This is one of the places for your pets and I feel safe with them all.

They are a group of very nice and friendly employees that care about your pets care. They do take precautions with the Covid virus.

What a mess. 4 hour wait in no shade parking lot with sick animal in the car, refused phone refills for known treated chronic condition. Known Vets leave staff. Heartless.

I'm so grateful for places like this existing. When I went i did have to wait a couple hours (so bring a book or snack) but I'd much rather do that then wait weeks to see my regular vet while my pet is sick

The receptionists are very rude and condescending at this clinic. Don't go to Dr. Morales. She has poor bedside manner and makes you feel like it's your fault your pet is sick. The best vet I have seen there is Dr. Sales. She is patient, kind and compassionate. She even sent me a sympathy card after I had to have my last dog euthanized . I also heard from a neighbor that Dr. Rhoades is excellent but is now located in Bonita. Good luck !

I took my very sick dog in and they refused to see him. They told me I had to wait 2hrs or take him somewhere else. Total disregard for the health and well-being of my dog who had been going there since he was a pup. I have never experience a Veterinary hospital that was so rude, disconcerned and unprofessional in my life.

Love that they always take walk ins! They treat my dogs with great care and are always affordable.

Greedy but worth it because the attention to detail is always on point . And their major concern is ALWAYS for the animals .

Doctors get 5 stars. 3 and 4 hour waits are horrible. Should have a better system

They charged me $462.00 and told me they didn't know what was wrong with my dog. I tried to get my dogs medical records that I paid for and they refused to give them to me so that I could take them to another vet. When I questioned Hillary she hung up on me. Horrible service.

First time there. I went in as a walk-in. There was a long wait in the car but as I didn't have an appointment I expected that. Very clean. Friendly staff. Separate waiting area for cats which is nice. Vet was thorough and attentive. Prescribed for my dog and cured her problem. Reasonable cost. This will be our regular vet.

In office visits are back, which is nice. I was able to get in and out with in 15 minutes. They took blood and urine samples from my dig and sent me on my way. Very happy in person visits are allowed again!

I have only used the Equine Department. Dr. Ashley and her assistants are the absolute best there is. It is so amazing to see a senior horse that has had a severe neurological insult to his body and the result after her first treatment of him. She did several modalities with him such as acupuncture, chiropractic, herbal medicines, and he was also prescribed a pain medicine and an anti inflammatory med.. Not only did he recover, but he thrived for at least 5 years afterward. She is truly a blessing and a healer.

Since COVID they have been very busy and wait times can be a little longer but it is worth the wait I won't consider taking our pets anywhere else.

They helped me put my precious dog Sweepea down and they made it a very peaceful experience. Thank you

You may to wait a while (I didn't) but consider many vets can't or won't see your pet, these folks are a blessing... use them

It was a long wait to be seen, but that is because they take walk-ins. all other vets were booked till the end of October and November, thank God for veterinary clinics like this one, they were able to see and help my baby same day. Friendly staff thanks for being there.

the price is reasonable. The service is awkward at best. They have a mask tyrant that makes bringing a pet there intolerable. I won't be back.

I had an emergency & took my kitty Bella in to be seen. This was our 1st visit and I have nothing but nice things to say! She needed stitches and they were able to get her in right away and took excellent care of her. Everyone was professional and courteous. I am so so thankful to Dr. Mosley & the entire staff. I am beyond grateful!

I ???? this place. I personally like that it's walk-in only because I never really "plan" on seeing a vet. It just happens when one of my goofy dogs gets into mischief. Right now they are taking the overflow from all the other local vets that can't accommodate the volume of scheduled appointments, so I highly suggest you arrive an hour before they open and wait it out. I arrived at 7:10 and was 5th in line. We were seen by 8:30 and out the door by 9. Otherwise, you roll the dice. I went yesterday at 10:00 and there was a 3 hour wait. Not their fault, these guys are exceptional, and I trust them with my fur babies.

Cheaper than the vet we usually go to, and it was nice to be able to walk up but be aware the wait may be long. We went when it was less busy and still waited about an hour to be seen. One of the few places that let us in to talk to the vet during the appointment, which I really liked

Dr.Roads is amazing. He gets a 5 star review no doubt. But, the ones answering the phone and manager Hilery are rude and have no care for animals that are waiting in hot car for hours. They have no system of parking, people are cutting and almost fighting in the parking lot. Horrible experience with this place. We had several dogs in our car and had to wit 4 hours in the 90 degree day. Never again! We will be seeking a new Vet.

Was very fast since I was a walk-in person

Heads up about the walk in protocol that I wish I would have known: they don't take people by the order they arrive, even though there are numbered parking spaces. You just have to start calling at 8am until you get through. I was there by 7:20am and got into the next open space (#6) since I needed to leave by noon and was hoping 4 hours was enough time. By 8:40, after being on hold 2x, and 93 attempts, I finally got to talk to someone for intake. She was nice, but at that point said it was going to be a 2-2.5 hour wait to be seen. I wish I had known the protocol. I asked if I should get there earlier another day or if there's a better time to come and she said it all just depends on how many people are calling to get in.

It was my first visit to this hospital and I have to admit the staff is amazing. Of course had to wait 2 hours for my pitbull to be seen but it was worth the wait. Dr. Andrea Sales was very professional and very pleasant to talk to. Thank you for understanding me! I'll definitely be back!
