Last month I had to euthanize our 13 year-old golden retriever Ronan. It is such a difficult and sad thing to do as he was a part of our family for over 7 years following rescue adoption. The entire staff at Lincoln Animal Hospital was professional and empathetic. They allowed me as much time as needed to be with Ronan to say my goodbye and explained each step of the process. They also sent a sympathy card signed by the entire staff that arrived at my home several days after. Thank you for your professional and caring service.

Awesome staff. Seems like the people that work there love what they do because they went far and beyond treating our dog miu miu

Addendum as of September 16, 2021: This situation occurred the first week of May around the 4-7th. I only add updates as it is fitting to do so if they check their records for May then this did happen. ((Also very likely reply from places that these events never happened.)) Update as of June 27, 2021: Things did work out for Robin Hood as it would happen and he's in a loving new home. Very thankful that this vet was able to place him with a rescuer that found him a new family but the stressful day that he left me won't change sadly I cried all that day because of the fact he was my mom's dog and these guys basically turned cold to me. Not sure how much longer my mom has but at least her baby's second chance started here. I brought my mom's dog here yesterday for an exam for his ears and was also questioning his future quality of life as he has been hostile with other pets and getting in fights. I was about to hand him off on Saturday to someone I was working with but because I was willing to let him go rather than put him through the trauma of rehoming they started treating me like I was a monster. I even explained to them mom is in the hospital dying and she's about to go into hospice. Rather than returning the dog to me they insisted on me signing him over and told me they may not tell me what happens to him. I called back later that day after they took my mom's corgi and they basically told me you signed him over you have no rights. Fast forward to today I feel like they took advantage of the situation and got to me while I was emotional yesterday and I dropped off the AKC papers plus his microchip paperwork to a lady that basically acted like she was angry with me. I was only trying to do what was best for a dog who was exhibiting post traumatic stress disorder and who needed a new new home with someone willing to work with him. I even asked her if she thought I was a monster and she was like, "No comment." I can only hope he gets a good home. Knowing his breed they can get really sick mentally if they don't have the right owner. I would have kept him if my new landlord allowed pets. Why treat someone badly if they are trying hard to do what's in the best interest of the animal. Just because he was a popular breed and cute doesn't make it ok. Also they made sure to charge me $54 for the handoff how very predatory.

This hospital is awesome. When our vet was not able to see us, they referred this hospital. This hospital was able to fit us in same day. They are professional, reliable and responsive to our puppy’s problem.

I rescued a kitten, I adopted my kitten when he was six weeks old. He is now five months old and on Tuesday I took him to Lincoln Animal Hospital to get him established with a pediatrician ???? I am beyond happy with my choice to take my kitten, Toby, to Lincoln Animal Hospital. Everyone from the receptionist to the doctor and everybody in between were kind, gentle, professional, informative, efficient, caring and just sincerely amazing! I would give 10 stars if I was able!!! I could only wish that other companies were even half as efficient as Lincoln Animal Hospital!!! Thank you all, I look forward to seeing you again! ♥️

Dr Lee and staff took great care of my older dog, who had a swollen sore paw. They didn’t over charge and even took the blood work results from another vet (done 2 months ago) so that I wouldn’t have an additional fee. I would recommend them.

They have been taking care of my dog since she was 6 weeks old. Wouldn't trust another vet. They have earned my trust and have always taken care of my dogs needs.

We have our three kittens going there now and we really like the attention they receive. We also like that the doctor calls us and spends time listening to our concerns and answering our questions. I think the quality is amazing but that's also why it's a little more pricey than other vets. Our favorite staff is Melanie and Doctor Acevedo. They're super nice and always helpful. Some of the things that I think could be improved would be the wait times. Even when appointments are made we still have to wait a while. Maybe schedule more time apart between appointments, allow only emergency walk-ins or even schedule less visits. Also, the parking lot is fairly small but that's out of their control.

Vets and staff are nice but they require tests that are not necessary for diagnosis so that they can charge more. Upsale you in a puppy package but dont provide all services claiming it's by age so you will pay for treatments you dont actually get. We bought package which included fecal test at check out they said bring back sample but then called next day saying she tested positive for giardia yet I never brought any fecal for testing then was told she pooped on the table in the back. But if that's true why didnt they tell me when I was leaving they had a sample rather then telling me to bring a sample back???? I paid an additional 65.00 on top of the 300 for package for meds I'm not even sure she needed since I didnt bring a sample in.Made me feel they are dishonest. I wont bring my pets back here simply due to the over charging and I cant trust they are being honest and not trying to get more money from me. Very disappointed with them.

Dr. Lan is excellent. Very patient, explains everything we need to know as first-time puppy owners. Hospital is busy, but the staff is nice.

I recently had to find a new vet due to mine retiring. I didn't want to travel the long distance to the new owner. I picked a vet near my home and was super unhappy with the experience. I decided to go to a different vet. Lincoln Animal Hospital was a perfect choice. I couldn't go into the exam room with my pet, but wow, the care my pet received and the treatment I received was phenomenal. The vet and the staff kept in touch with me throughout the whole process. The vet spoke with me in detail on my pet's blood work that I had brought (it was just done within a month of the visit). They gave me treatment options, they identified things on my pet I hadn't noticed (i.e. nail clipping). I felt very reassured after my visit. I look forward to a continued relationship with this practice.

I took my kitty here out of desperation on Monday. I regret this decision entirely I should have just waited to go to the vet I trust. I was concerned she was breathing very shallowly & was gagging like she wanted to throw up. They took her in said they would do some blood work for $150 dollars mind you just to take her in they charged me $60. Then, they said she looked fine and healthy. The vets told me that she looks perfectly heathy & that she wasn’t dehydrated. They then decided to inject her with some vitamins & something else in case she was dehydrated. In all my total came to almost $400. The rest of the week my kitty got progressively worse & I decided to bring her in again on Friday morning. They said they were limited on space so if she was left there for some hours she would have been in a cardboard box carrier (extremely unprofessional). I decided to leave and thank god there was an opening at the original vet I wanted to go to. They took her in at 3 pm & did ex- rays on her. The vet called me & said it didn’t look good. My kitties chest & lungs were filling up with fluid which caused her that heavy breathing & that she would most likely not make it through the night. I asked the cause of this & the vet said it could have possibly been due to her underlying condition of feline leukemia which this vet at Lincoln said it had nothing to do with & that she was perfectly healthy. I had to put her down later that day with another vet & he concurred with my vet’s opinion. BEWARE OF THIS PLACE! I would NOT trust them with my fur baby & I regret ever doing so.

Don't go here if you make the decision to euthanize your pet for illness/ age. They prey on those in an emotional/vulnerable state and try to take you for hundreds of dollars. I ended up taking my pup to another veterinarian, who cares more about your best friend then the next dollar walking through the door. LAH tried to charge us $400 for euthanizing alone. No cremation or paw print. Just Shameful.

My dog Milo gets extreme anxiety going to the vet. In the past, at other vets, he's needed to be sedated to be examined. Milo got sick from mold / chemical exposure in our apartment and Lincoln Animal Hospital saw us and gave us an appointment with super short notice. The all-women team there was so kind and gentle with Milo, that he didn't need to be sedated. They were able to evaluate him, take blood and administer medication, as well as a prescription, and Milo was cured in a few days. Can't thank the team there enough. I'll be making the trip from Culver City if we ever have to go back to the vet.

Won't go here again. Went in for food our cat needs (only food he can eat, otherwise he'll get a urinary blockage, which costs several hundreds of $$ to treat). The staff who 'helped' me said she couldn't sell me the food without a prescription. I've been buying the food at other places for the last 10 years without a prescription. This person kept explaining to me how special the food is and what it's for after I already told her I've been buying the food for the last 10 years for my cat's condition. She said she could call and talk to my vet. and get an OK to sell me the food, but after a little while, her attitude about doing that changed and she told me they would probably put her on hold and it was almost time to close and this wasn't going to work out. I realized I wasn't getting the food. After having to listen to this person go on endlessly about why she couldn't sell the food, and what it's for, I wanted a chance to let her know how frustrating this was, but instead of listening, she told me to 'get out'. She caused such a ruckus talking over me instead of hearing me out that someone came out of an exam room to see what was happening. At first, I thought this might be a more helpful staff of the vet's office, but he was another customer, apparently on vigilante duty to help this office further abuse customers, because when I asked him if he needed to talk to me he said no! and I should get the 'f' out. Bizarre visit ! ... and I wouldn't feel safe going back to this place, this over reactive, rude, untrained person who works there, and their weird other customers.

Friendly and helpful staff. Prices can stretch the pocket book, but it's my pet and I want the best I can give. Great at appointment reminders and I can work their schedule into mind. I'll likely be coming back for all my pet needs.
