I used to find everything I need in this place. Not anymore. Perhaps they are having problems with their merchandise due to the pandemic.

Found everything i was looking for as usual. Overeager trainee caused longer time at checkout by trying to help out, then having to rering everything. Part of worker shortage, high turnover here? Large selection of pet supplies for cats and dogs. In the Sprouts shopping center

This Unleashed by Petco is conveniently located and the associates are nice. They also have cat adoption available and vet services.

I had to return my cat food because they over charged me for it and the cashier said "you should have called" making it sound like it was my fault that she over charged me for the food. She was very rude.

Sorry but the service and selection were so meager. I was looking forward to going into this smaller Petco but I will not be going back. I'll just go to Petco. Do not recommend unleashed.

My furbaby had been throwing up and had diarrhea.....something didn't sit right with her. The salesperson suggest a pumpkin mix and a change up in her doggy treats. She confirmed my giving her steam rice and boiled chicken was good. My furbaby is doing much better! Thank you Unleashed!!!

I ordered something online and it was ready when I got there within an hour. Staff was also very helpful and friendly when I needed help with 2 40 pound bags of cat litter. The young female store clerk gladly helped me to the car and loaded the bags in my trunk.

For the most part, I enjoy going to this store. The staff in the evening is always very nice and helpful. Shout out to the evening staff at Unleashed! Selection is usually stocked and the staff are always knowledgeable of their products. The 4-star rating here would be a 5 if I was talking solely about the night staff. Unfortunately, this afternoon, however, the cashier—Michael—took it upon himself to pepper me with questions regarding how I am training my dog as well as asking me questions regarding where I’m having my dog trained, if I was a trainer, if the dog was mine, etc. Additionally, he assumed I was using a shock collar—I wasn’t—and continued to press me on it. I found this questioning and assuming to be inappropriate and distasteful.
