Super nice people and my dog always smells clean with short nails after.

Second time taking my dog to get washed. They do a good job. Usually takes just over an hour. They only take cash or check but they let you know the total when they call you to let you know your dog is ready for pickup!

They always take care of my Daisey Lou. Best place to spoil your doggies.

This is my local Go-To for fur babies. Their nails grow like crazy and I can’t seem to get the right cut done with their squirming so a local place nearby is a must, and its affordable! Sundays Nail Clipping is $10.00, Mon-Sat $15.00, still a great price. My pups nails were ground all around so no snagging during snuggles. See image of latest flyer with pricing for other services. I’d call ahead to check for price changes if your seeing this some time after Dec 2021. The building is big, breezy, like it was built for COVID ERA SAFETY in mind, lol. Totally important to me. Our home is filled with peeps with weak immune systems. I didn’t notice if there was an indoor office or waiting area to hang out in. The sign stated to wait outside the gate entrance to where they do all the work but I do/did see a couple chairs just inside the gate so if your tired or have issues with standing, I bet they would let you sit in those seats…but don’t quote me lol. Lots of parking out front on Royal Oaks (mountain view while waiting) and in the back with an entrance/exit off Highland. This back lot also wraps around like a circle back to Royal Oaks. Make a right at the west end of the lot to get to the front door and Royal Oaks. I thank the wonderful staff for helping to make our day better and for treating our fur babies with care.

My puppy loves going here. Super easy to schedule a haircut and baths. Owner super friendly.

Had a nice experience the first time I took my pup here, all the girls were sweet and helpful, but the second time went bad. The older lady helping me was rude and I couldn't understand why. She had a bad case of RBF. To top it of they also left my dog with an uneven cut, leaving patches of long fur. I won't be going back again.

Took my clients dog to get bathed/nails clipped. Client was very happy with the results, will continue to come back.

Everyone was helpful, next time taking my own soap.

Wish we could find this place sooner! Tried this place for the first time. My dog is 7 years old. Never brushed his teeth before. They did an awesome job! He came back with a whole new set of sparkling white teeth!

So comfortable and everyone makes you feel welcomed. They love the animals.

UPDATE: THEY KICKED MY DOG OUT AFTER TAKING HIM 2 times saying he was “TOO DIFFICULT” which was upsetting due to the fact that we had a good experience but now can never bring him back ????SAVE YOUR MONEY AND TIME !!Before and After In the pictures Loved this place first time taking my dog here and they were very patient and kind. He has had a bad experience grooming before and is always scared when it comes to cutting his hair but when we brought him here he was put at ease. I would definitely recommend this place if your looking for a place to groom your furry friend.

I love this place. I have been taking my dog here for years, the staff is friendly, they form relationships with the dogs, and the patrons. I wouldn’t take my pug anywhere else.

This place has people who care about your pet to work there. I've never been disappointed. They are gentle with your pet. And they do exactly what you ask for. BEAR gives them 4 PAWS up????????

This was pricey. I paid $25, to use their tub and towels...(no shampoo or conditioner) I brought my own, though. Next time I will return to Pasadena, to Bathe ur Doggy. Only $12, to bathe my 37lb terrier, and they give me shampoo specifically for my black dog. Although, they were friendly and instructed me to use cotton to plug my dog's ears, I thought the price was too high.

We take our little dog here once a month. We like them, she likes them, and she comes back clean, sweet smelling and happy. They seem to have a revolving staff, but every one of them is capable and kind, good with pets. I highly recommend E-Z Dog Wash.

My dogs loved this place and this is the only place I have taken them to where they did not still smell like wet dog when I picked them up. Staff is pleasant and friendly.
