Beautiful birds but shop in need of a good clean.

We got our precious baby Indian Ringneck "Charlie" yesterday from Armando. He had GREAT pricing compared to other pet stores, and he took the time out of his day off to help train us on how to properly hand-feed him. He was very patient and kind. We are so glad we found our baby, and we HIGHLY recommend Armando for all your pets & grooming needs! Thank you, Armando!!!

I want to start by saying I am local & I have never heard negative things about this place which is why I wanted to bring my business here. However I didn’t get the chance to because I was ignored when I walked in store to make appointment. I waited in store for 10+ mins. No one came to greet me. I walked down to the convenience store and came back when I though I heard someone In the back. My husband calls out but no response, nothing. We leave to our car when we see the owner come out from the back inside the store. He even looked out at us, made eye contact and turned to continue whatever he was doing. Won’t be returning and will make sure to let others know how disappointing this experience was for me.

I’ve never been to this place but based off the call I placed to attempt to book something I would not go here. The gentleman who answered the phone instantly came off rude and started asking all these questions when I asked how much for a cut and a wash. It a simple question. But I guess the go based on the size of the animal. But just his whole tone and customer service I knew I wouldn’t like this place and then he told me the price was $65. I was like never mind and hung up. The only reason I even attempted to call this place was because my place that I take my dog to was still closed due to Covid19. But they only charge $40 for whatever size animal and they do a great job!! I would definitely not go to this place or recommend it. Work on your customer service.

Today was my first day going to Armando’s pet grooming I took my very very fluffy cat princess and she came out looking beautiful !!!!! He did such a great job he’s so patient he’s such a sweetheart his card machine wasn’t working and he even told me don’t worry about it come back whenever you need to I told him I insist I will go get the money he said no sweetie bring it back another day no worries I recommend him he is the best!!!????

Had to get my 4 month old Australian shepherd his shots. It was quick and easy. Very affordable. Owner was knowledgeable

There is always a way to get a animal at this place it is a pet shop also birds are trained when you buy them.

I was told by Armando that my bird was a Lilac Parrot.but he is not He is a Mexican Red Head Parrot. We wanted another Parrot I called Armando looking for it he went up on the price $150 so no way I'm paying that. BUYER BEWARE DO YOUR RESEARCH BEFORE YOU PAY ANY MONEY ????

Ok grooming nothing great and a few times he cut my dog with the grooming shears...

great place for a dog wash and hair cut ,my dog looks brand new!!! like a baby lol,he even put pony tails

I got my beautiful cuddly puppy from Armondo. He's about the only store that sells animals and you can take them home that very same day. I looovvveee my puppy.

This is about the third time I go to the pet shop at 5:30 and they're closed when they actually close at 6. I hate places like this, DON'T close earlier than needed to. So unprofessional.
