Super helpful, we were not even a patient here and they would answer our questions over the phone. Our turtle was laying eggs and we didn't quite know if we needed to do anything. The addresses the immediate questions and found time for a visit in their schedule. The veterinarian was very friendly and open, did not rush us, answered all of our questions and had a handful of suggestions. It was such a positive experience compared to other vets we have been to!! Would highly recommend bringing your loved pet here, it feels like they are in great hands.

Worst vet ever. Dr Greenspan is a horrible human being under a sweet soft spoken voice. My dog was injured and Dr. Greenspan completely ignored and refused care after she was hurt at this office. It was and has been the worst experience in my life and I am over 50 years old.

I have a Guinea pig with a boulbus growth. Didn't go but I got a referral to the exotic pet clinic so we'll see how that goes

DeAnza Veterinary has been there for me and my dogs for a very long time. I have been there with my dogs for broken puppy leg, diagnosis of squamous cell carcinoma, an hernia removal, dental cleanings etc they are absolutely the best. I remember Dr. Bates when I barely had any money for the treatment of a broken leg of a puppy I adopted more than 5 years ago telling me he would do the best so I can save some money, they always have my back and advice the best for my dogs. I absolutely love Dr Greenspan ❤ sadly I miss her since the pandemia appt in person haven't been allowed however they have been there all along the way. all the vet technicians are very friendly and always willing to help. If you don't have insurance for your dog, get one ASAP.

excellent customer service - they let us bring in our rabbit on the same day for a quick check even though they had no appointments available.

My family has been a long time patron of this veterinary clinic, and the vets on staff as well as the technicians are all very lovely to work with! Excellent care for any of the species my family has brought there, from cats, dogs, birds, to a couple of other species throughout the last decade. I definitely will use their services anytime I am living in this area.

During the pandemic, my hatchling turtle Donatello got sick with respiratory infection and eyes issue. Other vets were not accepting new clients due to covid. I called over 10 clinics and all had declined, I was starting to lose hope. Just then, De Anza vet called me back and said they were able to see Donatello. I was so happy and relieved. The staff was so helpful and caring. The Dr. took her time with talking to me about everything, covering all basis in no rush. The price was super reasonable given the circumstances. Donatello is doing great just one day after taking him to the vet, his eyes are open and he’s not freaking out about being in the water. Most importantly, he stopped sneezing in the water. They sent me videos to teach me how to administer his treatment. I am so happy and thankful for De Anza Vet Clinic. They truly eased my mind and heart. Thank you so much. I highly recommend this place.

Nice service but they left my pup for 2 hr after they were done because we moved our car to the side with shade

The vet was amazing... We had a sick guinea pig and they handled her very carefully. Unfortunately she was too sick to make it but I loved how the doctor actually knew what he was doing. We went to West Valley Pet Clinic last time and the vet didn't even know what she was doing and handled my guinea pig horribly but De Anza Vet Clinic was really amazing. I even got a really nice letter with their condolences about my guinea pig that passed. Loved them. Definitely recommend

Today I took my baby bearded dragon to vet, unfortunately he passed away, there wasn't that much to do to keep him alive. But the staff were really sweet and friendly! I really liked how Dr. Greenspan explained me about the problem was going on with my beardie. And a bet expensive but tho it's worth it for the visit! I'm going back here for the next time

I have been taking my dog there / 15 years they used to be a lot friendlier and a lot more personable than they are now now it's more like a commercial run place that's not personable at all I'm looking for a new doctor for my dog now they have offended me more than once

We have a pet Holland Lop rabbit. Dr. Greenspan is extremely knowledgeable regarding their care and medical needs. Exceptional care. Highly recommend.

Had a great experience with my cat here! Dr. Wang spent a lot of time with me answering my questions and giving me options of what I could do. The staff here are all super attentive and helpful. I'm very happy to have found this clinic!

Went here a couple days ago due to the amazing reviews but I should've realized I should have went to a specifically avian vet. I understand with covid going on you're not allowed to go inside while they take care of your pet but they should make that really clear as I only found out when I came. I simply went for nail clippings and right off the bat I realized they cut them way too short once they handed him back. They had also applied quick stop which also indicates that. Hes been super lethargic ever since the appointment and has been raising one of his foot constantly. Called them back and were barely helpful as to what to do and only requested to make another appointment. Wouldn't recommend going here if you have a pet bird as i am probably going to for the birds next time.

We've been to a lot of vets moving around and De Anza Vet Clinic is the best we've been to! Incredibly caring staff - they know your animal and work hard to keep them healthy and happy. The two Vets will take the time to explain their decision process, and often reference recent studies - they clearly keep up on the latest science. This is a small and well run local practice - highly recommend them!

It has really nice people, and they treat animals well, but they could definitely be a bit cleaner and a lot bigger.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Dr. Bates and Dr. Greenspan are patient with my questions and concerns for my dog. They are not pushy about medical procedures when my dog needed surgery. They explained all my options and allowed me to decided what I am comfortable with.

I cannot say enough about the De Anza Veterinary Clinic. The staff are competent, professional, caring & compassionate, and they always go the extra mile to ensure the best possible outcome. They do their best to work with your schedule and, in urgent situations, will do everything they can to slot you in. We are fortunate to have them close by.

The staff is wonderful! Very helpful and professional. We take our bearded dragon(lizard) and our two dogs here and have been very pleased with the care and service. Our bearded dragon overcame a fungal infection and our dogs have had dental care(major tooth extractions) and treatment for pancreatitis. I do recommend De Anza Vet to everyone looking for a good vet.

I have bunnies as pets for the last 14 years and I've been bringing them to De Anza Vet Clinic since 2012 to Dr. Greenspan who specializes in exotic animals like bunnies. I wish I have started to bring them to her from the start. She's an amazing expert, she's very thorough when she examines my furry babies. She patiently answers billion of my questions and she genuinely cares about my fur babies. I really appreciate her kindness, patience and expertise. We always feel taken care of when we go in.

We've been coming here for years! They have always been supportive and caring with our dogs (and one very grumpy old cat). My husband started bringing his critters to De Anza way back when Dr. Ford was the vet. We find Dr. Bates and Dr. Greenspan knowledgeable and willing to answer all our questions. In fact the whole staff is great! We've actually moved farther away from them but make the drive because we value the service and personal care we get from De Anza Veterinary Clinic.

Long time customer at this clinic, Dr Bates and all of the staff and doctors here are very kind, professional and caring towards you and your pets. This is the only place I can trust with the care of my loved ones.

BE AWARE!!! I read the reviews of other people and decided to go here. Staff is nice and welcoming. Doctor explained lot of things to us. She answered our so many questions. The reason i want to give 1 or zero star ( If i could). Staff don't know how to handle your pet. I went there to do regular checkup on my syrian golden hamster. Staff took my hamster inside, later doctor meet us with hamster and she told me while handling your pet, couple hairs come out. I though 4-5 hairs come out. Later I saw a bunch of hair come out. I was thinking, wait a min do you think the nature has glued the hair on hamster that you will touch the hamster hair and big bunch of hair will fall out. I am attaching the picture of my hamster here. I am definitely not going again. Very bad experience.

De Anza Veterinary Clinic is the place I have taken our family's dogs and cats for the past 5 years. The staff is very helpful and knowledgeable of all your pet needs. They have small birds in a cage behind the front desk and treats for your dog on the counter. You can feel safe bringing your animals here for a proper diagnosis and treatment. If needed you can call the vet with your questions beforehand. Highly recommended staff.
