I was happy that my cockatiel was taking good care and he gained weight during his stay but one thing of my concern is that they didn't groom my bird before picking it up, coz I was told by one of the staff that they will groom my bird first before picking it up. So it ended up that my bird has its long nails????

They had many beautiful birds and a lot of accessories for birds, the best ive seen in any pet store, a lot of selections for food, and the workers even gave my girlfriend and i a sheet of paper giving plenty of information of do's and dont's for birds, im definitely coming back there

Great employees. Great birds. A little pricy, though hand raised birds are going to be more expensive. Still great store.

First visit to Fran's!!! They took real good care of my African grey! He didn't make any noise, which is a shock. Will definitely return!!!

Enjoyed my first experience! Came in for a grooming for my African Grey, loved the tender care they showed while grooming loko. They definitely have a repeat customer! Thanks Fran!

This is where we bought our baby red headed Amazon 6 years ago and the only place we go for boarding. They have wonderful staff who are caring and trust-worthy. Our parrot is always well-taken care of when he goes there. We love Exotic Birds by Fran!

Small specialty store for birds. The birds look healthy, the cages are clean, and the prices are reasonable. The English budgies are adorable tho their wings are clipped since their area is open top. They do proper nail and break trims and boarding as well. Lots of perches, toys and other cage accessories at a reasonable price. Parking in the plaza is kinda small.

The staff is very knowledge and extremely helpful. The birds are out if the cages for the most part so u and the kids can interact with them.

Very knowledgeable employees, very kind. I watch a cockatiel get his nails trimmed and the employee handled it so well even thought the bird was very moody about it.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Very gentle with handling birds and you can tell everyone there truly cares about every bird's well-being. I love taking my birds here for grooming. Everything is quite affordable while still being very high quality (ex. The food). Always a pleasure to come here, thanks Fran and friends!

This place was ok. Definitely not one of the best bird places I’ve been to. I might also be slightly biased because it was really crowded and we couldn’t ask some questions that we wanted to. Regardless, the staff seemed not very knowledgeable beyond the basics and the prices / names of birds / handfed or not were not clearly labelled. The decor and bird toys were nice.
