Giving this establishment a vote of no confidence. On a recommendation from a friend we were referred to this place, we contacted them with a query for upcoming bookings. It seems they don't want new business based on their answers to our queries, not being clear on their advance booking requirements. Then to end the conversation with they will only give preference to certain customers (we have the texts to prove) is rather questionable. We have found another establishment that was more than willing to accommodate us.

We left our cat (Instagram: @sweetiepie.cat) at Cat Place LA for five weeks over Christmas and New Year. Fantastic experience with regular updates with how our cat was doing. Julie is very professional, up front and honest and takes great care of all of the cats. This is definitely the best place in LA to leave your cat whilst you’re away. We looked at some other places and they were like prison cages in comparison. At Cat Place LA, the cats roam around freely, are played with and taken care of regularly. They also have private booths if you prefer. Would not hesitate recommending Cat Place LA and would happily leave our cat here again!

Cat Place LA is AMAZING! There is no where else I would feel as safe and comfortable homing my cats while being away. The owners Julie and AJ keep this place clean, and update you frequently about how your babies are doing. They observe the cats to make sure they get adjusted to the environment, and eat and drink healthily. My cats have always been so happy staying here, that when I pick them up my very social boy gets sad that he doesn’t get to interact with all his friends anymore. Even my very shy girl enjoys staying now, because the second time, she realized where she was- a safe and comforting place. Even the front entrance is cat proofed with two doors. My cats have always came back from their stay happy, and healthy. Thank You so much for running this awesome business, where I can feel at ease knowing my babies are well taken care of

Great place for cat boarding. The owners are responsible, loving, and caring for the kitties, and they are clearly cat lovers too! The place is clean, the owners are responsible. We are long term cat boarders, our cats have been receiving great care and lots of love by the owners. Highly recommended. We are very happy with our kitty boarding experience!

I couldn't be more pleased. I had never left Jinx alone before, and wanted her to stay some place safe and clean. The location is spotless, and is truly a cat's dream. There are so many toys and trees, and even different types of litter for cats with different preferences. Meeting AJ and Julie sealed the deal- They are so trustworthy and clearly love kitties. I was sent tons of updates and pictures, and Julie even took Jinx's blanket home to wash it after the cats dropped it in food. My baby got to socialize and make new friends and clearly had an incredible time. We will without a doubt be coming back in the future

I brought my cat here for a play day today. I just wanted to check it out and see if my cat feels comfortable here, as I have never left my cat at the pet boarding places. Im leaving for Thanksgiving out of town and nobody can look after my cat this time, so I started to get really worried about what to do. Well, this place is amazing, brand new and extremely clean!
