I'm not a pet person but my significant other thought they had a good selection at ok prices.

You guys seem to have some pretty decent review, and I'm not trying to drag down your average, but why are you turning away business and closing at 5:45 in the afternoon on a Wednesday??? I get it, society doesn't want to work for what they think they deserve (NOTHING if they choose not to work), but closing?

The store always has what I'm looking for, the staff is super friendly, and it's always a very easy shopping experience

I got called a slur in the parking lot and it gave my bestie gender euphoria it was pretty cool

Very helpful staff. We ended up buying a hamster and the manager spent a lot of time walking us through feeding and other concerns.

Nice store for animal and bird lovers Some time ago I had fishes, they had whatever you need . This time just went in to lick up some wild bird feeds. They. Had a good selection, and prices.

I always find the staff to be very courteous. The store is always clean, and well stocked. I drove fron Oakland to Pleasanton to get my dogs vaccinated at this location, because I enjoy my experiences there so much, and they were the only ones I could find that were doing the vaccines for a reasonable price! I have Chihuahuas, and they can be very shy and skidish , but the staff did the shots so fast, the dogs hadn't realized it had been done! The Vets there were great! My dogs and I will be back!

Visited the vetco which was efficient and low contact. I had his in and out and a few minutes and got the vaccinations updated without any issues. Lots of selection and not many customers in the store.

They never have enough stock. I'm an Instacart shopper and I rarely find what the customer needs.

The store itself is wonderful- I’ve been getting my dogs groomed there for years. It’s never been anything but great service... a couple of my babies have been nervous at times but they Always came home happy and beautiful... Until recently ~ As of last year I noticed a major difference in the amount of groomers they had on site and to choose from. I definitely had my favorites. But one after another just seemed to go away... I’ve had at least 3-4 (but who’s counting) appointments to get 1, 2 and a coupe times all 3 of them groomed either the same day or a day apart - everything was good until I got the first call (a couple yrs ago) then the second (last year) then third (last yr again) and now just tonight the forth call just twos days prior to my dogs appointment that unfortunately the Special (is that what they call them)? Groomer has gone ill and their Doctor advised them not to go to work for a few weeks... WTH??? I’ve been waiting over a month at least for this appointment. I don’t get it...how can any provider of services have just ONE person that’s able to provide that service??? Doesn’t seem right that if the one groomer gets sick everyone else is put out.... right?? I’m pretty disturbed by their lack of backup in the Grooming Dept... I’ll never make another appointment there again... I just can’t count on it happening... I’m hoping the Store Customer services stays the same...

Great variety of cat food. Very clean, well stocked in all sections of store. Nice employees also.

It's always pleasant to look at their bird and small animal collection.

Staff at this branch is always helpful. I usually know what I want, but they are there with warm greetings and friendly good bye.

I live within 1/2 mile from Petco so it's very convenient for me to shop at this store for when I need to stock up on pet foot and something special for my pets.

I don't like this Petco employees are so rude cgEverytime ive went there. There's a small pet store slash antique shop so much better not far I believe it was in Livermore I'd rather drive a few more min and go anywhere but this petco
