We love Jackie's pet grooming. The ladies always do a good job, and are always very kind a respectful. It is reasonably priced about the going rate for pet groomers. The shop is very cute and seems to always be clean

BEWARE!!!!!!!!! CUT MY PUPPIES TONGUE OFF!!! 4th time I brought my dog to get groomed here. I'm waiting outside for 2 hours wondering what is taking so long. They call to let me know my dog is ready. I go inside, the old lady smiling, says he's all done. We had a little accident, a piece of his tongue got cut off. I was in total shock. WHAT!!!! You cut my dogs tongue off??? She said to me, "things like this happen" so matter of fact, like I should expect it. This incompetent dog groomer cut the end of my little dogs tongue off. Didn't tell me right away, so she could clean up her mess. I then took my puppy to the Vet, and they gave him some pain medication. They need to be put out of business!!!

I had a really pleasant experience with Jackie's Pet Groomer's. My pup is a schnauzer mix with pretty straight hair. Rachel did a fabulous job cutting his hair and nails. Check out how happy and cute my pup looks in his after pic :)

I have a toy papillon Chihuahua mix with beautiful butterfly ears. Well she was in lock down and I was having a hard time finding a groomer for her.. Finally got an appointment. I took coco in looking like a rag mop and she came back so cute... her nails were grinded and her cut was even all over. I just found my new groomer!

Took my dog in with no problems, she came out looking so happy! I will be a repeat customer! Thank you Jackie's team!

I can say that I am very happy with my interactions with Jackie’s. My miniature schnauzer looks great and they were very helpful. I will upgrade to 5 stars hopefully In the future. I had them do a summer cut, but that was because I didn't brush my schnauzer enough and she had too many knots in her hair to make her endure trying to do a traditional cut. Again very happy with the staff and the outcome of her haircut.

My friend told me about this place. I'm so in love with this place right now! I took in my 2 year old chihuahua/mix in and he was scared at first, but he settled in to the groomer. It was so nice and clean walking in and all the dogs there looked very happy. None of them were showing any signs of stress or anxiety. The staff was so friendly and took it easy introducing themselves to Jake and when I came to pick him up he was just so happy sitting there waiting. They trimmed his fur perfectly and grinded his nails down for him. I am just so happy with how he looks and how happy he was being there! Also, they bathed him, groomed him, brushed his teeth and grinded his nails all for $55. Other places charged me $80+! I will definitely be coming back! Repeat customer for sure!

The girls that work here are great with my dogs. I have a very large bully and a small mini pincher/chihuahua and they have no poroblem with either one. I absolutely love this place!

Jackie & those are super gentle with your puppies.. They are quite skilled in dog grooming.

Jackie and her staff took excellent care of Sophie (a 70lb golden retriever / chow chow). They gave her a "retriever trim" which proved to be exactly what Sophie needed. She smelled clean and fresh but not like a French perfumery as you might expect with most mainstream groomers. Highly recommended Jackie's. They've got a new customer in us for life.

Honestly this place is amazing, the location and workers make this place feel like a comfortable home for your dog to be in! They are absolutely kind and welcoming and always have groomed my dog in the most cutest hair cuts. Also I would like to add that melissa is a wonderful and hard worker and is the most kindest women I know, and Im always thrilled when she grooms my dog, she always makes him the most cutest dog ever. C: I always feel safe and secured when I leave my dog here and I highly recommend this place because they care about your pets unlike places like pet co. This place genuinely cares and I love every ounce of it. ????

My cat Luna smelt very bad but when she got a bath she smelt amazing!!! The people there were so nice. I'd 1000000% go again.

Definitely going back, first off the price wow! Second, the ladies (specially Melissa) are so sweet and understanding, my German Shepard can get a little nervous without me or baby in sight so they allowed us to stay close while she was getting groomed. This was our pups first grooming experience, and we are very happy. Price was great, property clean and inviting, and our Pup looks and smells so clean!!! If we lived closer, we'd make Jackie's Pet Grooming out go to groomer!
