Charlotte and her team are true cat whisperers. We have three pandemic-born cats who had no idea it was possible for us to leave overnight, let alone for a week. We went away for the first time and one of our biggest worries was how the kitties would handle the separation. Charlotte and her team at K-9 Kats went above and beyond; not only did they feed the kitties and find them in their hiding places every day, but also drew them out and taught them that other people can be friends. Their delightful photo-heavy updates warmed our hearts while we were far away. Charlotte did a thorough onboarding meeting so that she and her team knew all the preferences and foibles of our ludicrous cats. They were always just a text away and the whole time we knew our girls were in good hands.

Charlotte and her team at K9 Kats are incredible! I’m new to the area and was looking for a professional, reliable pet sitter and lucked out by finding them. Charlotte came over for an initial consult and really took the time to get to know my fur baby. I’ve hired pet sitters before and have never met anyone more detail oriented and attentive than Charlotte! I immediately felt comfortable leaving my cat in her care. While I was gone, I received daily reports with tons of fun pictures, videos, and notes about how the visit went. I also appreciated them letting me know who would be visiting each day. My kitty was lucky enough to spend time with Charlotte, Julia, and Paige and they were all wonderful. I loved getting to see how things were going and it was so reassuring to know that all was well. The best part was getting home and seeing my kitty in such great spirits! I could immediately tell that she was well taken care of and had gotten so much love/attention while I was gone. Unfortunately, I’ve hired sitters in the past and have come home to find my kitty very anxious/stressed. I’m so glad that I found K9 Kats and I can’t recommend them enough! They are all true professionals, animal lovers and will take such great care of your fur babies ????

After a few trips I can say that Charlotte and her team including Kate and Paige have been wonderful! They have taken such great care of my cat Strudel and she loves them :) Every time they visit I get updates including pictures and it gives me such peace of mind when I am away. Our initial visit covered all the details of my pet and home care thoroughly, I feel like I know what to expect when I'm away. I was referred to K-9 Kats by a friend whose kitties Charlotte had cared for for years. My friend said that Charlotte is the best cat sitter she’s ever had, and it is so true! Charlotte and Paige just cared for my kitty while I was on a 2-week trip, and they sent me a written update and photos after every single visit. They also gave me very helpful advice about my kitty’s diet because she seemed to be constipated. It’s clear that they really care about animals and are not just doing the basics. ❤️ I can’t recommend them highly enough!

Each time I leave town, I stress about my cat Walden being well taken care of, but K-9 puts my mind at ease every time! Their portal is easy to use and they are attentive and document everything. Paige and Charlotte have been nothing but excellent with our cats, Bruiser and Peanut. When we need to get out of town, it's beyond reassuring knowing our babies are in wonderful, caring hands. An important aspect of their service: they can expertly handle giving your pets any medications they might need. Our boy Bruiser had kidney problems, and Paige & Charlotte were FANTASTIC at getting him his subcutaneous fluids (among all the other things he needed). When he passed in December, they sent us a hand-written card with very sweet condolences. It was truly heartfelt. One of my most favorite things they do is the awesome pics they send us each visit. Seriously, these pics are worthy of printing out and framing.

Updating my review to expand on my prior review---if I could rate K-9 Kats 100+ out of 5 Stars I would. Recently, one of our beloved kitties was diagnosed with FIP (a gut-wrenching, terminal illness). Charlotte went ABOVE AND BEYOND to help us. In the midst of our panic/confusion/grief, she got us connected to useful resources, and syringe-fed our baby girl, administered sub-cutaneous fluids & B12, and administered any medications our girl needed. She was very patient and kind, and taught us how to syringe-feed and guided us through each step of the process. She also had tons of tips for how to help with the various ailments our kitty was suffering with (e.g., pumpkin purée + a probiotic to help with our kitty's diarrhea; various foods to try to coax our kitty into eating more, etc). Above all, Charlotte's deep care and love for our kitty, and for us shined during the whole process. Although our loving kitty passed away shortly after her diagnosis, we are eternally grateful for all the help, care, and love Charlotte gave to our kitty and to us. She truly means it when she says that she views her clients as family. Thank you so much Charlotte. They did a home visit to meet our kittens first, and to familiarize themselves with where the food dishes/litter boxes are located. We appreciated the home visit so that our kittens could start getting to know them before the visits. I love that they send photos/updates about each visit. When we’re traveling, it always offers comfort to see that our kittens are having fun, playing, and eating well. For awhile, our kittens had stool issues that required liquid medication. They were great about administering the medication for us during their visits. Before taking care of our kittens, Charlotte and Paige also cat sat for our beloved 12-year-old cat who sadly passed away last year. Charlotte and Paige have given outstanding care to our cats over many years (in fact, Charlotte took care of our first two kitties 15 years ago!). Their communication is excellent, and they are loving and gentle with pets. We can always count on them, and feel 100% secure leaving them in charge. They are great at dealing with shy pets, and with giving pets medications or treatments if required. K9-Kats has our highest recommendation.

I trust Charlotte and Paige 100% with both of cats as if they were family. My cats are like my kids and require extra special attention and love.
