Omg best experience ever loved the two ladies. Used the self wash. So easy and had access to many items. Definitely will be back and have Mary Lou do a full service. Very quaint, homey and cute. We have been back many times and Mary Lou is the best. She loves our dog and that is most important. Please go to Penny's you won't be disappointed.

Great environment and great price! They have multiple shampoos, facewash, conditioner, leave in spray, all sorts of brushes and tools... everything you need.

First of all, Penny's Pup Wash is so adorable!!! It has the cutest mom and pop vibe, literally perfect! It's easy to find with the van out front and super clean on the inside. Zeus came home completely Happy, nails done, this super cute flamingo Santa hat bandana????????????, he smelled amazing! The groomer and front desk lady went above and beyond what I was expecting. If my dog wouldn't wrestle me I would definitely do the self wash station!!!

Do it yourself Doggie wash but they're so helpful here at Pennys that it's not like you're there by yourself there very very helpful

We’re glad we found this place on Google Map! They have everything we need for our dog’s bath. We love the retro style bathtubs for dogs and how they decorated the store, it feels very welcoming and friendly. The staff are also very friendly and being proactive. Highly recommended!

Great place for self wash for dogs. I have a large dog and she is very comfortable at Penny's. The products they supply are excellent quality and don't bother my dog's skin at all. The employees are always so nice and helpful.

Such a great place to take your dog! Chelsea took care of our boy and he looked and felt fabulous. No anxiety on leaving him with her.

This place deserves 6 stars! Such a convenient and well designed business. This is a game changer if you have a large dog. No need to wrestle your dog in your home bath tub, splashing dog water all over your floors and walls. Pennys has everything! Great big tubs with stairs, waterproof aprons, towels, various types of shampoo and conditioners for your pup, and industrial blow dryers! You can schedule a grooming too if you don’t want to do the DIY route. And super affordable. I’m soooo glad I found this place.

The groomers are great, so patient and do a thorough job. Beau loves baths with Marylou!

Great place for self service dog wash. Always clean and the staff is very friendly. Recently had my dog groomed there as well. They did a great job and my boy was happy and enjoyed his time.

Such a cute place....love the wash your own dog option esspecially if you have a larger breed. I came to Penny's after my groomer Amy started working there. I drive 30 minutes to take my dogs to Amy she is the best. Customer service wonderful across the board ????

This is a review for Alex, one of the groomers at Pennys Pup Wash. We’ve gone to Penny’s 4 times, and worked with Alex twice. He does a really good job with our golden doodle Arthur! Arthur is an active puppy and Alex handles him very well, while making him look great at the same time. This most recent haircut Arthur got was the best one he’s ever had! His body was evenly trimmed all over, he got a nice sanitary trim, and his face was groomed perfectly around his eyes. If you have a golden doodle (especially a hyper one), I’d highly recommend Alex as your choice groomer!

Great work! I took my rescue pup in for her first grooming - I felt more nervous than her! She is my whole world. Marylou immediately greeted us and she could tell that my pup was scared (not a bath fan). She got down on the floor and warmly encouraged my dog to come right to her. The appointment took about 2.5 hours, which I expected. When I picked my girl up, she was looking FLUFFY and amazing! Thank you so much to the kind staff- you put me at ease. Great work with JJ! She’s the ultimate floof and sooo soft! ???? Smells amazing too! Oh- and they gave her a little Valentine’s Day bandana ???? We will be returning!

Love this place! We have been frequenting here since we moved to OC 4 years ago. The staff are always friendly, everything is always very clean, and the outdoor area for blow drying is awesome! We have not used the grooming services yet, but will soon since we love the self wash. Thanks Penny's!

Recently became a regular here. It’s a well rounded dog wash. Absolutely obsessed with the decor/ theme as well as the fact they have the traditional tubs. My girl and i always have a good experience here. The price is definately comparable to the dog washes in the area. And they do have hair dryers which are such a big help. CUTE

Love the self serve. ❤️ The blow dryer really helps with mats on my two doodles. Have groomed my labradoodles there for four years & it’s consistently the best cuts they’ve ever had. Building has a lot of charm & a cool funky style. Support small local business! ????????????????

The first time I brought my Malamute in they did a great job. The price was really high(more then I ever paid) but she looked great. The next time I wasn't as happy, her nails weren't done and they didn't really due much trimming around her tail and potty area, the price went down a little but still more then I'd paid elsewhere, I just figured I wouldn't go back, but I got a call for a photoshoot for my dog and couldn't get her in at another place so went back and they were great to get her in and all but again wasn't pleased with her grooming. Same price but did less, I know I have a big furry dog and with different people doing the grooming it might be a challenge but the amount I paid seems a little much. The people there are very nice and I like the cute little cottage it's in, they also offer do yourself dog washes. I believe that it's just my experience, and not an overall review. I would recommend them to others but I won't go back.
