Pretty friendly staff and very helpful. Took my dog there to the self service wash. It was much easier then don't it at home.

Good pet needs store. Paid 17.00 for kitty milk then found it at walmart for 9.00. But. It was ok cuz grandkid really enjoyed looking at the fish.

Excellent place to buy dog supplies for my 3 small dogs that we own. The prices are reasonable but what stands out the most is that the store manager Josh is so friendly and willing to go the extra mile to help the customers. This is the main reason why my girlfriend and I like shopping at this store because Josh makes us feel welcome at this store. Thanks Josh for being a great store manager.

I have gone several times for VIP veterinary services on Sunday. Doc and staff always friendly. My kitten had a vaccine reaction the first time. I called and reported. They returned a call to check up on him. Another visit doc gave my little guy his microchip, not a peep out of him????.

Actually I don't shop here much. I do most of my shopping online. However, I do go here often. These generous folks allow us to have handling classes in a large open area every week. When it gets over 100 degrees being able to take your dogs inside to air conditioning is pure heaven. I have gotten gift cards for others here and intend to donate gift cards for prizes at the next dog show. Bravo Pet Supplies!!

My go to place for my furkids. Very clean place. I love that they acknowledge you as soon as you enter store. Recently asked cashier a question, she said she was new and would find out, with in 5 mins of me shopping she had an answer, so awesome. Have gone in an picked up an online order with in 2 hrs and they had it all ready for me. Have done online order and got a call back right away saying they didn't have something, that was so cool. Have done the free delivery( about 6 times)and got wrong product only once and they apologized and I traded in for the right one with no hassles. They always have a sweet hand written card on my pick up or delivers and online orders.The workers seem happy to help, and they look like they enjoy themselves

Excellent place to shop for my pets. I've taken back food my puppy didn't like, even opened, and gotten my money back. Someone is always willing to walk through the store and help me find whatever I need, give me advice on the different products, and treat me and my babies right. Also, their prices are better than the bigger chain stores.

This business is great ... the staff is always so helpful and knowledgeable! Go there!...We want to keep brick and morter stores so we don't have to all shop at impersonal Amazon.

I've been shopping there for a month & this was the first Time they didn't have the cat Food case of 32 in stock. I asked & the main boss told Me that Friskis is having issues.! But there was something else I could try. My cats are pickie, they ONLY EAT PATA KIND

The manager Ethan was rude and unfriendly. He acted as if he didn't want to be there. Poor customer service

has alot of pet supplies but doesnt have everything needed but ddoes supply the necessities needed needed stuff for bunnys but they have alot of dog and cat stuff more.

Knowledgeable staff and good selection for all your pet supplies in one place. We picked up a fish for my 4 yr old daughter Asa birthday present. They hooked us up with everything we needed to keep the fish healthy and alive. Will be going back for sure

Had my Siberian Husky groomed at the Clovis store and the Groomer did an excellent job, I was very happy and so was my Husky.

Do not listen to any advice that these people give you about fish keeping. One of their employees told me to do a 75% water change weekly so I did that after each water change I did the proper water conditioner, slime coat etc.Then my fish started dying off one by one

I live going to this store. More variety then Walmart. Plus they send you great coupons which keep you coming back. Also have an onsite Vet Clinic on Sundays. Quick and convenient. As well within budget

Staff is friendly and always offers to help.
