We went through several vets in the few years we have been here, and the others have been awful. No communication, constant screw ups, etc. All Bay is the opposite of that, they communicate very well and we haven't had any issues at all.

I’ve been taking my 2 dogs to All Bay for almost 10 years. We are very happy with the Vets, Techs and the care given each time.

My wife came in today for are cat Milo. I can't believe the amount of money they charged her, it was absolutely ridiculous, 1200 bucks for x rays and blood work. Plus they tack on all that other non sense and nickle and dime you to death for everything your worth. We will never step foot back into this place again. Its no wonder we got right into this place. Every where else was booked up no one wants to go here and pay 4 times the price when you could get better service and pay a 4th of the price any where else but here. STAY AWAY FROM HERE!!!!!! Unless you like paying 4 times the amount.

New policy, you have to pay for the appointment before you go in. They said they have too many cancelations (because people come here out of desperation and their regular place is full) When asking my parents recommendations on vets, they said not to bring my puppy here, they did not have great visits with our older dog, (he does not like getting his nails clipped and they told us to go to an emergency vet if we want that done). I saw the good reviews and decided to try them out anyway. My first visit was great, they gave her shots, check up, and discussed my health concerns. For her follow up vaccination, they refused to answer any questions regarding my same health concern that had not gotten better since the last time she was in. This is an unethical way to get more money of our clients. If they really cared about our animals, they would have taken 3 minutes to answer one follow up question. Especially since she is a baby. We went to another place because of our bad experience, and asked them to send our puppies record to the new vet - they sent only half her record. They had one from a other vet and decided not to send. Super professional.

The team at All Bay including Dr. Hou have been wonderful during a difficult time for my cat. He needed his teeth cleaned and ultimately needed teeth extractions. They were very clear with their explanations, both of care and of costs. I came to them for great care for my cat at a more affordable cost, and that’s what I found at this office. I had concerns about his recovery and the staff was always polite and helpful. Dr. Hou was so kind about answering all my questions and I could tell she truly cared about my cat’s wellbeing. He’s doing great now and I am grateful for all they did.

Hello My golden retriever goes there for checkups and vaccines! Super easy to book appointments , you always get reminders when your pet due for vaccines ,and very nice assistance We love doctor Bedros, Philip! he is the one of the best So generous and professional I really suggest to send your loved ones there Pets are so precious and their faithful deserves the best care ????????❤️????????

Had to wait outside in the car call out they came out it within a minute did our paperwork at the car fast nice did the dogs in couple hours later came back pick the dogs up all very nice inefficient

My experience has been really well with this place. Being a first time doggy owner, I called this place several times to ask questions and they have been very helpful. Brought my dog in for all her shots and everything has been going smooth. Overall great experience, highly recommend.

All Bay Animal Hospital has the best technician in the world and his name is Rich. He is awesome with Dogs !!! All Bay Animal hospital actually cares about animals and takes excellent care of them . Best animal hospital in Northern California. Top notch ❤️????

My baby Ceaser had been with a different vet for the past 3 years they kept telling me he was fine and just a little over weight after one visit With All Bay we found out there was a problem and thank u Bailey for being understanding of a lady having a ruff day. The vet was truthful, straight to the point, didn't try to rip us off and were caring. That is what my family and I look at in a vet hospital. Thank you for their help on our guinea pigs. We saw them this past Thursday and yesterday.

Dr. Lentz was very interested in my dogs care and kept me informed at each step. Due to covid, this meant he was calling me with updates and took his time on the phone, even when I had a what seemed to be a thousand questions.

Our first visit with Dr. Bedros went so well. Our 6-year-old mini Aussie is very skittish around new people, but tech Gina and Dr. Bedros were wonderful with her. We also loved the report card they emailed us afterward detailing the whole exam and further recommendations. Thank you, All Bay!

I needed an appoint ASAP and All Bay was the one veterinary practice who got me in 2 days later compared to waiting a month at other hospitals. Dr Lentz was thorough and the staff was friendly. The online pharmacy had good prices and my order came promptly. I had a good experience even though this was during Covid-19.

I've been going to All Bay for the past 36 years! Five Guide Dogs during that length of time, and All Bay vets and vet techs have all been top notch! Rich has taken a special liking to my current guide, and she (and I) adore thow animated he can get her to be! The other support staff is great too! Upbeat, friendly and caring! If I ever move away from the Concord area, I'd have a tough time finding any vet clinic that could measure up to All Bay!

TL;DR: Poor communication resulted in two key let-downs with customer service. What I was told by staff I had to figure out later was wrong, and then jump through hoops to rectify. This led to delays getting my dog's meds order to be allowed to proceed (still dealing with it as of this writing). === Gory details === I needed to re-up my golden retriever for trifexis, and was told I could get her in for an exam, vax, and heartworm test. They didn't end up doing the exam because they were too short of staff (and removed the charge from the initial quote) but were able to do the vaccinations, and the heartworm test. fine. The tech called me back the next day to let me know the test results came back negative (favorable result), and I asked if the hold on my meds order was now clear to be released. She said "yes", and that they would lift the hold for me so the meds could be delivered. This matched my understanding because I thought the purpose of the hold was for the heartworm test results only. I didn't receive any update after that, and then four days later I wondered what the status of the meds order was, and was told by 800-Pet-Meds that the order was never lifted by my vet. I called All Bay and they said they cannot clear the order until my dog has an exam. === Two things === 1) All Bay should have communicated this at the time I scheduled to come in, that they might not be able to do the exam, and that this would block the hold from being lifted on her meds. I could have made other plans with another vet, or scheduled another day. Less ideal but still better (than what happened) would have been to tell me at the time I was picking up my dog that because they couldn't get to the exam, my order would stay on hold regardless of the heartworm test results. 2) When the rep called me to report the test results, she should not have told me that the hold would be lifted. Or at the very least, they should have called me back right away when they realized their mistake. Clearly, I need to find another veterinary service.

I’ve been going to All Bay for over 10 years now. They have always gone above and beyond and have treated my animals like their own. I appreciate their follow up and care. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I used to take my dogs here before I moved out of the county. I had to bring my German Shepherd Max, because he had ear infections. Unfortunately, the staff at the vet in my area is not very sensitive or can’t triage. They were trying to give me an appointment 2 weeks out for him... I’m glad I brought him back here. They’re very good with dogs that are not people friendly, like mine. I personally was disappointed about my bill, Since I was laid off in December; However my dog is worth it. He got the quality treatment needed. GPerez

I hade just moved to the area and my elderly Chihuahua’s heart disease seemed to be getting worse, so I was happy they could get me in same day. I had given them my previous vet’s info so they could get Oso’s medical records. I had forgotten it was a Monday & my previous vet office is closed on Monday. One of the ladies asked me for a new number and I gave her the only number I have. She told me the vet office had no record of me, Oso, or his doctor. Thats when I remembered the office was closed on Monday. I let her know and she didn’t say anything else to me but I could hear her, from the waiting room, discussing loudly how the the vet clinic had never heard of me and never heard of the doctor. I attempted to call the old clinic 5 times, wondering who she could have talked to. All I got was the message that the office was closed and the stating the business houses. There is only one doctor at our previous clinic, so there is no way they she contacted someone at the clinic who never heard of our doctor. I’m sure she called the wrong clinic on accident and it was some kind of miscommunication but we waited and waited and waited and while I waited I found another clinic that could see my sick furbaby today, so I cancelled the appointment. I was just getting bad vibes from the sloppy, bad customer service situation, so I went somewhere else. I don’t know how there vets are, though.
