Actually had an vet appointment at Banfield, I side the store. The Vet and staff provided excellent service.

Horrible. Over charged and cashier doesnt know what hes doing and i had to tell hi. Hes charging me for more then i have. And hes doesnt like using coupons can u use the. Another day i hate figuring out coupons Petsmarts adoption coupon book.

The staff are friendly. I took my chihuahua mix to get her first groom, and she is pretty spicy when it comes to people and animals. Lexi took great care of her and those long claws she had. I definitely will come back again. The store is nice and easy to navigate.

Had some online order issues with the website, purchased an order for pick-up on 12/31/2021 did not receive any confirmation or anything but money was taken out of my bank account. Called the store and was notified that their system was having issues, super polite, very patient with me. Kristine was extremely helpful, EXCELLENT customer service. She definitely deserves a raise! Communicated with me every step of the way, ended up going into the store a few days later because my order was still not found in their system. Walked in and Kristine had a full basket of all my items, even helped me while I was walking through the store. Such a kind lady, and didn’t sound or looked bothered with the questions I had. That type of attitude and customer service definitely will bring me back to the store. She is the definition of customer service ✨✨✨✨ I am very pleased with my purchase and so is my furr babies!

Pet Smart is a good place to shop for our pets, especially for those who have problems. Once in a while the food that I buy is not available. I have 2 adorable young cats that I adopted. One of my cat has an allergy and can't have any type of seafood. I could go on and on, but why not stop by at Petsmart if you guys have pets. You have questions? there's an available doctor and nurse. You'll never know what you might learn about your pet. Thank you!

I was not greeted nor did I get any help. The cashier was not very helpful and a bit rude. Poor customer service

Grooming service people are always rude and sooooo slow. It’s like they don’t know what they doing . Will not be back !

Never a walk-in position available

I try to shop local business more but I like the variety of products offered at PetSmart. It has a better selection of the things I need for my cats and dogs than I have seen at the petco I used to go to.

Good Pet food brands for all dogs breeds

Don’t bother doing curb side pickup, takes about 30 minutes for them to bring out your order

Excellent doctors and staff at the Banfield pet hospital.

My dog is a rescue hound. He's very beautiful, but very shy. This was his first professional grooming...in seven years. So, he needed some pro-help. They trimmed his nails beautifully, cleaned his teeth, bathed and trimmed him and everything was noticeably better. I'm impressed.

Very helpful and nice employees

Clean facility, friendly staff,, on-site vet & grooming. Adequate parking. Treats reward program. A good stop for your furrbabies !

April is Oreo's favorite groomer! She gave us great advice for his dry skin patches. The vet only prescribed shampoo, which made it worse. Thank you, April????

Found dog and bird food I was looking for.

Its okay but I feel they could improve in the items they have. I have been there a couple of times and I always end up not finding at least one thing I need. This pet store is the closest one to me but I end up driving further when I can't find everything. The one thing I did like is that they had a several affordable dog harnesses. This was the kong with pockets for 34.99 don't forget to price match with online prices sometimes its a couple of bucks cheaper.

Pet stores are a bit short in live pets. I understand the issues due to the pandemic but their other stock is also in short or nonexistent. I have fish,birds,dog and reptiles as pets and I couldn't find product for all of them.

I have tried this store over and over, it's location is convenient. Nothing but bad customer service. Needed help with a 35 lb bag of dog food this evening. Check out girl acted as if I was a bother. 60 bucks and act as if. NEVER EVER AGAIN. bye. I'll driv

Good store for the basics

Terrible! ???? First of all, their management is extremely incompetent. They do not know how to even check the balance on a gift card they issued to me. They had to take time to train their other manager and cashier on how to do it right in front of me. Second, while there at the CV store; I was told by management they cannot cash out a card THEY chose to issue me on a return from a DEFECTIVE item that they carry in store. During which time I spoke with multiple "Customer Service" agents that chose not to "Serve the Customer" and rectify their mistakes! I am Never shopping with PetSmart and I suggest others take notice to these claims. They are more then happy to take your payment but not willing to honor you as a consumer and give it back when there is a MALFUNCTION to a product they currently carry in their stores. I have NEVER been mistreated while shopping with PETCO. Your company is full of incompetence. Just check my recorded phone conversation to see that your Customer Service Agents lie! Thankfully my dog is ok. I will no longer be shopping and advise Anyone who does to exercise the option of shopping elsewhere.
