My little guy always has a great time when he stays. The staff is nice and he seems to love them, sometimes he doesn't even want to go home.

Personal Preference is great. Everyone is so kind and helpful. They make your pet feel like they are their very own. My dog loves coming here to play with his friends. I know he has a great time because when we get home, he just wants to sleep. I totally recommend this place for you pet.

I am always totally satisfied with the care and attention that is paid to my dog.

This is a great place to have your dog groomed. I have 2 dogs who are brothers so they go together and always come home well groomed, smelling good and looking adorable. I like that they have individual appointments, not hanging out loose with other dogs because they are small and get anxious. It usually takes about 2 hours for both dogs. They do have boarding which I haven't tried yet but would feel comfortable leaving my pooches in their care. I will keep taking my dogs there and would definitely recommend them.

I love this place and my dog, Burdy, is comfortable there. She always smells so good when she has her full groom. I refuse to take her anyplace else.

Cinder loves everybody at PPPR! She tends to be fearful at other facilities, but not here. Definitely Cinder's Day Jam!! They are awesome!

Great place! They take great care of our dogs!

My dog claire was a rescue and didnt trust people and was a bit timid . Well that was almost a year ago and sinse going to this pet resort she is outgoing and looks foward to it as soon as we park. She now can play with other dogs and has become bffs with some of the regulars. Sometimes we just drop her off for daycare as a treat and to burn some energy and get a walk and bath. Life is good for claire at the PERSONAL PREFERENCE PET RESORT. the staff is amazing . If your dog needs a little help in certain areas, they let you know and help you out with advice but never do they give up . They all love animals and it shows and the dogs sense it and speak with their body language and excitement to be there. Cant say enough about this great place!!.. Try it out

Very friendly staff, reasonable rates and availability. My pup came home happy.

I wasn't sure where to bring Skillet for his first cut, but after Sandra held him and talked to him for just a few minutes, I knew she was right. She put me at ease and I felt very comfortable leaving him there. They also don't use the cage dryers. She hand blow dries them and that's a plus.

We've been taking of dog Doug there almost daily and he absolutely loves it.

I highly recommend Personal Preference Pet Resort and Spa. My husband and I take our beloved Boxer Hudson here both for day care and when we are out of town. The staff are absolutely wonderful with the dogs, very caring and super friendly! I always feel assured taking Hudson to this pet resort and he always comes home with a big smile on his face! I've had my dog boarded here, as well as dropped of for bathing, grooming and nail trimming. The folks who own and run this place are sweet and kind, they really love animals. Their prices are reasonable and they do a great job for dogs and cats alike!

Hazel's First time there and also had a haircut. So wonderful everyone was. Hazel looked like she had a blast and ddnt want to go home. We defintely will be coming back.
