A miraculous place. They are affordable and they really care about all the animals they treat. They have really helped me many times. Good honest people.

Great vet, I’ve been taking my animals for years with no problems at all! The only problem is they can be rude on the phone 80% of the time.

I've taken all my dogs here and they get the best care, peanut, lucky frank and andre. I'm calling tomorrow to make an appointment to get peanuts teeth cleaned.

This was my first time at this vet we had taken our dog to get neutered. The price was pretty cheap but the older front desk lady was very rude and seemed like she just didn’t want to deal with me. There was a younger women who was very nice and explained all the meds to me but to be honest I was so uncomfortable with the way the older women had been talking to me. I will not be going back

I brought my cat for a check up because he is loosing a lot of weight, the lady at the front desk is very rude and unprofessional. They did some blood and urine test to my cat. She come out screaming that my cat had fleas, she also yelled that she couldn’t imagine how my house was full of fleas. I use once a month advance medicine for fleas but i was not aware it did not work as well as what they sell in the clinic. I will wait for the results and take him some place else for further help for my cat.

Compassionate Veterinary practice, generously servicing those who may need assistance to tale care of their animals. My dog recovered really quickly after his neuter procedure thanks to their excellent care. Local reliable long term practice with a Vet with decades of experience.

I use a lot of vets in Sonoma county and by far this is one of the best offices I've ever gone to. Both cats and dogs. I've brought in two Prince bulldogs over the past few years and they have figured out things that other vets charge a lot of money for and still didn't give me a definitive answer

Love the vet, the place could use a scrub down. Pretty good prices but, the woman in glasses who works at the front desk need a reality check and a trip to the unemployment line because is beyond rude and needs to not be someone you have to deal with... Ever...

I have been taking my dog there for a year. She was 11.5 years old. He had operated on my dogs eye , she had developed a swollen gland underneath her eye lid. After a few weeks of the surgery the eye started to swell again and she had also developed a swollen gland underneath her throat. This doctor did not show any urgency. I was not given an appointment for 6 weeks.In fact after examining her he gave her eye drops, that did not work and furthermore did not do any blood work. A week later I scheduled another appointment, she had UTI , he prescribed some pills that did not work either. Still made another appointment for the swollen glands, which he scheduled for surgery the following week. Needless to say he did not perform any surgery either , instead drew blood and told me he would call me. Well guess what a week later I called , he called me back the following day and said that there was some sort of contamination and scheduled yet another blood test for the following week. This veterinarian has lost his sense of urgency. He failed to recognize the fact I had an older dog. My girlfriend ended up taking her to the emergency hospital on Saturday and my baby passed away early Sunday morning after having a massive seizure. This veterinarian should not be practicing. I suggest to all of that fees may be lower but you are going to pay a hefty price. Stop taking your pets to this Veterinarian.

well up until my last visit i had nothing but good things to say about this place.The vet was really nice the staff was nice until my last visit. My cat who has cancer needed a punch biopsy for treatment at Davis aLa plaza vet was nice to fit me in which i appreciate. They told me results would be in in 5 to 7 days yes and anxious me did call on 4th day and also on 5 day the lady then told me to call back after 2 on the 6 day for hopefully results. when I called back the receptionist at the desk yelled at me called me a bad name which I can’t write told me i was annoying and hung up on me. I called back to ask her her name she refused to give it to me. I was hurt and felt I could never trust them again.

Place is run down and dirty. Still, very reasonable for dental cleaning.

The doctor his staff here are beyond accommodating and have so much compassion for all the animals brought in to them. I've been to a few other vets in the nearby area and these individuals are the only people I trust with my fluffers.

Very weird to see a critical review of this wonderful clinic and Dr. Reif and his great staff. The folks there are kind and the service is always very reasonably priced. I have taken all my animals there for many years and they (and I) are always treated with excellent care! Highly recommend!

Very little courtesy, not very hygienic, and seemingly prone to bait-and-switch tactics. As a first time visitor, who made an appointment, looking for my dog to get a nail trim and gland expression, at no time was I told of a required physical exam. On arrival, multiple dogs were on the reception desk walking among littered papers (pet medical files?) and being sprayed with water for bad behavior. Not to mention the cleanliness of the room visible from reception area. Told to go to a groomer!!! Noted! Definitely not going back and would not recommend.

This was our first visit, all went well good cutomer sevice, better prices than other vets.

The vet seemed unsympathetic and disrespectful of my then kitten. I had my kitten neutered there but somehow it became infected. I nursed sick my cat for 3 days, administering water with a dropper. When I brought my cat back the vet combed my cat, sneered and said, "where'd you get this cat, he's full of fleas". I didnt see any fleas. (I got him from a friend who is a cat person snd had taught him to walk with a harness before he was 2 months old) Then he said "At least he isn't very dehydrated". He charged $137 for a shot of antibiotics which did save the kitten's life. He was mean when I asked if I could pay part and more later. Luckily I had a friend who paid for it. I knew he was a very special being from the start. Many of my friends have complimented my cat for bring unusually intelligent, considerate! , personable, friendly and more. He only eats kibble and "wild game". No meat or fish or canned food, whether cooked or raw. I had a horrible experience with that vet and my cat almost died. I care for him myself my own way and it works. The most amazingly calm cat who has zero fear of water, hoses, spray bottles, vacumes or car rides, will not let me take him to the vet. So he has never since been. My cat is now 12 years old and very healthy. (He has never again been to a vet & is an indoor/outdoor cat with a very large territory). And let me add that the cat chiropractor I later contracted also remarked how amazing that he relaxed at will. She said, "He could teach people".

No nonsense kind of vet. I've taken my doggies here for years. Fair pricing too.

Like everyone says, the staff are not as welcoming as they could be. Not all of them, but a certain few. Still a great clinic with unbeatable prices. My dog left happy and is doing well :)

Miscommunication or no communication at every turn. A 2 star for long-term animal care but 5 for neutering and spading your pets.
