Absolutely INCREDIBLE staff. I had an emergency with my 1721 lb furball and got many who told me they were just not comfortable working with a camel. Although 3 hours away they opened their doors and were willing to help. Extremely grateful for the positive and “can do” attitude. Wish it was closer, I’d go to them for everything. ????????????

I have been going here for years and I have always loved the way they treated me and my family. This last visit I was not having a good week, Long story short I was being mean and giving attitude for no reason however the staff maintained there cool and still seen my animal and treated her with all the same love I come to expect from here. I am sorry for that and I would definitely recommend this place to everyone. They are decently priced, loving and trustworthy everything I want in my pets doctor.

Dr. Bear and the staff are always concerned and thorough. I trust them with our Annie.

We took our pig, Bobbie, in for multiple reasons including hoof / tusk trim, x-rays and vaccines. He was treated with love and care and was put through absolutely NO stress while there. Dr. Blanche was new to us as he has never been seen by her but I was extremely pleased with her attitude and her willingness to make sure Bobbie was stress free and happy during a vet visit. It is extremely hard to find a good vet for a beloved family pig. I will absolutely be coming back to see her (although hopefully there will be no need!). Thank you ECLAP team!

Dr Caitlin was amazing. She did a very thorough pre purchase exam for a horse I was looking and was very honest and transparent with her findings. She delivered the information in a way that was easy to understand and took her time answering all my questions. Additionally she made sure all the tests we were looking to run were completed same day, even though it meant staying into the evening to finish them. I had a fantastic experience with Dr Caitlin and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a vet.

Always have had great service and exceptional care of all my animals. They go above and beyond.

Absolutely the best place to go. I called everyone in my area and told them my situation, no one was as eager to help as Rebecca (the veterinarian). I would have had to wait weeks for my kitten's broken tooth to be removed.

I had an urgent call for a goat who's urinary tract was blocked. ECLAP responded quickly, I took it to the ECLAP location and he was treated with excellent care and knowledge. I would highly recommend and will be using them again.

I love Dr Manring. She has been so wonderful with me & my horses. I have one with EPM and one with severe conjunctiva. When my mini’s conjunctiva flared up so severely we thought she had lost her eye, Dr Manring came to the rescue and fixed it all up. My Friesian with EPM is my absolute love and when he was diagnosed, I was frantic. Dr Manring took the time to explain everything and all our options. She was kind and compassionate and reassuring. I would highly recommend ECLAP. Their office staff is also kind and willing to work with you.

These guys must think I run a professional foster care service for cats with how many different ones I've brought in the past few years. Regardless of who I bring, they are always very thorough and are open and interested in my pet's history and what I observe as the owner. All staff have been friendly and helpful and, as busy as they are, they do their best to be proactive about scheduling in a timely manner. I see most complaints (though few) are about urgent care needs and I just don't see a fault on ECLAP here as the only solution would be adding more staff and an additional facility or expansion since pet sales have skyrocketed during COVID. I suppose they could turn clients away, but that doesn't seem to be in their nature. I would recommend having a separate urgent care vet on standby just in case. Honestly, I would prefer to be treated here myself instead of going to Kaiser!

Excellent, caring service and supportive doctors and staff. The facility is beautiful and clean. Perhaps as a result of this, it is very difficult to get a timely appointment.

Can't say enough good things about Dr. Oman. He does such good work with horses and always takes the time to explain what he's doing and how it will help.

My animals like seeing Dr. Bear since he is very good with them. He called me when he stated he would with the results of their routine blood work. I like the fact that he is overly aggressive with medications, but will suggest some alternatives since instances are not life threatening.

I no longer can purchase special cat food on line. Contacted ECLAP and they found the food in a few days. My cat is happy and I am happy. It is always a pleasure going their facility. Neighbor has potbelly pig and highly recommended ECLAP and have been very pleased.

Dr Manring is an excellent Vet with lots of knowledge and Enthusiasm! However, The ECLAP policy of not writing prescriptions because the office staff is too busy is ridiculous! They want us to drive 45min each way to pick up meds instead of writing a script. As a busy mom that works I don't have time to do so! I thought it was the law to write a prescription!

I LOVE the care, concern and professionalism of ECLAP. Starting with the wonderful customer service of the front desk to follow ups with results. The equine mobil vets arrive well prepared, promptly and are knowledgeable as well as empathic to the customers reason for the call. I've also used the small animal side and appreciate the same. Thank you, ECLAP for the special care and support of our animals large and small.

It is so hard these days to find a vet that you can trust and always count on, but the people at ECLAP are those people. They have been nothing but wonderful with every visit they have made. I appreciate them immensely because I do not drive and without their home visits, I would likely not be able to have pets. They are the best, and I would absolutely use them even if I did drive. I love that not only do they know their stuff, but they are incredibly loving with my cats, and when we had a dog, her as well.

We have had many animals and many Vets but this Vet is by far the best! They have a genuine concern for animals opposed to only seeing $ signs when you walk in the door! I will never take my animals to anybody else!

This was our first time visiting ECLAP and we loved it! Compared to other vets we’ve been to in the past, this one surpassed. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Never once did were feel like we were being pushed into any decisions. We will be going back!

We've been bringing our pets for their 6-7 years now, & they now have no availability for right away needs like they used to, & referred us to El Cajon walk in place. I've referred people to go here & will no longer do so because of this. You should always leave open spaces for right away needs of your current patients or hire vet that is there for that specifically. Very disappointed now.
