They injured my dog and didn't want to take responsibility or help with the pet bills. We took in a happy healthy dog and they gave back a sad and crippled one. We don't have the money to take her to any specialists. She seems to have something wrong with her neck, she is not the same dog. We talked to the owner and he got super defensive about everything. They need to be more careful about handling people's pets here.

My dogs and I love the girls here ..the staff is so.sweet .and always take care of my Sophia zoie lacy and Lola .the always style and cut thier hair as per requested if possible .sometimes Sophie is beyond her hair due date and her fur gets bit unruly but the groomer always tries her best to make her look spectacular .love the way Shop is set - up open area so you can see all the dogs getting bathed or clipped which I really like ..I don't like other shops where they take my baby to.a back. Room out of eyesight ..I have been using Happy - paws for over 4 years and have never had a issue with them ..I highly recommend them try them out you will agree .fairly priced .and staff is friendly and courteous

Can’t say enough good about this place. Went through a few other grooming places, including expensive mobile grooming, and was not happy with care and outcome of my pups. This place was responsive, called about an issue and spent time with me to decide what to do (mats worse than I thought) and I could tell my 2 dogs were not stressed by their experience and taken care of. Best grooming - far above others. Already made my appointment for next grooming. I rarely write reviews and feel compelled to offer this place ultimate praise.

Great experience, went in for a nail trim for 2 pampered pooches. They were taken care of quickly and professionally!!

I have been bring my dog here since she was a puppy (maltese/yorkie) every couple of months. Always friendly, my dog always looks great and will always recommended them to others when my dog receives compliments on her cut.

update : problem has been explained and resolved THEY CUT UP MY DOG and this is not the first time I thought it would be better this second time but my poor baby was cut badly :(( I told them if she is not letting herself or if its hard in a certain area to just leave it. Rather have a botched haircut than see my dog in pain

Recently moved to the area and was looking for a permanent groomer for my yorkipoo. Do NOT recommend. Had an appt for 2:30pm, was told that it would take 3 HOURS to groom, received a call around 4pm stating that they were just STARTING my pup’s grooming and to be there early for pickup since they close at 5pm. Left some scrapes and a choppy cut. My pup is NEVER aggressive and very timid/anxious sometimes (he was groomed once a month at his previous groomer for years with no issues and enjoyed the staff), but bc of their rushed service they informed me they had to muzzle him! Typically not one to leave reviews, but everyone deserves a fair warning after their service and what they did to my baby. Oh, did I mention they only offer a selection of 3 haircuts with no knowledge on how to style each breed. Def not worth $55.

Just bad luck for us as the shampoo used caused issues with our doggie and had to take to the vet.

Every visit is SO good! They are on point, professional, and have such a great value for dog grooming. My dog pretty much knows all of them already, he’s been a regular for a long time. And I’m super happy that this is my go-to for dog grooming!

Quite frankly, overpriced. New owners made this business charge more. Quite sad honestly.

I have tried many places and each time my little one would come home sad and would just laid on the floor. I have found the perfect place for my dog's grooming needs. Staff are very professional and friendly. Max comes back energized and ready to play. Thank you, you guys are amazing!

I took my dog Mushu for a full groom service and was so pleased with the results. Their groomer Joy took such great care of my dog. She tends to get anxious, but she was happy when I picked her up. I highly recommend taking your dog because they are highly experienced and have an amazing staff.

My fur babies always come home looking fabulous after a day at Happy Paws! It’s apparent that the staff love what they do...it shows in their work.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. They are very experienced and I was happy with the teddy bear cut they did for my puppy.

They did a great job. My dog didn't seem to be traumatized. I been to other places and my dog comes back lethargic. This time my dog was happy and running around when he got home. It is a little pricey but well worth it!

If you’ve been struggling to find “the one” well Happy Paws Pet Grooming is it! I’ve been coming here since last year and this is my go to pet grooming shop. Although I don’t have a small dog for it to get a hair cut but I do have two German Shepard’s that require a bath and a blow out every month. Because man we all know how much they shed. Ha! They’re efficient, there crew is more than capable to handle all types of breeds and most importantly they treat my dogs like there own! Definitely check them out!

I have an older dog.. the groomers here are so sweet and loving to my dog.. they even helped me get my dog in my SUV.. definitely will return!!!❤️❤️❤️❤️

I have been taking our dog here for 10 years already and would not take him any where else. They do an excellent job, highly recommended.

I was disappointed in the way they groomed my dog. I left her at 2 and came back at 5 and they rushed her grooming. Still having to wait extra half hour for then to finish. I was not satisfied with the cut or the time it took to groom her. I was not the only person waiting for their to be finish. They did not take their time to groom my dog. Not coming back and ,not recommendations this place.

They do a great job, I bring my dog here anytime she needs a haircut. They always dress her up with a cute little bow and bandana.

Very organized during check in and at check out. I’ve been to many groomers and this one tops it. Very courteous staff and you could tell right away they care for the dogs. My dog is very anxious and could be difficult at times, but staff handled him well.

It was a zoo when I went in. They didn't have enough people to take anymore dogs even though I had an appointment. One of the groomers cut her hand, & I didn't feel right leaving my dog, so I left. I'll keep looking for a better pet groomer.

HORRIBLE!!!! Don’t go here if you have a skittish dog who is scared of water. My 1 year old German Sherpath is scared of water and they told me they couldn’t him a shower and that I need to SEDATE HIM or given him CBD OIL next time I bring him. I was mortified for that suggestion. I took him somewhere else they did an amazing job and I didn’t need to sedate him. Horrible experience here and bad customer service!
