They took in one of my kittens in an emergency. Very pleased.

Very caring staff. Super personable and great with animals. Feels like we are in great hands here.

I was told to bring my sick puppy as a walking in at 11:30 am on a Friday morning. I would have to pay $40;walk in fee plus $50 office visit,plus test and medicine. I agreeded needing help for my puppy. At 11:20 I called to say I would be there in 5 minutes. I was told the vet would no longer see us as they had 3 walk ins all ready. Now she told me at 9:30 to wait until 11:30 to come as a walk in, and they would see us for sure. That's not the case with this office. I don't know if they find it funny to flat lie to client's! They did tell me to call Cedar Veterinary Hospital down the rd. We did and got an appointment for 6 pm. They are open from 8 am to 8 pm 7 days a week. We saw a wonderful Ver very caring she took her time in examining our puppy, and talking abt a care plan. Here's the best part. A week's worth of 3 different medications the first office visit as new patient $71.00 was the total bill. Cedar Veterinary hospital is opening a state of an art facility right next door to the one that they're in now it's gonna be a beautiful facility and that'll be what to do all kinds of care and operations for animals I am definitely recommending Cedar veterinary hospital to all my friends and family. Any Vet office who tells you to bring a sick pet in, than re nigs, reason beings the Vet wanted to leave early, doesn't care much abt you or there reputations! Don't trust them!

A wonderful animal hospital. Knowledgeable, thorough and caring. I have a pet with a couple of chronic health conditions and we receive vet care often, and our experiences here are always exceptional.

Dr. Liebau has been our family veterinarian for 19 years and he is the best. Recently retired, he left Saddleback Vet (previous name) in capable hands. The folks are kind and care about you and your pet. You will feel at home and they always take as much time as you need to explain what is happening with your loved one. I’m sure there are other outstanding vet clinics in Clovis, CA, but 19 years and counting without a single complaint from our pets is exceptional.

Clean , professional atmosphere with actual caring people.....in my opinion the ONLY place to take your pet.

I very rarely leave reviews, but I have been so impressed by everyone at Waterhouse Clovis. I switched from another vet in town, and I'm so glad I did! The entire staff have been so kind and helpful. I have a very nervous dog, and they are so wonderful with him. Their prices are very reasonable for the care you receive. I always leave with all my questions answered, no matter how small. Chance and I are so thankful to have found you!

Entire staff was so so so sweet and understanding. Got my baby in same day and were willing to work with me in planning the right course of action for my kitty within my budget. 10/10 and I will be going there again for any future vet needs!

I moved to the Fresno area a few months ago and this was the second vet clinic I took my pets to (after having a horrible experience at Palm Bluff). I was assigned to Dr. Page and she is absolutely amazing - very knowledgable, down to earth, and kind. One of my dogs has always has GI issues and I've noticed she's slowly lost her level of energy. After doing some blood work, Dr. Page suggested we change her diet and put her on antibiotics due to a bacterial overgrowth in her small intestines. My dog is back to her normal self again - I haven't seen her this excited to eat in two years. One of my cats also got sick, and unfortunately passed away, but after being turned away by the pet ER in Fresno, Dr. Page and her team waited for us at the Clovis location after hours. She did everything she could to save my little princess but she passed due to cardiomyopathy. This is the type of team any pet parent dreams of having. They're always great with my pets and go out of their way to provide the best services possible. We're lucky to have found them!

We've only used this location once so far, but I will be returning for future pet needs as I was very pleased with their care and understanding. Sadly, our first visit was to verify that our 18 year old cat was starting the end of his journey, which he was. They were solidly booked, but offered to take our cat immediately to try and diagnose between appointments. They were very prompt in response and treatment. I feel they presented a great balance of compassion and practicality. This is exactly what I want in a vet; a well run business with fair prices, much care, and no judgements.

Great visit with wonderful Vet and staff. Very satisfied...will recommend to all my pet owners I know. They Rock

Dr LeBeau saw our Great Pyrenees due to an ingrown dewclaw. He didn’t blink when we told him Hodor REALLY didn’t like his feet touched. At 125 pounds they gave us medication to calm him down and a return visit. The staff were patient and thorough in the care of our big baby. We will bring all our furry babies for care. Thank you all.

This place is great! The staff is very friendly, kind and compassionate. We have always brought our pets here! Very happy with all the Vets.

I felt so blessed to have brought our 19 year old dog to such wonderful caring staff at Waterhouse Animal Hospital in Clovis. They made our experience the best it could be under the circumstances. Explained everything gave us as much time as we needed and made sure or dog was shown love and respect in those final moments. We can not express how much we appreciate their kindness.

I ???? pray I just went on a busy frustrating day at this facility. Because, my kids all had heavy hearts because are dog of 16yrs needed to be put down. Dog had cancer and was having seizures. The nurse, we had was kind and helpful????but the Dr.was Rude, didn't want to hear are questions, just seemed to want to hurry and put her down. She seemed more into making a quick buck, than having compassion. These dogs are more than pets????there are family! I just wish these Dr. Would take a breath and be a little bit more kind and understanding????❤

This was the first time that I took my furry baby, Roxy to Waterhouse animal hospital. I am so very impressed!!! The (vet) Dr. was excellent!! The Dr's assistant and the office staff at front desk were excellent as well!! Very friendly and caring ❤️

Waterhouse Animal Hospital saved my dog. He had gotten into some gum with xylitol and ate the whole canister with 38 pcs inside. They took him in right away and gave him constant monitoring, then referred me to Fresno Pet ER for more around the clock monitoring. Dr. Page kept in contact with me the entire time since I couldn't go in at first cause of covid regulations. When I took him back a couple days later to get his blood glucose checked one final time, it seemed like all the vet techs new him and were very happy to see him alive and well. Thank you so much!
