We had a great experience at Marketplace Veterinary Hospital. They guided us through different options to deal with our dogs anxiety. Their follow up is something I appreciate most! Thank you for caring about our Bentley and providing exceptional care.

We were facing an end of life situation. I was able to reach out to MPVH and they were understanding to our situation and made it possible. Our Zoey was well taken care of.

The vet tech Alex is amazing!! She met me outside took my dog in and was so kind and helpful!! The clinic was very reasonable on pricing for fox tail removal for my large dog and even sent him home with ear cleaner to help him avoid ear issues in the future!!! 5 stars HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Be advised that ownership and doctors have changed repeatedly and dramatically at this practice due to from what I hear were divorce and financial situations, so many reviews you read are for doctors and staff that are no longer there. The first vet I met here was nice and I appreciated her professionalism. The rest? Not so much. Never saw the original doctor again. Wish they let you give zero stars. You will get poor communications if you get any at all. Hang onto your wallet and don't expect professionalism or proper care. Examine "estimates" for plenty of unnecessary extra cost items. Do not allow them to do any surgical procedures on your pets. And expect constant issues with record transfers, prescription refills, and so forth. There are many other far better vets around the immediate area who put customers and pet care before how much money they can get out of you while providing poor service.

After many years of using Marketplace Veterinary, I have to say that I wish I had canine or feline status so that I can receive the quality care that my pets do. In my opinion, the care that these folks give their patients is unparalleled. "I want to give my sincerest Thank's to everyone at Marketplace Veterinarian Hospital."

Dr. Frace is an amazing vet! He saved our dog's tail when 2 another vets couldn't heal her happy tail for months and wanted to amputate it, saved another of our dog's ear, and took great care of our old cat with chronic illness. We tried many local vets but would drive 2 hours to get to El Dorado Hills for the past many years because Dr. Frace and his team are simply the best! He is so knowledgeable, compassionate and kind. Thank you Dr. Frace and team for everything you did for our fur babies!

Brought in a lost dog without a chip and collar. They held him a bit for me while I found out who the owners were. They even gave him a bath and nail trim. They are awesome here and I will take my pups here for medical needs here on out. A big thank you to this location.

November 2015, we had just moved to the area and my cat Tony had a urinary blockage on a Saturday morning. I googled the nearest vet and called Market Place. Even though we were a new patient, they got us in immediately. The doctor and his staff are phenomenal, super professional, and explain everything in detail. While in the waiting room, I talked to a woman who moved away from El Dorado Hills but still travels from downtown Sacramento because they are such a great facility. 3 weeks ago, Tony had dry skin and was scratching himself raw on his neck. I called asking if it was ok to give him fish oil. Dr. Frace got on the phone immediately and we discussed his symptoms. He explained to me how to care for his sore spot and what to look out for in case it was more serious. He checked to make sure he had the fish oil in stock and told me to come and pick it up. Tony's neck is completely healed today. I am so glad we found Market Place.
