A fine old store with a good reputation. Seems to be struggling a bit in the current difficult economy. Smells strongly of reptiles. Didn't have the cuttlefish bone in stock that I went in for. Was unsure about rules for sales of tortoises. Will definitely continue to visit and shop.

Love this place immensely. Been coming here since it was located on 3rd Avenue, many many years ago. Have bought multiple reptiles/amphibians and everytime they make sure that I have everything I need to take the best care of my new friend. The staff are always knowledgeable and friendly and make for a great experience. Shout-out to Monster for being the chillest shop cat I've ever met!

mehh, the workers are friendly but shop owner is kind of rude and changes prices up so there isn’t much consistency there.

For anyone in Chula Vista this is the reptile store every community needs. The workers here are amazing. They always say hello and acknowledge you unlike what the one star review said. If you need to talk to them I recommend texting their Instagram.

Knowledgeable staff, great prices and great selection. Also great for feeders! Got a male and female Leapord Gecko and snake from them. Very trusted! Would highly recommend to check them out if you haven't already.

Absolutely LOVE this place. I recommend anyone who wants a reptile to come here because Mike the owner knows absolutely everything about his reptiles and will give you killer deals???? He treats everyone like family and if you have any questions he'll answer all of them

I absolutely love visiting Reef and Reptiles friendly and knowledgeable staff and amazing Reptiles and fish and Amphibians...i felt very safe...good Covid Protocol including only 5 customers at a time in their spacious store. Excellent experience!

Helpful advice and very cool store in general just to walk through. Got my sulcatta tort hooked up with some good feed and a new pool for the enclosure. It’s like a mini trip through sea world and the zoo’s reptile exhibit!
