Very nice and attention to your animals needs was really comforting. The vet even came out to talk to us and explain everything in detail. They called the next day to check on every animal seen and treated the day before.

My 11 year old dog had his initial visit and they were very thorough. The vet even came out to the parking lot to talk to me about his visit. Techs took good care of him and walked me through everything before making decisions about care. The follow up call 2 days later with the vet was fantastic. Customer service was on point. They made me feel comfortable.

Dr K and staff are amazing. My dog unfortunately is older and is there frequently, and they treat her so well. One of the techs actually will sit with her during her lunch break to just hang out and pet her. Dr K also goes with conservative treatments first and doesn't go straight to expensive treatments first. They really do care and have the patient's needs come first!

Everyone from the young lady who scheduled our appointment to the tech that came out to my car to pick up my cat to the vet himself was so personable and knowledgeable. The price was fair and my cat, Scott, seemed to be at ease. They have definitely won us over as customers.

Dr Kirkpatrick is second to none. The staff at Jamacha Pet Vets cares!!! I never felt like myself or my dog was a number. Dr Kirkpatrick helped me navigate end of life for my beloved dog and made an extremely difficult process as stress free as possible. They treated the family as a whole and the difference from their care and other vets I have used was insanely noticeable. I will absolutely continue to use them for our other animals and would highly recommend their care. A very special thank you to Dr. Kirkpatrick and Debbie. You guys are amazing.

Jamacha pet vets is hands down 200% the best veterinarian there is. You can tell when you bring your pets there that they care and treat your pets as if they were there own. They're great. They are being covid safe by coming out to get your pet, and then the vet comes out to discuss what they found. They're super-thorough. My pup is a rescue, and they found that she has some kidney damage, which I wouldn't have known to check for. And catching it early means we've got a chance to extend her life. Nice staff, and my still-not-socialized dog likes them. So bonus points for them!

One of the best Vet clinics! I had a horrible experience with VCA clinic so I decided to google around my area a good clinic to treat my German shepherd. I am so glad that I found Jamacha Pet Vets, they treated us like family not just a patient. They showed us that they really cared for our pet and not just wanted to drain money out of us. Seriously, the best experience I’ve ever had with them. Did I mention they are affordable? Very affordable and honest!

Dr. Kirkpatrick and his staff have been wonderful with our whole menagerie, from 16 year old grumpy Alfred to crazy energetic Auri. Kelsi, our favorite vet tech, is always so patient and helpful, and Dr. K makes sure we understand all the options for our pets' best care.

A few months ago, I brought in my cat who hadn't been eating. I already knew he had kidney issues, but I wasn't too sure if that was contributing to his eating problem. Normally, I would go to my regular vet, but I wouldn't be able to get an appointment for about 2 weeks. The vet diagnosed him with fourth stage CKD. I already knew about that particular illness and knew that it was terminal, but that his life could be extended with supportive care. Before the vet had even gave me a diagnosis however, he brought up euthanasia. In fact, every conversation that I had with him was about putting down my cat. When my brother came with me to pick up my cat, he was appalled by the fact that he kept mentioning euthanasia. Over the phone, on follow-ups, picking up supplies... he kept pushing euthanasia! I had already told him I wasn't going to do that. I told him that the first time that he mentioned it. I got him to eat and, with supportive care, he made it to his appointment with our regular vet. Thanks to my regular vet, he was able to comfortably extend his life up until a week ago. At no point did my regular vet ever say anything about euthanasia. That's something, she said, should only be brought up by the parents. So be warned. If you ever take your fur baby here and they have a critical illness, be ready for every other word coming out of this idiot's mouth to be euthenasia. Get a second opinion or go to your regular vet.

Came in today for a growth on my dog. Dr. Russell was very knowledgeable and kind. He explained everything with great detail. And the prices do not seem outrageous. The woman who came out to our car to greet us was also very nice.

Great new Doctor. Very thorough Techs. Used to go here but the Doctor moved the VCS so had been going there. Now we will be back here loyally. Sure hope we can start going back into the office again and not waiting in our cars.

Was shopping in next door business, when i decided to Just walk in so i could schedule an appointment for my new puppy… Now FYI im fully vacinated and wearing a mask!!! So i walked in and stood at the entrance not even at the front desk because i waited for the lady at the front desk to get off the phone. so when She hung up the phone & before i could even say one word, she proceeded to escort me out of the building. She said they dont talk to customers inside because of clovid concerns… the lady was not rude or disrespectful… but as a masked & vaccinated American looking for a friendly veterinarian hospital for my puppy id prefer to do my business inside a building…

My husband couldn’t say enough about the care our sweet dog Murphy got at Jamacha Pet Vet the other day. This is our experience every time we go. They’ve been very accommodating during the pandemic and the new doctor is such a great addition! Pricing is reasonable and the office manager Debbie is a total delight!
