They never fail to satisfy our pets needs. Not quite affordable, but they do work with you. The plans you pay monthly. You can add things to the plan as well.

they didn’t take my dog in because I was late and pet smart opens at 9am and my appt was at 8:45am The email says curbside drop off but it doesn’t say you need to call them to let them know you’re outside Mind you I had a newborn baby with me and it’s hard to have the dog and the baby with me and I advised her about the situation and miscommunication and If it was possible to just have my dog get dropped off for this time but she had no sympathy and said no If it’s my fault then so be it but I know it wasn’t they need to be detailed about their drop offs especially if persmart opens at 9 Never taking my dog here I might probably even cancel my membership honestly it’s very inconvenient to have to go thru this

Don’t waste your time here. I had an appointment at 10:45 am, showed up on time, and they “forgot” to call my dog up. We waited an hour while having other dogs seen before us. When I finally spoke up, they took her and never updated me on her status. She was waiting in a kennel for 5 hours for absolutely nothing. What is the point of having an appointment if you’re going to claim your vet is busy with surgeries? Ridiculously unprofessional service and horrible communication. A customer should never have to call to get an update after 5 hours. At least be transparent about how impacted your services are and LIMIT appointments. There was no reason for my day to be wasted. Banfield Whittier is communicative, professional, and compassionate whereas this location gives excuses for lack of transparency and disregard your time and your pets’ comfort.

So I went to this Banfield to pay for my pets insurance and wow the staff at the front desk were so rude and unprofessional. Two girls were gossiping about disgusting things (i could hear it all, im literally right in front of them) made me sick to my stomach. I had questions for my renewal plan and the staff at the front (cant remember her name but she's brown skin with black hair) was not helpful at all. Im not sure if she just has a bad attitude or if she was just so rushed to get the hell out of work but point is she did not help or answer my questions. Pet owners please don't make the mistake of seeking professional help here unless you want bad customer service.

if i could give 0 stars i would because they try to scam you! idk if the vet didn’t know what she should’ve known but she told me my dog needed vaccinations he had already had prior and tried to charge me for that saying i never gave him those shot even tho i have receipts. they also have the worst staff i always made an appointment and they still have you waiting to even check in bc theyre busy doing nothing once i had an appointment at 5 and i got there on time but i waited in the line that the girl told me to wait in and then it was 5:10. SHE TRIED to tell me that i missed my appointment bc it was at 5 but really it was her fault bc i was waiting 10 whole minutes for her to even acknowledge me

They need more organization and more staff. I could tell the staff was doing what they could but they had so much going on it leaves room for confusion and error. I had to ask them 2x to look over the vaccine and I still left with them not doing all the necessary vaccines. I will call tomorrow and see if they can still give me that one last vaccine for my dog and not charge the physical exam. Was just pricer then what was first estimated. Not horrible experience but wasn’t great either. People were friendly but I could tel a little burnt and stressed out.

The counter and benches were filthy. The sanitation stations were empty and when the receptionist was informed, she said it was not her job to stock the sanitation equipment. The welcome appointment board of pet names was not updated. And all my pet's concerns was not relayed to or checked by the vet until I asked for her medical results. Finally, teeth cleaning was not completed because the receptionist failed to book enough time for such visit. This medical facility needs a caring staff, covid awareness education, better management, and maintained sanitized waiting area and counters.

The staff in generally are warm and welcoming. The doctors are super attentive. Service is timely.

They were very sympathetic and caring, took my precious fur-baby she was dying needed to go, the vet doctor was so very sweet and her front assistant too just want to say thank you so much.
