(Edit: There is a new gentleman with glasses here who helped us this time around and he did it great! I'm super impressed in the execution of the cut, especially since she is a wiggle monster. The nails were great this time as well. He was very friendly. Keep up the good work! Also on a side note, mint green is totally her color.) We use them alot. Sometimes after they trim the nails they leave them sharp. But besides that I think they are great.

Definitely coming back! I brought my German Shepherd Husky mix to the shop today and Hilda was so incredibly nice and gentle with him. He looked so much better than when I brought him in! Fair price of $40 for the wash and brush. It was only about 2 hours and it was his first time in the store. Very grateful for the sensitivity and service provided for my pet's needs. Easy to make appointment and great with my dogs

After my dog rolled in the mud, I was desperate to have her groomed that same day. Tabitha, had an opening. I was so pleased when my dog came back home! She was happy, clean, shiny, and had her undercoat combed out beautifully. I'll definitely be bringing her back.

I am so thankful to have this place in our neighborhood. They treat our fur baby with lots of TLC.

The employees are so kind & there's excellent visibility of them grooming the dogs. They have nothing to hide & that gives me peace of mind leaving my doggies there. I often get in the same day I call for an appointment, sometimes I need to book for the following day. I forgot what they charged, but the price has always been good. If you live north of Shepard avenue I recommend coming here. Anywhere further south has to be booked weeks in advanced.

I've been taking my dogs every month for over a year and I love it. They are so friendly and treat my one dog with back issues with care. 5 stars!

Wonderful place!! I have taken my cat Grumpy there 3 times already and each time they are very nice to us and our Grump. It's a bit of a drive for myself over to them but it is worth it and I wouldn't go anywhere else! This is Grumpy after his appointment smelling great and feeling so soft. Thank you again!!

My Rascal now jumps in the air 4 feet when his carrier comes out and he hears its haircut time. His "Happy Dance" makes me so very Happy and the weekend service makes it easier for me with my work schedule. I love the people and appreciate how my kids do as well!

We got a dog from our friend. He was matted. The shaved his top called us and said they couldn’t do it he has to be put out by a vet. We took him to pet smart and they finished it for $55. We reported them to the BBB as well. Terrible.

I just them to just cut my dogs nails and they always get me in and out very quick.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!! Our appointment was at 9 a.m. and at 3 p.m. we still hadn't heard from them. We stopped by to check on our little girl and they told us they needed another hour. When they finally called us to pick her up, she was completely bald!! They SHAVED our maltese to the skin!! They kept her over 7 hours to bathe and groom her, kept her locked in a cage ALL DAY, and then returned her to us BALD! On top of that, they charged us $45!!! If you love your animal, DO NOT TAKE HIM/HER HERE! Worst, worst, worst service EVER!!
