Good service in easy to find specialty foods

I always find what I’m looking for and then some more…. The staff is wonderful, and the store manager, Dan, is very friendly and personable! Just scheduled my new puppy training starting soon at this location.

Bruno loves it.... we get to mess around with that nobody yelling meet other dogs and get lots of hugs❤️????

Had to come down to go to Petco for the filters for my cats Fresh Flow water fountain they are the only ones down the hill that I know stocks them. And the employees are very helpful.

My favorite place to get sand/refills for my cats ???? staff nice too ????

Great service!!! I came in for dog tags and one of the codes on my receipt for FIDO wasn't working. Jeremy refunded and reissued a code right away that worked. He was outgoing and very nice. It was busy in spurts on the register and was very professional in handling all the customers.

Wayyy to price hiked, everything is over priced in comparison to other shops, the only good thing here is the staff and the adoption cats section.

Two groomers had told me different stories about why they couldn’t groom my dog after I had dropped him off 2 hours ago!! And when I brought him home he was scared and was hiding and couldn’t find him. Don’t know what they did to my dog so he could be so scared !

Lack of floor help, there wasn't any store associate available to assist me. Not impressed.

There is a great variety of food for all pet types. It was a clean store as far as I could tell. Never super busy too.

This place has really cleaned up, post covid of course. I found what I was looking for and everyone there were very helpful. I recommend this place for all ur pets needs.

I called the store, I was out of town camping and my dog was getting sick. I asked if my husband can go exchange the food for the puppy version. I asked if they can put it aside for him since he can never find anything! Also I asked to have probiotics set aside for him to pick up. They make this super easy and put me at ease. Being 5 hrs away from my sick pup is hard but they made this exchange and probiotics recommend very easy. They truly care about their customers at this location. This is the only Petco I will ever go to!

It is a pleasure to shop here, the employees are always visible and available to help with anything. I was helped by Ashley both times i went this week and she did an awesome job of suggesting some good products for our month old kitten.

Needed to buy food for my dog, I usually shop at Petco, arrived a couple of minutes (7:58 pm) before closing (8:00 pm) and the doors were closed and locked. When the cashier approached the doors to let customers out I asked if I could come in to buy food for my dog, he said “we’re closed.” I replied I had been at the closed locked door a couple minutes before 8:00, he kept repeating “we’re closed.” Seems the employees wanted an early out on a Friday evening and had no empathy for a hungry canine. My advice don’t try to enter Petco shortly before closing time.
