I love going here cause I can get kidney care food for my dog without needing a prescription. Always a friendly and helpful staff!

If I can give this place 0 stars I would. I waited for 4 hours to get my dog an exam for them to tell me they won't be able to do it. Then an unprofessional worker came to give me a different vet address and to me I can go right now and do a walk-in. Once I got there the place was already closed.

I love this place ❤ I take my 2 pitbulls to get treated for pain or fleas It gets pretty busy Friday & Saturdays it dont matter if you go very early you get seen late sometimes the staff are very rude specifically the girls. But is ok the place is good anyways .

We went for a friend who's cat was sick. The place seems organized and helpful. We are hoping her cat gets better soon

Rude Latina (young, glasses, curly pony tail) sales clerk took forever to check me out and didn’t enforce the mask rule. Fire her.

I went to get my 9 week old puppy’s second DHLP-P shot and they told me I couldn’t, because it was too early. It had been 3 weeks and he was on schedule to get the next one. I explained that I was going out of town for 6 months and I needed to get them done earlier, because I have to board him. The receptionist asked the vet and told me that he “didn’t want to do it”, even though he knew my situation. I told the receptionist that I drove all the way from San Francisco, to get my dog’s shots and she said “aw that’s too bad”. Mind you, that puppies in animal shelters get their shots every 2 weeks, and 3 was definitely enough to get the next one. I have worked at the SF SPCA and 2 different veterinary hospitals, I am well versed in canine health care and I am extremely disappointed because the vet simply “didn’t want to do it”. Will never go back there again.

Went for vaccines Staff informative and nice! Must get there early wait is long!! Be prepared to wait 2hours. Small parking lot. Recommend parking in plaza. You also get a number and can come back as long as u do b4 3pm. ????

Good basic clinic for exams and vaccines. Small selection of pet products. Friendly customer service.

Always busy on days we go with a line out the door..

Nice guys,good help prices only think is the waiting, but they would let you know about the time you are next so you can go back instead of waiting...it works for me

It is great that you can get the vet prescription food without a prescription and it has always been in stock. I wish prescription foods were not so expensive.

Didnt know it was there in el Cerrito location. Has all pets' wants and needs.

My dog lives the place. Cheap snacks, goat's milk chicken snacks, good cat food ,toys. They also have a vet office in side the store.

Good place to get shots for cats and dogs. On weekends you can also visit the vet for health concerns of your pet.

We showed up for clinic hours and got the medication we needed quickly and affordably! The parking lot gets pretty crazy during clinic hours so leave the car at home if you can.

The young man with the dark dark faded hair, gave my puppy a shot. He didn't say much, he was acting as if he was in a hurry. I had to ask questions like my puppy's weight, he seemed to be a bit ruff, when giving my pup a shot. Not giving him a treat or trying to make my puppy comfortable. He seemed to have a slight attitude of some sort. He's not friendly , like some of the other staff. If he doesn't like his job, he should try something else. Clearly he's not an animal lover.
