Great work , sweet hearted and kind staff...

When I picked up my dog 8 hours after I dropped him off, he was not bleeding.. I noticed once i was getting out of my car and there was BLOOD ALL OVER MY TAN SEATS! Turns out they cut his nail wayyy to short, and admitted they did AFTER we called to complain about him bleeding, they said they put ointment to stop the bleeding, BUT FAILED to mention it when we picked him up. We remember hearing our dog yelp when we were waiting for him, they could have mentioned it as soon as it happened. We didn't think much of the yelp until we saw how bad the nail actually was. Needless to say, we're extremely disappointed to have been charged $75 dollars after not being told about the mistake, cleaning blood all over my car and floor, my dogs damaged nail, and 8 hour long wait for a bath and trim. I dropped my dog off at 140, called back at 510 because It was odd that I hadn't been called to pick up my small dog, they told me there were 5 dogs ahead of mine when I dropped him off, and that there was currently 1 more waiting at the time I called (510pm). I called back at 814pm and they said it'd be another hour, and then changed it to 30 minutes, before I could pick him up, its Sunday night, I was not expecting to be waiting 8 hours to get my dog back. If its going to take this long customers should be made aware WHEN DOGS ARE DROPPED OFF, not after multiple calls. He was finally picked up at 930 pm.......because we were there before we were called.

Made an appointment for my dog for the basic cleaning service ($50) which included a bath, ear cleaning, nail trim. They let me know my dog did not want the nail filing which was fine. But when I looked at her ears they were still clearly dirty and were not touched. I was very disappointed.

The staff was super friendly and helpful! Tubs and gear needs to be cleaned a little bit better after each customer.

Princess was way over due and they took her in and cleaned her up. Princess has anxiety and is híper, and they did a great job. She went from this to this. Princess is happy thank you.

So before I post here I emailed them since I saw that on some of the reviews they responded with “please email us “ so I did on Saturday and till this day they have NOT emailed me back! I had an appointment today at 1 o’clock Saturday the 7th of August. Check in was fine. I was called at 242 to ask if I wanted to cut my dog a different hairstyle I said sure. I was told he will be next and it shouldn’t take long. I called at 530 and he still was not ready and they had told me they haven’t started on him! Our dog should not be in a cage that long!!! We decided to go and check at 640 and they were just going to start on him! Am confused on why people should make an appointment if they aren’t going to work on them when it’s their appointment time. I strongly believe they over book!!!!!…It’s crazy to think my dog was in a cage since one!!!! Now it was 7:16pm and they are still not done!!! I should of looked at the reviews before booking an appointment I am very disappointed and upset!!! I can’t believe a haircut THAT was SUPER uneven and bath takes over seven hours!. Especially that it cost us $75 !!!!! Waste of money!!!! Ugh! NEVER NEVER Again!!!!! They shouldn’t be open for business!!!!!

My dog had an appointment at 12:00. The check in was great. Receptionist told me it would be about 2 hours. At 3:00, I did not hear from them so decided to go get my dog. I was told he had not been serviced yet! I couldn’t believe what I was hearing. They said it would be two more hours since they were waiting for the groomer to get there!!! I left the place and then decided to go back to get my puppy. My dog had not had anything to eat. When I went back to get him, I heard the groomer yell at him. It took all of me to not lose my tempter. I asked for my dog, paid for the service they had completed (bath only in 3 hours) and left. They had my phone number, a simple phone call would have made this whole experience different but they chose not to update me at all. We will not be back. There are many small businesses I can support. Too bad this place isn’t one of them.

Went in for my 80 lb pup's first haircut. I called in to get an appt and spoke the lady receptionist. They confirmed it then called me back 3 extra times repeating the same information. Several people. I SHOULD HAVE TAKEN THIS AS A SIGN. Then, they didnt understand what i was saying because there was a language barrier. We show up and the lady was absolutely unfriendly with my pup. She was basically trying to drag him in there and he could feel the fakeness and was very tense and nervous. She takes him back and tells us that they made a mistake and he may have to stay there from 9-10am - 3pm JUST FOR A HAIRCUT.. all bc they messed up my appt and the grommer didnt show up till later and there were 5 dogs ahead of him. How is that my fault? She had zero dog kills and you can tell she didn't care about pet care. It showed. The staff were all staring at her and were super quiet, with their heads kinda down. The atmosphere was weird, their request were crazy. Im not leaving my dog for 5-6 hrs locked in a tiny place were he doesnt trust the lady. I trust my dogs instinct!!! All in all, the aesthetic of the place DID NOT MATCH THE SERVICE. I cant believe people leave their dogs there for HOURS. Yall are trippin. Try it if you want surprises

They take way too long like five to six hours, but at the end is worth it, Nala says tnx!!

I made a last minute appt at this groomer for Molly; an 11 yr old overweight cocker spaniel who is extremely anxious and has anxiety over being groomed. She was LONG overdue for a shampoo and haircut. The girls at Happy Dog Spaw were very accommodating to both my schedule and Molly’s needs. I had read some negative reviews but chose to overlook them and am so glad I did. They took great care of Molly and did a wonderful job. We will definitely be back as often as needed!

Omg!!!! Best haircut grooming EVER!!! My dog was very very matted and I just love when she is fluffy. Normally everyone would just shave her and she would end up looking like the dragon from the never ending story. I told them if they had too I understood, but if there was anyway they could possibly leave some fur. OMG when I picked her up!!!! She looked like one of those model dogs that look like little teddy bears!!! She looked sooo beautiful.... and let me tell u... she’s not all that pretty,, with her little snaggle tooth face. But she looked amazing and smelt way better then me.... I will be back for sure!!!!

DO NOT TRUST YOUR LOVED ONE HERE! We thought we could trust these people and they hurt our loved one instead! Beyond repair! These people do not take accountability for their mistakes. We also thought people were exaggerating about the wait times, but they are not. This place is careless! Our loved one was not the only one that has been injured. Please do not bring your loved ones here. They will respond to this review with compassion, but there was no compassion when we spoke to them in person regarding our situation.

First time in this place and I will definitely coming back , I was worry because of the other reviews about taking so long but that was not my experience, we were a walk in and my dogs was ready before two hours and I love the smell of my dog fresh and clean....

DO NOT PUT YOUR DOG THROUGH THIS!!! IF I COULD, I WOULDN’T GIVE THEM ANY STARS!! MY DOG WAS HERE FOR 7.5 HOURS! My dog had a 1pm appointment, and we arrived at 1245pm. Knowing that they close at 6pm, I called at 514pm since I hadn’t received a call from them. She said they were running late, but would be done soon. Not hearing anything from them I went to the store at 7pm since she said they would be there till 7p. When I walked in another customer was waiting and said she dropped her dog off at 2p. Soon she got her dog & left. 10 minutes till 8pm another customer walks in and picks up her dog who also dropped her dog off at 2pm. She then says 15 more minutes! Finally at 814p I got my dog & walked out!

Was able to book an appointment at last minute which was great. Very friendly and nice. They did an okay groom, but cut was not quite what I wanted. Could be I didn't explain well. I told them like I do with my regular groomer but was not as good. Took a long time. Cost did not include anal glands and was more than my regular groomer. So overall just ok.

It's a very animal friendly place and I love the haircuts. Super nice people with organized schedules. They treat my dog very good.

terrifying experience, I left my dog at 3:30 and they returned to me at 9:40, when I was petting my dog in the car all whole neck was tense I don't know how much time he spent in a cage, he looked sad and he wanted to go When we were at home he took all the water from his container, it was a nightmare, don't take your dog there????

On July 31, 2020, I decided to try a new Groomer shop for my fur babies and also to support small business. I scheduled an appointment at Happy Dog Spaw at 12:30pm. Around 4pm I gave them a call to see how my doggies were doing, they mentioned they would be done at 5:30pm. I called back at 7pm and they still were not ready. Finally at 8pm they were done. This was a very long time especially if you have an appointment at 1230. To make a long story short, the next morning I noticed a one-inch round deep cut under one of my dogs neck ( I didn’t notice when I picked him up because the groomer put a tie around his neck) I was shaken and needless to say very upset. This looks like a cut from clippers. My doggies are indoor dogs and could not have got this anywhere else. I called the manager/groomer Susanna and she mentioned the groomer does not remember cutting my dog. She sent me snap shots from the surveillance camera, but it was her holding my dog with his back facing the camera. I mentioned to her it was under his neck. Then she sent me same pictures but zoomed in to my dogs back and said “His fur is clean, he was not bleeding,” so now this makes me suspicious on why they took so long to groom my dogs. The wound was dried up like they used medicine to stop the bleeding because when I cleaned the cut it was very raw. INeedless to say, I will never bring my dogs back there and I hope you will take this review into consideration.

I have to do one star however I would do zero if it would let me. Made an appointment for my dog for 6th of October at 3pm. Left work early in preps as my dog is big and called them around 1pm to ask if I could bring him in early and they said for who? What was the name? We don’t have an appointment for your dog would you like to make one? Lol...let’s find another place :)
