Always a pleasure to take my pets here. Dr. Wright always takes his time with you as if no one else is waiting. Love that. He is always upfront and honest and never judges your decision. Staff is also very helpful.

My dog was having a medical emergency, I asked if they had two lines one to see a vet and one for the dog hotel. They said I would have to wait. As it was my turn a person jumps infront of me to pay for the doggy hotel stay. I asked for a reason they allowed that to happen as I'm here waiting to see a vet for medical emergency. The receptionist apologized then told me they don't provide emergency services and I should go somewhere else. They provided me a name of a different pet hospital. 1. This information should have been provided earlier. 2. I understand I'm not a "regular" I assume and hope that was the only reason they allowed someone to jump infront of me because the only other reason would be race. They should service the next customer in line.

I can never get through to make an appt.

Service was great. I was in and out in very little time. I also received the test results on a Sunday via phone call. I was surprised. Thank you for all that you do.

My cat, Candy, was very ill so I had her euthanized. The Dr. and staff were helpful, congenial and sympathetic. That helped me get through letting my cat go.

I took the rescue there to get this vaccine they were very patient with him and very cooperative with forms of payment I appreciate them and their patience and their fair prices and I love the way that they were personal with animal

Incredible friendly staff all assisted with our dogs vaccination. We were lucky to get a short notice appointment. Vet was very relaxed and comforting with our dogs. I would without hesitation recommend this clinic.

Recently took my big boy here for concerns. I was incredibly inpressed with Dr. Wright. He took time to hear my concerns as well as thoroughly examining him after making friends with him. (He's got jokes too!) He gave me some good recommendations and even looked them up online to show me products I could get. I am super picky on who I bring my boy to since he is so big and has such anxiety....this place was perfect for him! I will for sure be bringing all my animals here.

We highly recommend this location!!! Our baby was very ill and this is the only place that made time to see Dexter. They were very kind and professional. The Vet was very honest, she knew exactly what was wrong and she let us spend all the time we wanted with Dexter. They did not rush us, and had so much empathy.

Wonderful staff and service. My only negative is the small parking lot, but that is nothing that would ever stop me from bringing my fur-baby in. Especially love my vet, Dr. Opstad.

Very clean inside. We did not wait too long for Dr.Johnson. she was wonderful . , Explained everything .. cleaned ears, trimmed nails, removed a wart ! had us out promptly. We tell everyone about her.

I called to ask if they sold E collars & was told they are $11. I went to buy one & was charged $25. The receptionist just blew me off when I said I was told over the phone $11 saying well the computer shows $25! Why do they want to make so much on something you must have for your pet. I mean the vet services are high enough but to charge so much for the E collar is unbelievable! Very disappointed!

Great service and staff was super friendly!

This was my dogs first time here. She’s a long haired German Shepard so she’s a bit scary to some. She gets nervous and a bit bitey when she’s scared. I do put a muzzle on her, but the staff here were all welcoming and helped put her at ease. They worked with her being scared and were just awesome with her. They were quick and made me feel like they truly cared. Will definitely be coming back.

The care and compassion that EVERY SINGLE EMPLOYEE of Ontario Vet showed me and my Abby was more than I had hoped for. I firmly believe our Abby is loved by the staff and I look forward to working with them all to achieve the best we can for my kitty cat. My heart is full. My son Jackson was the life when I needed to come to me in my most deepest darkest times! And when I say the life I mean it! I could look into his eyes and see his soul he could communicate with me on levels I never believed we (LOVE) could! Ont Vet Hospital took such tremendous care of my little man I will forever be grateful to this most beautiful team of canine feline reptile and all the other in between lovers. Unfortunately I lost the love of my life after a beautiful 10 years together. A little over two years ago and I still will never love again the weather I love him and I just want to think this particular veterinarian hospital because they are the best of the best!!!!’ His Ashes are in my ring I refuse to remove❤️???? Amanda & Jackson (May you run and leap through the beautiful green grass God has provided for you! Mama misses you prince!
