I called them with no appointment. Very accommodating for emergency bathing. Great service!

Took my dog here to get his nails trimmed. The groomer instantly nicked his right front paw causing my dog to bleed around his nail/paw area. Despite my dog’s cries and whimpering, the groomer ignored the obvious blood and continued to clip his nails until I intervened and stopped it. I understand trimming dogs’ nails are a difficult task and dogs cry and whimper every time just due to the discomfort. But continuing to trim my dog’s nails after he began bleeding was unprofessional and should have been addressed immediately.

I have been bringing my dogs to Shannon for over 15 years now. I have been more than pleased with the job done, and the way she handles my Misty. Great business!!

Shannon is the best groomer around. Our dogs look fabulous everytime she does them. She is fast and makes their coats look perfect. Love her!

Katie does a WONDERFUL job with our rescue puppy Cleopatra. Cleo always comes back in prancing to show off her new haircut and whatever holiday themed extra touch bow Katie gives her. Prices are reasonable and times are convenient too!
