I started going to AMCC because I couldn't find a vet that would take care of guinea pigs. Thankfully Dr. Bart was able to see my pig for a UTI same day, and she was feeling better the next day. Within the same month, I had to bring in my other pig who suddenly started acting really strange and we thought was dying on us. They were able to take her in immediately as an emergency and kept her monitored all day. Dr. Bart performed a very thorough examination of her to find she had a double ear infection and a heart issue. He cleaned out her ears, sent us home with meds, and she started feeling better. I spent quite a bit, but felt the price was fair for all the tests, monitoring, and care she was given that day. The staff called and texted me to see how she was that night and the next day. A month later, she declined again, very quickly and I had to take her in as an emergency again. Unfortunately we ended up having to make the tough choice that day, but the staff and Dr. Bart were so caring and compassionate, I can't say how much that meant to me. I trust this staff and Dr. Bart, and now I am going to switch my cat over to be seen by him since I haven't been happy with the care of my old vet. They are so booked for routine appointments that I can't get in until April, but I understand why. They were more than accommodating to me in the past with my emergency situations, I don't mind waiting to be seen for a routine check up. Dr. Bart is worth the wait. I always love the variety of animals in the waiting room while I am there. I have seen tortoises, parrots, various birds, bunnies, iguanas as well as dogs and cats. I feel like Dr. Bart truly does the work of God by caring for all these creatures.

I want to start and finish by saying that they have the most stupidest receptionists. They put on hold for almost 15 minutes, 12:47 minutes to be exact, when she got to the phone asked me "how can I help you?" I ask when is your next available appointment, which she replies with what's going on with your cat? I said " he is bleeding from its mouth" and she said " Oh... you can take him to an emergency place in loma linda" ARE YOU SERIOUS?? You cant even comprehend a simple question?! I ASK WHEN IS YOUR NEXT AVAILABLE APPOINTMENT, NOT TELL ME TO GO TO AN Emergency vet!! It's obvious that if I'm calling to a regular veterinary it's because I don't have the money vets!!!

Dr Bart and the entire staff at Animal Medical Center of Corona are the Best in the Country. Our 36 yr old Macaw Harley developed a prolapsed vent, Dr Bart performed surgery on that Monday, and kept him the entire week to monitor his recovery. During that time it was discovered that Harley had a bacteria infection, and was started on antibiotics. We live 3 hrs away, and Every day they would call and let Us know how Harley was doing. We picked Harley up on that Friday, and We continued his medications for 10 days. on Jan 3rd 2022, Harley went back for his 2 week checkup, and new culture samples were taken, Today 1/9/22, Dr Bart notified Us of Harleys lab results, and was happy to report that all bad bacteria was gone. To Dr. Bart and the Entire Staff at Animal Medical Center of Corona, We are Forever Grateful to You for Saving Harleys life. Harley, Tammy, and Bobby.

We brought my boyfriend's African Gray parrot down here to Corona because there aren't any bird specialists in the high desert. Everyone was just as nice as could be and it was really nice to see an open vet office. They tried not to have too many people sitting together and they succeeded admirably. We had to drop off Kay Kay at 8:30 and spend the rest of the day finding stuff to do as she wasn't ready to go home until they were ready to close at 6 PM that night. It was a long day but we're happy to have her home and they did a fantastic job with her! They are expensive but great service.

Took care of our baby Benji and went beyond of what you had to do. You showed you really cared and love what you do. First time there and was really impressed with the service. Will be coming here from now on. Thank you so much

Heidi is always so friendly, and so good with my bunny! So is Dr. Bart, very thorough and professional as well. The office staff is so charming and helpful, and it's such a good value as far as small animal exotic care is concerned, I don't mind the drive to get there at all. Love them all!

AMC treats us like family!!! Whenever I have a question about my dog or just need advice... you guys are always so friendly and helpful. You have been so amazing during this Covid.. you make it easy and safe for us to bring our fur/ feathered kids to see you!! Thank you for all you do!!!!

This is the best place to take your animals, birds & reptiles. Dr. Bart is the best Vet we've ever had. His other doctors & staff are absolutely the best in the business!! We take all our pets to Dr. Bart. Update: Everything is always covered. Dr. Bart & staff are awesome! They keep all 4 dogs healthy! Theyare appreciated very much! God Bless all of them.

Very pleased with overall experience, our first at this office. Drop off in morning was handled well. Pick up done well also. Pleased with initial phone conversation; where office person took my questions, confirmed approach w doctor and got back to me promptly. Most importantly, pleased with interaction w vet (Dr Bart). He gave us confidence he understood our dogs problem (ovarian remnant syndrome) and had a reasonable approach to dealing with it. We will be back.

This was the only place I found willing to do a fecal exam for parasites for my bearded dragon without first doing a general exam. Another place closer to me wanted $100 for a fecal exam after a $50 in person visit with my pet. I was able to drop off the sample anytime I wanted during business hours and it took about 30 minutes for check in and drop off and it was $47. When I got the results by email I even got a note of what Dr. Bart assessed. They were very nice at the front desk as well. I would definitely take my bearded dragon in if I have anymore concerns. Kept seeing this place recommended so I thought I'd give them a try. My 9 year old bichon was suffering from severe (suspected) allergy issues and wouldn't stop itching herself raw so I made an appt here. The earliest I could get was about 1.5 weeks. They emailed me forms I could fill out prior to make the visit faster. They also sent me a "what to expect" form that detailed what to do/what will happen during the visit which helped a lot to prevent any confusion since there's a specific protocol they follow. Basically you park in a numbered parking spot and they take your pet in and communicate with you via phone calls. This is because of covid. I was a little worried about not being there with my dog but everything turned out great! Everyone seemed very compassionate and organized and everything went by smoothly and quickly (I got there at 5:20pm and was done by 6:15). Dr Code is really nice and knowledgeable and she gave my dog a shot for her allergies. She also recommended vaccines and blood work since I haven't gotten those done since she was a puppy. They broke down the pricing and it seemed pretty fair - $40 for visit, $65 for the shot, $20-$30 each for the vaccines, about $200 for blood work. My dog actually seemed happier / more calm when they brought her back! The next day they called to ask how she was doing. And I got an email with her blood test results. Most importantly she has stopped itching!! She seems so much better now. Thank you AMC and Dr code! Update: I went again and saw dr Bart this time who is the main vet, since dr code no longer works there. They no longer have you wait in your car; you can go in with your pet now. Dr Bart was actually a lot better and more thorough than dr code so I’m glad I got him. When I had emailed him and told him that my dog still had an ear infection that was looked at last time by dr code but never treated, he said to schedule an appt with a vet tech and he will waive the fee. So nice to see that he’s fair and actually cares for your pets and wants you to get your money’s worth.

I've taken my bearded dragon here twice in the last year. The first time was in the beginning of Covid, so I wasn't allowed in with my beardie. Even though I wasn't allowed in the went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. They took their time to listen to my concerns and answer them. Today was my second time bringing my beardie in. They gave me the option to stay in my vehicle or to come in the office. This time we saw Dr. Bart and he was AWESOME!! He also took his time and didn't rush the exam. He was very knowledgeable about bearded dragons and gave me a few pointers. The lady that clipped my beardies nails explained in details what she was doing. She also made conversation while in the room. The ladies at the front desk were super friendly. The exam room as well as the rest of the office was clean. The wait time wasn't bad in total I was there for an hour. I left this office feeling good. I would highly recommend this vet to anyone and everyone!

My best friend brought her puppy in that suddenly got sick unfortunately, they brought her in as soon as they could and unfortunately the vets weren’t able to revive her. But one of the vets, she told me that he blamed them for not bringing in her sooner. Completely inappropriate for someone grieving their suddenly lost pet. Who in their right mind would say that to someone who just lost their best friend and companion.

I have taken my two rabbits here a couple of times now for exams, vaccines, and nail trimmings. Animal Medical Center of Corona was very gentle with my pets and thorough in their examinations.

Hands down one of the best veterinarians in the IE. They take all sorts of exotic animals, including avian, as well as dogs and cats . You can tell Dr. Bart really cares about his patients and they do their best to accommodate emergencies as well . Thank you guys for always being compassionate care takers!!

I took my 12 year old Chihuahua to have a ct scan for a tumor he has internally. The technician Natalie was very caring and informative and Dr. Bart was very detailed with the information he gave me. It was really neat to see the images from the scan as they were so clear and detailed. The prices were much less than the quotes I received from a specialist. My dog recovered very well and seemed very happy when I picked him up. Thank you.

Dr. Bart has taken great care of my chickens, rabbits, cat and dogs. Wouldn't go to anyone else!

Costumer service was really nice , the called and texted after seeing my rabbit to ask how she was doing.

The doctor is great here. I run and animal rescue and I am a breeder and it is always nice to have a great supportive doctor in your corner!

I appreciate the knowledge, care, and dedication that the staff have at this vet. I have been a client since Dr. Bart started his business. All of my "babies" are taken care of and treated like family here.

Animal Medical Center of Corona has the BEST Avian Vets! (BTW vets who specialize in birds are not easy to find.) Definitely worth the 40 minute drive for us! Friendly support staff too; everyone from reception to vet tech and even checkout were so nice and professional! I even got a follow up call the next day…and we were only in for a wellness checkup! 100% recommend this place for your small pets.
