that she was scheduling the appointment. She basically lied to the doctor and blamed the missed schedule on me. I will not be going back here. Horrible customer service, not to mention the entire state of California has lifted the mask requirement for vaccinated adults and they still won't let anyone in with their pet.

Rude staff. Overpriced for a low income neighborhood. Irresponsible and manager is incompetent. Takes weeks for a call back and forget what animal they are calling about.

Rude staff. Very expensive for being in the ghetto. Also wait times are terrible. They also have no idea where thier paperwork is. Thier manager kimiko or whatever has no idea how to return a phone call. Usually takes 3 weeks.

We have been taking our pets (2 cats and 2 dogs) to Hatton for 6+ years and they are best. The vets and staff are always extremely professional but also create a warm and inviting atmosphere for us. Prices are very reasonable, vets and techs explain treatment clearly every time we're there. Highly recommend!

Do not go there. They tried to schedule me to pull the wrong dogs teeth out. Gave me a one year rabies when I had paperwork they have been receiving regular shots, but billed me like I went to the ER. I emailed them current information but the staff never opened or bothered to look at it. Also, they had my husband waiting in the car for 4 hours for a regular shots and exam. You would think they went for minor surgery. On top of that they take all this extra information like your drivers license and lose your paperwork. They are also extremely expensive like 300 plus 70$ deposits for 2 dogs. Just for an EXAM. They also make the appointment like 2 months out but can schedule you right away to pull out the wrong dogs teeth next week. Yeah because they plan on charging you a few months mortgage. If you think this is a quality vet, I’m sorry you need to get out more.

Overpriced. Staff loses paperwork and overcharges. Wait times for an exam is 4 hours. They also threatened to keep your dog if you don’t agree to whatever they want.

Been taking my pets (cats and dog) here for over 15 years. They have the best vets/staff! They've always been sensitive and taken great care of my babies.

Dr. Takkatda is the worst doctor I have ever encountered. Extremely rude, unprofessional and uneducated. She shouldn’t be around animals or even humans for that matter. Worst vet in the Sacramento/ Elk Grove region. Please take your animals anywhere else if you actually care for them.

We have been clients of Dr. Ku for almost 30 years. She has taken care of our dogs and cat and has always been kind and loving to our pets. She is knowledgeable about veterinary medicine and has never tried to "up-sell" us on products or services that we don't need. We are especially pleased that she has added acupuncture and herbs to her services offered. There are not many non-corporate veterinary offices left and I highly recommend supporting this local small businesses.

We have been going to them for many years. The Doctors and staff are absolutely wonderful and very thorough. They really love all of their furry patients. We took our new puppy there today. And as always...top notch care. ????

Small veterinary hospital with great people! Took my 6 y.o. pitbull there for a swollen ear, the vet gave me a run down on everything and charge me a very reasonable price. I got all the medication for my pooch and gonna do a follow-up in two weeks! I would recommend this pet hospital to any and everyone!
